In this embodiment, the mounting seat 15 is further provided with a support member 6 by screws for supporting the carrier tape 16 paid out from the reel 1, so as to prevent the carrier tape 16 from running out of the guide member 2 when the reel 1 is not completely paid out due to too much suspension of the carrier tape 16, and similarly, the distance between the guide member 2 and the support member 6 should be set as small as possible.

It should be noted that, when the carrier tape 16 on the unwinding reel 1 is continuously unwound, the carrier tape 16 is continuously paid out from the unwinding reel 1 along the guide 2 by the traction device (as shown in fig. 2); when the carrier tape 16 on the unwinding disc 1 is completely unwound (as shown in fig. 3), because the end of the carrier tape 16 is fixed to the unwinding disc 1, under the action of the traction device, the redundant carrier tape between the unwinding disc 1 and the traction device will run out of the guide 2, and the presence of the redundant carrier tape in the guide 2 is detected by the arranged first detection element 3, so as to know whether the carrier tape 16 on the unwinding disc 1 is completely unwound; the unwinding disc 1 is not required to be stared at by an observer for a long time, and the phenomenon that the production progress is influenced because an operator does not observe the carrier tape 16 to be completely unwound in time is avoided.
The carrier tape unwinding device comprises at least one supporting roller 4, wherein the supporting roller 4 can be rotatably connected with a mounting seat 15 through a rotating shaft, in the embodiment, three supporting rollers 4 are arranged, when the carrier tape 16 in the unwinding disc 1 is completely unwound, the redundant carrier tape in the guide part 2 is completely separated from the guide part 2, and the supporting rollers 4 are arranged, so that the redundant carrier tape can be wound on the supporting roller 4, and the supporting function of the redundant carrier tape separated from the guide part 2 is realized; on the basis, the second detection element 5 is provided in the present embodiment for detecting whether a redundant carrier tape is wound on at least one support roller 4, specifically, the second detection element 5 may be identical to the first detection element 3 in type, and the second detection element is fixed on the guide 2 by a second bracket, and the fixing manner may be screw connection or welding. Whether the carrier tape 16 in the unwinding disc 1 is completely unwound can also be known by detecting whether the redundant carrier tape is wound on the supporting roller 4, and the second detection element 5 matched with the first detection element 3 is adopted in the embodiment for double detection, so that the detection accuracy can be improved.
