Humidity sensor 10: the moisture sensitive element is the simplest humidity sensor. The humidity sensor mainly includes resistance type and capacitance type. The humidity sensitive resistor features that a layer of humidity sensitive material is coated on the substrate, and when water vapor in air is adsorbed onto the humidity sensitive film, the resistivity and resistance of the element are changed. The humidity sensitive capacitor is generally made of a polymer film capacitor, and the commonly used polymer materials include polystyrene, polyimide, acetate butyrate and the like. When the environmental humidity changes, the dielectric constant of the humidity sensitive capacitor changes, so that the capacitance of the humidity sensitive capacitor also changes, and the capacitance change quantity of the humidity sensitive capacitor is in direct proportion to the relative humidity. The accuracy of the electronic humidity-sensitive sensor can reach 2-3% RH, which is higher than the humidity measurement precision of a wet and dry bulb.
The temperature and humidity thresholds are preset in the controller 11 according to the types of paper produced, and the thresholds are different according to different seasons.
When paper passes between the bottom roller 3 and the transverse knife bar 2, the paper is cut by two transverse knives 5; during the roll paper rolling out, the light of the infrared emitter 6 and the infrared receiver 7 is blocked, the counter 6 generates a counting signal, and the roll paper can be accurately metered, wherein the length of the roll paper is the product of the number displayed by the counter 8 and the circumference of the transverse cutter bar 2.
