The outbound guide rail 2 is integrally formed on the bottom surface of the supporting plate 7, the supporting plate 7 is obliquely arranged relative to the horizontal direction, and the outbound guide rail 2 is suitable for the arrangement direction of the supporting plate 7, so that the upstream end of the outbound guide rail 2 is higher than the downstream end, and the clothes hanger roller 1 can smoothly roll on the outbound guide rail 2 to move forwards under the action of the gravity of clothes hangers. After the clothes hanger comes out from the outlet end of the outbound guide rail 2, the clothes hanger roller 1 can apply pressure to the trigger structure 62 on the limiting plate 6, the limiting plate 6 moves downwards, the arc-shaped surface on the limiting plate 6 is separated from the outer end surface of the rotating part 41 on the outbound swinging head 4, the outbound swinging head 4 breaks away from the constraint, and under the action of gravity, the outer end part of the body 42 descends and is lapped on the ring rail 5 to allow the clothes hanger roller 1 to pass through. After the clothes hanger passes through, the out-station swinging head 4 is still in a mounting state of being lapped with the ring rail 5, when other clothes hangers on the ring rail 5 move to the out-station swinging head 4, the clothes hanger roller can push the out-station swinging head 4 away, so that the outer end of the out-station swinging head 4 is separated from the ring rail 5, and in the process that the outer end of the out-station swinging head 4 is separated from the ring rail 5, the arc-shaped surface on the limiting plate 6 is continuously kept in a state of being contacted with the peripheral surface of the rotating part 41. When the outer end of the swing head 4 that comes out of the station is in the unsettled state, under the effect of gravity, the outer end of the swing head 4 that comes out of the station has the trend of whereabouts, just under the effect of the relative static friction between limiting plate 6 and the swing head 4 that comes out of the station, the swing head 4 that comes out of the station can impel the outer end of limiting plate 6 to swing towards the upside, nevertheless because the lower corner of limiting plate 6 is outstanding gradually towards the swing head 4 that comes out of the station to can make the limiting plate 6 tightly support and lean on the outer peripheral face of rotating part 41, the outer end of limiting plate 6 can not further upwards swing, and then make the spatial position of the swing head 4 that comes out of the station can keep.
Claims (10)
1. An outbound swinging head device of a ready-made clothes system is arranged at the outlet end of an outbound guide rail and comprises an outbound swinging head which is movably hinged, the arrangement direction of the outbound swinging head is adapted to the outlet direction of clothes hangers on the outbound guide rail, and a channel for the clothes hangers to pass through is formed at the outer sides of the outbound guide rail and the outbound swinging head,
the limiting device is used for limiting the position of the outbound swinging head so that the outer end of the outbound swinging head is in a state of being separated from the circular rail;
the limiting device comprises a trigger structure extending into the channel at the upstream end side of the out-station swinging head, a reset piece acts on the trigger structure, the reset piece enables the trigger structure to have a tendency of extending into the channel, the clothes hanger to be out of the station can touch the trigger structure when moving in the channel, so that the limiting device relieves the limiting on the out-station swinging head, and the outer end of the out-station swinging head is lapped with a ring rail in a clothes making hanging system so as to allow the clothes hanger roller to pass;
the limiting device comprises a limiting plate, and a corner of the limiting plate forms the triggering structure.

A ready-to-wear garment system egress swing head device according to claim 1, wherein the disengagement of the outer end of the egress swing head from the loop rail is achieved by a hanger roller travelling on the loop rail pushing open, the egress swing head with the outer end disengaged from the loop rail being further position limited by a stop device of the trigger structure extending into the passageway.
3. A ready-to-wear system swing head device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the inner end of the limit plate is hinged and the outer end of the limit plate defines the swing head position by interacting with the inner end of the swing head.
4. The ready-made clothes system outbound swinging head device according to claim 3, wherein the limiting plate is approximately fan-shaped, the length of the upper surface of the limiting plate is smaller than that of the lower surface of the limiting plate, the outer end surface of the limiting plate is an arc surface, the position of the circle center of the arc surface is offset from the position of a hinge point on the limiting plate, the inner end surface of the outbound swinging head is arc-shaped, and the arc surface on the limiting plate is in abutting contact with the inner end surface of the outbound swinging head to realize the limitation of the outbound swinging head position; the trigger structure is formed at the position where the upper surface of the limiting plate is connected with the arc surface.
5. A ready-made clothes system out-station head swinging device according to claim 4, wherein the limiting plate is provided with a through opening along the thickness direction, so that the limiting plate is in a frame shape.
6. The ready-to-wear system outbound yaw device of claim 4, further comprising a mounting base, wherein an upstream end of the mounting base is coupled to an outlet end of the outbound guide rail, the outbound yaw is hinged to a downstream end of the mounting base, a mounting opening is provided at a middle position of the mounting base, and the limiting plate and the reset member are provided in the mounting opening.
7. A garment system egress swinging head device according to claim 6, wherein the mounting port penetrates the mounting seat in a vertical direction.
8. A ready-to-wear garment system outbound pendulum device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the outbound pendulum comprises a rotating part and a rod-like body, the body being integrally injection molded on the rotating part, the rotating part being provided with a protruding pivot.
9. A ready-to-wear system head swinging device according to claim 8, wherein a hollow is provided at the middle position of the body, and a reinforcement piece with a curved shape is integrally formed in the hollow.

A ready-made clothes system outbound swinging head device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the outbound guide rail is arc-shaped, the outbound guide rail realizes reversing of clothes hangers, the outbound guide rail is arranged on the bottom surface of the supporting plate, crimping structures are arranged on the supporting plate at intervals on the upper side of the outbound guide rail, and the crimping structures are used for limiting clothes hanger rollers travelling on the outbound guide rail.
