The inner slide connecting portion 120 may be inserted into a rear end side space of the cylinder 140. In this case, the position of the hole is aligned with the hole formed in the groove of the cylinder 140 by rotating the inner slide coupling 120. Thereafter, the slide button part 141 is inserted to the bottom so as to be perpendicular to the groove of the cylinder 140 and the hole of the inner slide coupling part 120, and coupled thereto. The sliding button part 141 formed at the side of the cylinder 140 and the inner sliding connection part 120 are connected by the holes.
As the slide button part 141 is advanced, the inner slide coupling part 120 is advanced such that the outflow port 142 of the air cylinder 140 does not protrude to the outside of the hole of the arc-shaped head 130, whereby a user can uniformly spread the discharged contents of the replacement type pump container 110 using the arc-shaped head 130.
Further, the slide button part 141 is moved forward after moving along the groove side formed in the cylinder 140, and the advance of the slide button part 141 can be restricted after moving a predetermined distance through the groove formed in the cylinder 140. That is, if the slide button portion 141 coupled to the inner slide coupling portion 120 is moved in a direction of about 45 ° along the groove of the cylinder 140 provided beside, the advance is restricted according to the shape of the groove formed in the cylinder 140, and the slide button portion can function as a locking device that can be used only when necessary.
The handle portion 170 may be combined with a rear end portion of the cylinder 140. For example, the handle portion 170 may be rotatably engaged with the cylinder 140 by a threaded engagement. In this case, the pump tube located at the front end portion of the substitution pump container 110 can be combined in such a manner as to be in contact with the outflow port 142 for flowing out the contents in the interior of the front end portion of the cylinder 140.
The pressing portion 160 may be coupled to a rear end portion of the handle portion 170, and a rear end portion of the replacement pump container 110 may be disposed inside. That is, the inner slide connecting portion 120 is not separated from the cylinder 140 by coupling the slide button portion 141 to a groove formed in the cylinder 140 exposed to the outside through a hole formed in the body of the inner slide connecting portion 120.
Fig. 8 is a view showing a state before sliding of another embodiment, and fig. 9 is a view showing a state of sliding of another embodiment.
As shown in fig. 8, before sliding, the sliding button part 141 does not advance, and the outflow port 142 of the air cylinder 140 protrudes to the outside of the hole of the arc-shaped head part 130, so that the contents in the replacement-type pump container 110 can be discharged to the outside.
As shown in fig. 9, as the slide button part 141 is advanced, the inner slide coupling part 120 is advanced such that the outflow port 142 of the cylinder 140 does not protrude to the outside of the hole of the arc-shaped head 130, whereby a user can uniformly spread the discharged contents of the replacement pump container 110 using the arc-shaped head 130. Therefore, the discharged contents can be widely spread and rubbed by the round and wide surface of the arc-shaped head 130, and the contents can be used more easily, and the body part such as fingers is not used, thereby being sanitary.
The inner slide coupling 120 and the handle portion 170 are coupled by a screw coupling structure while covering such that the lower end portion of the inner slide coupling 120 coupled with the slide button portion 141, the cylinder 140, and the arc-shaped head portion 130 is directed to the front end of the replacement-type pump receptacle 110.
That is, the rear end portion of the alternative pump container 110 may be located at the rear end portion inside the pressing portion 160.
In this case, the pressing portion 160 and the handle portion 170 may be coupled by a snap-in structure. Further, the pressing portion 160 and the grip portion 170 may be formed with a grippable protruding portion in a diagonal line or a wave form.
As the user pushes the pressing portion 160 with a predetermined force, the replaceable pump container 110 advances, and the contents of the replaceable pump container 110 are discharged to the outside through the outlet 142 of the cylinder 140 as the advancing of the pump tube or the tip portion of the replaceable pump container 110 is restricted by the outlet 142 of the cylinder 140 and pushed.
The present invention may further include a housing 150, and the housing 150 is formed in a cylindrical shape having one side opened and is screw-coupled to the handle portion 170 through the opening portion.
In this case, the pressing portion 160 can be restricted from moving forward in a state where the opening portion of the case 150 is brought into contact with the pressing portion 160 and the case 150 is coupled to the grip portion 170. That is, the case 150 and the slide button portion 141 are brought into contact with each other at the end portion in the inner space of the handle portion 170, and as long as the case 150 is coupled to the handle portion 170, even if a force is physically applied to the slide button portion 141, the advance is restricted, and unnecessary movement is not generated when not in use.
In this case, the case 150 and the handle 170 are coupled to each other by a screw coupling structure, and a cap formed inside the front end of the case 150 covers the content outflow port 142 formed at the front end of the inner slide coupling portion 120, thereby partially blocking the outflow of the content, and serving to fix the case 150, which is coupled and fixed to the handle 170 at the rear end, also at the front end.
Fig. 10 is a view showing a needle portion of another embodiment.
Referring to fig. 10, a microneedle portion 180 may be further included, and the microneedle portion 180, in combination with the rear end portion of the pressing part 160, helps the skin to absorb the contents of the replacement pump container 110.
The microneedle portion 180 is formed of a microneedle such as a microneedle system needle, and can be coupled to the rear end portion of the pressing portion 160 by screwing or the like. The microneedles can be used for skin management, for example, by performing a gentle tapping or the like at a site where the contents of the replaceable pump container 110 are used, to allow the skin to rapidly absorb the contents.
Also, the present invention may further include a needle cover portion 190 for protecting the micro-needle portion 180. The needle cover 190 is coupled to the pressing part 160 by screwing or the like, thereby exposing or hiding the microneedle part 180 to the outside.
In other words, the microneedle portion 180 coupled to the pressing portion 160 can be exposed by releasing the coupling between the pressing portion 160 and the needle cover portion 190, and the microneedle such as a microneedle system needle formed in the microneedle portion 180 can be used to perform skin management and help absorb the contents in the replacement pump container 110.
The operation of the cosmetic container 100 housing the replaceable pump container according to the embodiments of the present invention configured as described above will be described below with reference to fig. 1 to 10.
First, the coupling with the housing 150 may be released using a screw coupling structure between the housing 150 and the handle portion 170.
After the grip portion 170 and the air cylinder 140 are gripped by a hand in a comfortable manner, the pressing portion 160 at the rear end is pressed by a finger or the like with a predetermined force. In this case, the exchangeable pump container 110 contacting the inside of the pressing part 160 advances, and the contents are discharged to the outside by the internal pressure of the exchangeable pump container 110 generated thereby. On the other hand, since the surface for restricting the pump advance of the substitution pump container 110 exists inside the cylinder 140, the displacement distance of the substitution pump container 110 does not exceed the predetermined distance.
After the contents of the replacement-type pump container 110 are discharged, the inner sliding connection portion inside the cylinder 140 in the coupled state is advanced by pushing the sliding button portion 141, and at the same time, the arc-shaped head 130 coupled with the upper end may be advanced and moved to the end portion of the outflow port 142 of the front end portion of the cylinder 140 as the final position.
In this case, the slide button part 141 may move along a groove formed at the air cylinder 140, and when the front reaches the bottom, the slide button part 141 may make the backward movement restricted by combining with the snap-in structure of the air cylinder 140.
As described above, after the arc head 130 is advanced to the bottom and positioned at the end portion of the outflow port 142 at the front end portion of the cylinder 140, an operation of spreading the content or the like discharged through the arc surface of the arc head 130 on the skin can be performed. Thus, according to one embodiment, the contents can be applied and spread directly to the skin of the face, neck, etc. without having to touch the hand.
Further, by releasing the connection between the pressing part 160 and the needle cover part 190 to expose the microneedle part 180 connected to the pressing part 160, the skin can rapidly absorb the content by performing a motion such as tapping lightly at a portion using the content of the exchangeable pump container 110 with a microneedle system (MTS) microneedle or the like formed in the microneedle part 180.
According to various embodiments, after the case 150 is removed and the pressing part 160 is moved, the replaceable pump container 110 is advanced and the contents are discharged as the pressing part 160 is pressed, so that the discharge amount of the contents can be easily adjusted and the use can be conveniently performed.
Also, according to the embodiments, the inner slide coupling part 120 is advanced by advancing the slide button part 141, whereby the contents outflow port 142 provided at the front end of the cylinder 140 is hidden inside and discharges the contents through the arc-shaped head 130, and then the contents can be uniformly smeared, thereby being convenient and sanitary.
Also, according to various embodiments, the replacement pump container 110 may be replaced for use, thereby improving convenience in use and replaceability, and also being economical.
