In this embodiment, the inner stirring portion 723 and the outer stirring portion 721 are both in a ring structure, the stirring portion connecting piece 724 is in a connecting rod structure, the stirring spoiler 722 is in a saw tooth or triangular prism structure and is clamped with the outer stirring portion 721 or fixedly connected with the outer stirring portion 721 through a bolt, the stirring piece 725 is in an elastomer structure, and can be an elastic plate or an elastic strip, and the wine liquid cutting piece 726 is in a saw tooth or a cutting knife structure, so that the cutting treatment of the wine liquid flow is realized, and the dynamic balance of the wine liquid flow in the working cavity 36 is broken.
