Description

Oil filler structure for vehicle
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a fuel filler structure for a vehicle, and more particularly to a fuel filler structure for a vehicle, which can prevent fuel from being injected when the fuel filler is stopped.
Background
At present, the hollow seat pipe of the automatic flicking type oil filling port of the motorcycle oil filling cover on the market has the outer diameter size designed to be close to that of an oil pipe due to factors such as manufacturability, pipeline arrangement, sealing property and the like, so that the buffer space is smaller. During refueling, when the liquid level of gasoline reaches a refueling gun and jumps, the fluctuant gasoline in a gasoline tank can be pushed out from a refueling port to cause gasoline splashing, so that not only is the environment polluted, but also the gasoline can be splashed to human bodies to cause physical harm.
Please refer to fig. 1 and 2, which are a front view and a sectional view of a conventional oil filler structure of a vehicle, respectively. The structure of the oil filler of the vehicle mainly comprises a hollow seat tube 80, a cover body set 90 and a fastener 92. The hollow seat tube 80 is connected to the oil tank 95 through an oil tube 94, the hollow seat tube 80 has a pivot ear seat 86 and a chute seat 87, and the cover assembly 90 is pivotally connected to the pivot ear seat 86 for opening or closing. The fastener 92 is disposed in the chute seat 87, the fastener 92 can slide to open the cover assembly 90, and a fastener cover 921 is disposed on the chute seat 87 to protect the fastener 87.
As shown in fig. 2, the hollow seat tube 80 includes a straight tube portion 83 and an oil tube connector 84 connected to each other, and the lower end portion of the straight tube portion 83 is tapered with a small radius and then connected to the oil tube connector 84. In the above-described conventional oil filler structure for a vehicle, the hollow seat tube 80 has a small buffer space because the outer diameter of the straight tube portion 83 of the hollow seat tube 80 is designed to be close to the oil tube 94 due to factors such as manufacturability, piping arrangement, and sealing properties. During refueling, when the fuel liquid level reaches the refueling gun and stops, the residual air in the fuel tank 95 pushes the gasoline out of the refueling port, so that gasoline splashing is caused, not only is environmental pollution caused, but also the gasoline possibly splashes to human bodies to cause physical harm, and the device is not ideal and has room for improvement.
The inventor is therefore in the spirit of the active invention, and needs to find a "fuel filler structure for vehicle" which can solve the above problems, and the present invention is completed after several research experiments.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problem that the existing automatic flicking type vehicle oil filling port structure of an oil filling cover can spray oil when the oil filling is stopped. The invention bridges the outer ring and the inner ring on the hollow seat tube through a transverse partition wall, the lower end part of the inner ring is in a cone shape with a large top diameter and a small bottom diameter, and the lower end part of the inner ring can pass through a fuel gun. A containing space is formed among the lower end part of the inner ring, the transverse partition wall and the outer ring and can contain air and gasoline, a plurality of exhaust through holes are arranged on the circumference of the inner ring at the highest position of the space, and the direction of the through holes faces to the central shaft of the hollow seat pipe; the bottom of the outer ring is connected with an oil pipe joint to connect an oil pipe. The inner ring is in a taper shape, a larger space is formed between the inner ring and the large pipe diameter of the outer ring, when the oil gun abuts against the bottom of the outer ring to fill oil and jump, a larger buffer space is provided when the gasoline fluctuates, and because the exhaust through hole is arranged at the highest position of the buffer space, the gasoline which generally fluctuates cannot reach the height, and the direction of the exhaust through hole faces the direction of the central shaft of the hollow seat pipe, even if the gasoline is sprayed out from the exhaust through hole, the gasoline is sprayed out from the direction of the central shaft of the hollow seat pipe and then flows back to the oil tank, and the gasoline cannot be sprayed out of an oil filling port. Therefore, the problem of oil injection during the oil filling stop can be solved, the environmental pollution can not be caused, and the harm to human bodies can be reduced.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a fuel filler opening structure for a vehicle, comprising: a hollow seat tube, a cover body group and a fastener. The hollow seat pipe comprises an inner layer ring, an outer layer ring, a transverse partition wall and an oil pipe joint, wherein the inner layer ring is divided into an upper end part of the inner layer ring and a lower end part of the inner layer ring which are connected through the transverse partition wall, the lower end part of the inner layer ring is in a taper shape with a large top diameter and a small bottom diameter, the outer layer ring is positioned below the transverse partition wall, the bottom part of the outer layer ring is connected with the oil pipe joint, the inner layer ring can be penetrated by a fuel filling gun, the lower end part of the inner layer ring, the transverse partition wall and the outer layer ring form a containing space for containing air and gasoline, a plurality of exhaust through holes are formed in the lower end part of the inner layer ring, and the hollow seat pipe above the transverse partition wall is provided with a pin joint lug seat and a sliding groove seat.
In addition, the cover body group is pivoted on the pivoting lug seat for opening or closing, and when the cover body group is closed, the cover body group is contacted with the upper end part of the inner layer ring. The fastener is arranged in the sliding groove seat and can slide to open the cover body group.
The exhaust through holes are positioned at the highest position of the lower end part of the inner ring, and the fluctuating gasoline can not reach the highest position. And the plurality of exhaust through holes are towards the central axis direction of the hollow seat pipe, so that even if oil is sprayed out from the exhaust through holes, the oil is sprayed out towards the central axis direction of the hollow seat pipe and then flows back to the oil tank, and the oil cannot be sprayed out of the oil filling port.
The hollow seat tube, the pin joint ear seat and the sliding groove seat can be of an integral structure, and can also be of a two-piece structure or a three-piece structure, and then are combined together to form a single-piece structure.
The bottom of the oil pipe joint is provided with an oil gun baffle which can be used for abutting against the muzzle of the oil gun so that the oil gun can not extend downwards.
The inner diameter of the oil pipe joint is larger than that of the bottom of the lower end part of the inner ring, namely the inner diameter of the oil pipe joint is larger than that of the bottom of the lower end part of the inner ring, and the inner diameter of the bottom of the lower end part of the inner ring is larger than that of the gun opening of the oil gun, so that when the oil gun is used for filling oil, gasoline can smoothly flow into the oil tank.
