With the continuous promotion of the modern control field, the precision requirement on a system model is higher and higher, and system identification becomes a key ring in the control field.
The load characteristics of the small motor system need to be measured when the small motor system is identified and modeled, but the motor drag experiment is complex, the cost is high, the reusability is poor, the construction period is long, and certain manpower and resources can be wasted. The hysteresis brake is characterized in that special motor driving circuit boards and equipment fixing devices need to be designed for tested motors of different types and sizes, and the hysteresis brake for applying torque is relatively high in price.
The torque wrench is a common tool in the modern industrial field, and has the advantages of being small and convenient. In particular, the electronic torque wrench can measure the torque at the current sleeve, and can display the torque on the liquid crystal screen and store the measured data for later retrieval. However, such torque wrenches can only measure torque and cannot output torque externally, and electric wrenches on the market can output torque externally but cannot be accurately adjusted and controlled for large torque.

The invention aims to provide a torque wrench capable of applying fixed torque to a small motor, which can stably output the set torque to the outside through a coupling and solve the problem of inconvenience of a motor drag experiment set up in time when the small motor measures load characteristics.
The technical scheme for realizing the invention is as follows: a torque wrench capable of applying fixed torque to a small motor comprises a wrench body, wherein a coupler used for being connected with a shaft of a measured motor is arranged at the front part of the wrench body, a driving motor is arranged in the wrench, and a motor transmission shaft of the driving motor transmits the torque to the coupler through a speed change gear; the outside of the wrench body is provided with a display screen for displaying the torque required to be output.
Further, the interior of the wrench body is also provided with a detection device which comprises an MCU control unit and is used for detecting whether the output torque reaches the set requirement.

the coupler 4 is used for connecting a shaft of a measured motor; the speed change gear 7 plays a role in amplifying torque; the driving motor is used for outputting the required torque; the detection device detects whether the output torque reaches a set requirement; the display screen 1 is used for displaying the torque required to be output.
The coupling 4 can be connected with a detected small motor shaft and transmits the transmission to the coupling 4 through the speed change gear 7.
Torque power is provided by a rotating shaft 6 of a driving motor built in the torque wrench, and the driving motor is installed inside the wrench body 3.
The motor transmission shaft 6 can output fixed torque force outwards, meanwhile, the required set torque force can be output outwards through the MCU control unit in the torque wrench, the torque force is controlled by other control, the torque force is read by the torque sensor 8 and is transmitted to the MCU control unit, thereby forming closed-loop control, and the torque information can be displayed on the display screen 1. The MCU control unit is a detection device component.
The head of the wrench is also provided with a button 2 for replacing the coupler, and the button is pressed to loosen the latch, release the motor shaft to be tested and automatically clamp and fix the motor shaft to be tested. The interior of the wrench head is also provided with a reduction gear 5 which can rotate and move.
The whole torque wrench can output torque with controllable size, and the whole device is small in size and convenient to operate.
The invention is characterized in that the required load torque can be applied to the small-torque AC/DC motor, and the applied load torque is adjustable. The invention has the advantages that the load characteristic of the small AC/DC motor can be conveniently observed, the real-time torque and the real-time rotating speed can be recorded for system model identification, a special motor pair-dragging experiment is not required to be designed for the tested motor, a large amount of people and resources are saved, and the reusability is stronger.

Examples
The whole body of the invention comprises a coupling, a speed change and direction change gear box, a built-in driving motor, a torque sensor, a display screen, buttons arranged around the display screen, a detection device and a shell of the torque wrench.
The outer shaft is connected and fixed by a coupling 4. The torque required to be output is set through the display screen 1 and the setting button, the internal motor is driven to rotate after the output key is pressed down, and the internal driving motor reaches a stable state in a short time to wait for the torque required to be output externally.
The internal motor shaft 6 in fig. 3 rotates along with the rotation of the internal motor, changes the longitudinal rotation into the transverse rotation through the speed change and direction change gear box 7, and transmits the amplified torque to the coupler 4 through the gear in an equal ratio, so that the required torque is output outwards. Meanwhile, the rotating speed information of the coupler 4 and the torque information output by the current rotating shaft of the motor can be recorded by the MCU in real time, and later data reading is facilitated.
In fig. 3, the torque sensor 8 is a coaxial sensor of the internal motor, and can read the current output torque and rotation speed of the internal motor in real time, and the read values are used for returning to the internal MCU control unit, thereby forming a closed-loop control loop. The torque sensor 8 is a device combining a torque sensing structure and an encoder structure, the power supply of the device is provided by a development board, and an external output circuit comprises a torque signal line and an encoder A phase line and a encoder B phase line.
The built-in motor drive of the invention needs to realize a constant torque output mode, and simultaneously, the required control requirement is that the constant torque steady state can be reached in a very short time and no static error exists. The choice of the internal drive motor is on the one hand to have a high current rating and on the other hand to have a stable torque output.
The invention not only can realize the functions which can be realized by a common electronic torque wrench in the market, but also can realize the torque with adjustable output size, can realize the loading experiment of the small-sized alternating current and direct current motor, and is beneficial to the identification modeling of the small-sized motor.
The invention has the advantages of simplifying the complex motor drag experiment, realizing the adjustable torque output to the outside, and having good application when facing the occasion that the fixed load torque needs to be output to the outside. The invention is small, exquisite, convenient, highly reusable and convenient to operate.
