However, the plunger valve is inside can have impurity and metal piece after production is accomplished, influence the use of plunger valve, therefore after plunger valve production is accomplished, need wash plunger valve inside, reduce the inside impurity of plunger valve, people are when wasing the plunger valve, use the water pipe to wash plunger valve inside usually artificially, the waste of water resource has been caused, can make the person wet simultaneously, provide a cleaning device and technology after plunger valve production finishes for this reason.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects that water resources are wasted and a human body is wetted when people wash a plunger valve by using a water pipe manually in the prior art, and provides a cleaning device and a cleaning process after the plunger valve is produced.

a cleaning device after the production of a plunger valve is finished comprises a bottom plate and a fixed shell, wherein the upper surface of the fixed shell is provided with two sliding grooves, a sliding frame is movably connected between the sliding grooves, the top of the sliding frame is fixedly connected with a clamping plate, one side of the clamping plate is fixedly connected with a spray head, the upper surface of the fixed shell is provided with a water collecting opening, one side of the water collecting opening is movably connected with a water retaining box, one side of the water retaining box is fixedly connected with a spring, the other end of the spring is fixed with the fixed shell, one side of the water retaining box is provided with a water inlet, the water retaining box and one side of the clamping plate are both fixedly connected with a sealing gasket, a rotating shaft is movably connected between the inner walls of the two sides of the fixed shell, the circumferential outer wall of the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with two torsional springs, the other ends of the two torsion springs are respectively fixed with the inner walls at the two sides of the fixed shell, the circumferential outer wall of the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with two gears, the inner wall of the top of the fixed shell is fixedly connected with two sliding rails, the sliding rails are movably connected with racks, and the two racks are both fixed with the sliding rack and respectively meshed with the two gears, the circumferential outer wall of the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with two symmetrical pull plates, one side of each pull plate is movably connected with a pull rod, the upper surface of the bottom plate is movably connected with a pedal, the other ends of the two pulling plates are rotatably connected with the pedal, the upper surface of the bottom plate is fixedly connected with a pressure tank, one end of a water outlet pipe of the pressure tank is fixedly connected with a drainage hose, the other end of the drainage hose penetrates through the clamping plate and is communicated with the spray head, the upper surface of the bottom plate is fixedly connected with a water baffle and a booster pump, and one end of a booster pump water inlet pipe penetrates through the water baffle, one end of a booster pump water outlet pipe is communicated with the pressure tank, one side of the drainage hose is provided with a water control pipe, and a drainage mechanism is arranged in the water control pipe.
As a further scheme of the invention, the drainage mechanism comprises a fixed block, one side of the fixed block is movably connected with an ejector rod in a penetrating manner, one end of the ejector rod penetrates through the water control pipe and is fixedly connected with a plug, the other end of the ejector rod is movably connected with a push rod, and the other end of the push rod is rotatably connected with the bottom of the pedal.

The invention also provides a process for cleaning the device after the plunger valve is produced, which comprises the following steps:
s1: starting a booster pump, wherein the booster pump extracts a water source on one side of the water baffle and then discharges the water source into the pressure tank, when the pressure in the pressure tank reaches a preset value, the booster pump stops, and when the pressure in the pressure tank is reduced to the preset value, the booster pump is started to supplement water into the pressure tank;
s2: the plunger valve to be cleaned is placed on one side of the clamping plate, the pedal is treaded, the pedal pulls the pulling plate through the pull rod, the pulling plate drives the rotating shaft to rotate, the rotating shaft drives the gear to rotate, so that the rack drives the sliding frame, the clamping plate and the spray head to move towards one side of the water retaining box, meanwhile, the clamping plate pushes the plunger valve to move towards one side of the water retaining box and be attached to the water retaining box, then the water retaining box is pushed to move, and meanwhile, the torsion spring deforms;
s4: when the pedal is treaded and the water retaining box moves, the pedal pushes the ejector rod through the push rod, the ejector rod pushes the plug so as to communicate the water drainage hose, so that water in the pressure tank is drained, the inner wall of the plunger valve is washed through the spray head, the flushed water is sprayed into the water retaining box through the other end of the plunger valve and then flows into the fixed shell after being filtered by the filter plate through the water collecting port;
s5: when the rack moves to one side of the filter plate, the rack pushes the swinging rod and the wedge block to move to one side of the rolling shaft, the swinging rod cannot rotate under the blocking of the limiting rod, then one end of the filter plate is pressed downwards through the rolling shaft, then the wedge block is separated from the rolling shaft, the filter plate resets under the action of self weight, so that the filter plate shakes, impurities on the filter plate shake downwards, when the rack returns, the wedge block rotates due to the fact that the swinging rod does not block, and after the rack passes over the rolling shaft, the wedge block and the swinging rod reset under the action of self weight, so that the filter plate is convenient to reuse;
s6: after cleaning is finished, the torsion spring drives the rotating shaft to reset, so that the gear, the rack and the clamping plate reset, the pedal resets under the pushing of the pull rod, the pedal pushes the plug to reset through the push rod and the ejector rod to plug the drainage hose, then the plunger valve is taken down, and the water blocking box resets under the action of the spring;
s7: the impurity that is shaken off by the filter plate falls into and collects the box, makes things convenient for collecting of staff.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the invention, the plunger valve can be pushed to the water retaining box by stepping on the pedal, so that water rushing into the plunger valve can be sprayed into the water retaining box and then collected and utilized, and thus, splashing and waste of water are avoided.
2. According to the invention, the filter plate can be shaken when the rack moves, so that impurities on the filter plate can be shaken off, the filter effect of the filter plate is prevented from being influenced by the impurities on the filter plate, and the filter effect of the filter plate is improved.
3. According to the invention, the collection box is arranged on one side of the fixed shell, so that impurities shaken off by the filter plate can fall into the collection box, collection by workers is facilitated, and convenience in use of the device is improved.
4. According to the invention, the arrangement of the plug in the drainage hose enables a worker to control the water outlet of the drainage hose through the plug while stepping on the pedal, so that the automation degree of the device is improved.
According to the invention, the waste and splashing of a water source for flushing the plunger valve can be avoided, the filter plate can be shaken at the same time, the influence of the blockage of the filter plate on the filtering effect of the filter plate is avoided, the filtering effect of the filter plate is improved, the collection box can be used for facilitating the cleaning of impurities by workers, and the use convenience of the device is improved.

s2: the plunger valve to be cleaned is placed on one side of the clamping plate 11, the pedal 2 is trampled, the pedal 2 pulls the pulling plate 22 through the pull rod 29, the pulling plate 22 drives the rotating shaft 19 to rotate, the rotating shaft 19 drives the gear 21 to rotate, the rack 20 drives the sliding frame 10, the clamping plate 11 and the spray head 12 to move towards one side of the water retaining box 5, meanwhile, the clamping plate 11 pushes the plunger valve to move towards one side of the water retaining box 5 and be attached to the water retaining box 5, then the water retaining box 5 is pushed to move, and meanwhile, the torsion spring 23 deforms;
s4: when the pedal 2 is stepped, when the water retaining box 5 moves, the pedal 2 pushes the ejector rod 36 through the push rod 35, the ejector rod 36 pushes the plug 38, the drainage hose 13 is communicated, water in the pressure tank 17 is drained, the inner wall of the plunger valve is washed through the spray head 12, and the flushed water is sprayed into the water retaining box 5 through the other end of the plunger valve and then flows into the fixed shell 4 after being filtered through the filter plate 27 through the water collecting port;
s5: when the rack 20 moves to one side of the filter plate 27, the rack 20 pushes the swing rod 32 and the wedge block 34 to move to one side of the roller 33, the swing rod 32 cannot rotate under the blocking of the limiting rod 31, then one end of the filter plate 27 is pressed downwards through the roller 33, then the wedge block 34 is separated from the roller 33, the filter plate 27 is reset under the action of self weight, so that the filter plate 27 shakes, impurities on the filter plate 27 shake downwards, when the rack 20 returns, the wedge block 34 rotates due to the fact that the swing rod 32 does not block, and after the rack 20 passes by the roller 33, the wedge block 34 and the swing rod 32 reset under the action of self weight, so that the filter plate is convenient to use again;
