The use method of the trachea cannula device with the difficult airway specifically comprises the following steps:
step one, head fixing: rotating the two second lead screws 8 at the bottom of the second fixed plate 2 to enable the movable plate 9 at the bottom of the second fixed plate 2 to move and further push the corresponding clamping plate 11 to move so as to clamp and fix the temple region of the head of the patient, then rotating the first lead screw 6 according to the size of the head of the patient to drive the first fixed plate 1 to move to the lower jaw of the patient, and then rotating the two second lead screws 8 at the bottom of the first fixed plate 1 to enable the movable plate 9 at the bottom of the first fixed plate 1 to move and further push the corresponding clamping plate 11 to clamp and fix the lower jaw of the patient;
step two, mouth fixing: on the basis of fixing the head in the first step, the height of the mouth positioning mechanism 12 is reduced to enable the tooth socket to fall into the oral cavity of the patient, then the connecting rod 17 is rotated to enable the square frame 16 to drive the tooth socket 21 to move, the tongue pressing plate 22 is driven to press the tongue of the patient in the process and incline the tongue, so that the teeth of the user can be bitten on the tooth socket 21 when being occluded, the magic tape 19 is wound on the two limiting rings 18 back and forth, the angle between the two square frames 16 is fixed, and the mouth of the patient is fixed;
step three, cannula positioning: on the basis of completing the mouth positioning in the second step, the telescopic sleeve plate is rotated, so that the bite-block sleeve 27 is positioned on the lip of the patient and extends into the oral cavity of the patient, the LED lamp 28 is started to illuminate the oral cavity of the patient, the catheter 29 is inserted into the trachea of the patient, when the patient encounters an obstacle, the catheter is inserted into the trachea and is pumped outwards, the obstacle is sucked out, after the specified position is reached, the air is conveyed into the air bag 30 through the air conveying pipe 32, the air bag 30 is expanded to be attached to the inner wall of the trachea, the intubation is completed, and then the shielding plate 25 is rotated to shield the eyes of the patient.
