In addition, as another embodiment, an accommodating cavity for accommodating the unlocking protrusion 165 may be provided in the stopper hole 162, and the unlocking protrusion 165 may be telescopically arranged in the radial direction of the mounting cavity 264, for example, in the form of a compression spring, an air cylinder, or the like, so that the unlocking protrusion 165 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity when the hook is not opposed to the hook, and when the hook is moved to be opposed to the unlocking protrusion 165, the unlocking protrusion 165 drives the hook to move in the radial direction of the mounting cavity 264 to be disengaged from the accommodating cavity 264-1.
Next, the operation of the locking device 26 according to the present invention will be described. First, in an initial state, the medical staff presses the unlocking button 262 to move downward, so that the elastic part 262-4 is inserted into the accommodating part 264-1, and further the hook part is snapped in the accommodating part 264-1, thereby fixing the unlocking button 262. In the process of moving the unlocking button 262 downwards, the locking pin mounting part 262-1 drives the locking pin 263 to move downwards together, so that the locking pin 263 is accommodated in the mounting cavity 264, and the final state is as shown in fig. 16.
The isolation transport device 2 is placed on the bottom plate 16, moved along the slide rail 17 by the driving gear 15, and finally the locking device 26 is inserted into the stop hole 162. In the process, when the hook portion of the locking device 26 is moved to be opposite to the unlocking protrusion 165, the unlocking protrusion 165 drives the hook portion to move in the radial direction of the installation cavity 264 to be disengaged from the receiving portion 264-1, thereby releasing the locking of the unlocking button 262. The return spring drives the release button 262 to move upward along the length of the mounting cavity 264. In this process, since the direction of the pre-tension force of the torsion spring is set such that the locking pin 263 is turned outwards when not being hindered by an external force, the locking pin 263 is turned outwards during the movement of the unlocking button 262 and is finally caught in the locking groove 164, so that the isolation conveyor 2 is stably fixed to the base plate 16, and the final operation state thereof is as shown in fig. 13.
When it is necessary to transfer the isolation conveyance device 2 to another place, the locking device 26 is reversed from the aforementioned operation. First, the medical staff presses the unlocking button 262 to move downward, so that the elastic part 262-4 is inserted into the accommodating part 264-1, and further the hook part is caught in the accommodating part 264-1, thereby fixing the unlocking button 262. At this time, the driving motor 15 is controlled to rotate in the reverse direction, so that the barrier conveyor 2 moves in the reverse direction along the slide rail 17, and finally the locking device 26 is disengaged from the stopper hole 162. In this process, since the driving motor 15 is controlled to rotate reversely when the unlocking button 262 is pressed to the fixed position, and since the distance D between the unlocking protrusion 165 and the hook is not large, the unlocking protrusion 165 will pass the hook quickly, and since the unlocking button 262 is still pressed, the process will not cause the unlocking operation of the unlocking button 262. Subsequently, the locking device 26 is smoothly disengaged from the stopper hole 162 by the driving of the driving motor 15, and the operation state is as shown in fig. 16.
The above embodiments are only used for illustrating the invention and not for limiting the technical solutions described in the invention, and although the present invention has been described in detail in the present specification with reference to the above embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and therefore, any modification or equivalent replacement of the present invention is made; all such modifications and variations are intended to be included herein within the scope of this disclosure and the appended claims.
