The sleep monitoring method as claimed in claim 6, wherein if the first monitoring information and the intermediate monitoring information do not include valid data information at the same time and the second monitoring information and the intermediate monitoring information do not include valid data information at the same time, the determining the number of persons information and the position of persons based on the first monitoring information, the intermediate monitoring information and the second monitoring information further comprises:
determining whether the second monitoring information includes the valid data information;
if yes, determining that the number of the persons is one and the persons are positioned on the second side of the bed body;
correspondingly, the determining the sleep parameters of the persons based on the information of the number of persons, the information of the positions of the persons and the information of the sleep parameters includes:
determining sleep parameters of a second sideline based on the second sleep parameters.

The sleep monitoring method as claimed in claim 6, wherein after determining whether the first monitoring information and the intermediate monitoring information simultaneously include the valid data information and whether the second monitoring information and the intermediate monitoring information simultaneously include the valid data information, further comprising:
if the first monitoring information and the intermediate monitoring information simultaneously include the valid data information, determining personnel quantity information and personnel position information based on the first monitoring information, the intermediate monitoring information and the second monitoring information includes:
determining whether the first sleep parameter information and the intermediate sleep parameter information are sleep parameter information of the same person;
if yes, confirm personnel's quantity for one and be located the bed body first side, just based on personnel quantity information, personnel position information with the sleep parameter information confirms each personnel's sleep parameter, include:
determining sleep parameters of a first side person based on the first sleep parameter information;
if not, determining that the number of the persons is two, one person is positioned on the first side of the bed body, the other person is positioned in the middle of the bed body, and determining the sleep parameters of the persons based on the information of the number of the persons, the information of the positions of the persons and the information of the sleep parameters comprises the following steps:

The sleep monitoring method as claimed in claim 6, wherein after determining whether the first monitoring information and the intermediate monitoring information simultaneously include the valid data information and whether the second monitoring information and the intermediate monitoring information simultaneously include the valid data information, further comprising:
if the intermediate monitoring information and the second monitoring information simultaneously include the valid data information, determining personnel quantity information and personnel position information based on the first monitoring information, the intermediate monitoring information and the second monitoring information includes:
determining whether the second sleep parameter information and the intermediate sleep parameter information are sleep parameter information of the same person;
if yes, confirm personnel's quantity for one and be located the bed body second side, just based on personnel quantity information, personnel position information with the sleep parameter information confirms the sleep parameter of each personnel, include:
determining sleep parameters of a second sideline based on the second sleep parameters;

the valid data information includes at least one of BCG signal information and respiration signal information;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the sleep parameter information comprises at least one of heart rate information and respiratory signal information.
13. A sleep monitoring device, characterized in that: comprising one or more processors;
storage means for storing one or more programs;
the first monitoring group is used for monitoring the sleep in the area of the first side of the bed body to obtain first monitoring information;
the middle monitoring group is used for monitoring the sleep in the middle area of the bed body to obtain middle monitoring information;
the second monitoring group is used for monitoring the sleep in the area of the second side of the bed body to obtain second monitoring information;
the first monitoring group, the intermediate monitoring group and the second monitoring group each comprise at least one monitoring piece;
