Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of network technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for controlling a traffic service message.
Background
With the development of internet technology and terminal technology, a user may use services provided by various application software in an intelligent terminal through an access network, and accordingly, the user needs to pay a traffic fee to an operator for traffic consumed for accessing the network. In the process, the operator sends a reminding message of the traffic use condition to the user according to the traffic use condition of the user.
In the prior art, a message sending system needs to monitor in real time the traffic usage condition corresponding to each traffic service type subscribed by a user. For example, when a user subscribes to three types of traffic, namely, general traffic, directional traffic and 7-day effective traffic, the message sending system needs to monitor traffic usage in real time for each traffic type of the user, so as to remind traffic usage for each traffic type. In the specific process of performing traffic monitoring for each traffic service type, when the traffic used by the user reaches a certain traffic reminding threshold, the message sending system sends a reminding message to the user, and when a traffic switching event occurs, for example, a base station switching event, a trans-provincial switching event and the like, during the process of using the traffic by the user, the message sending system also sends the reminding message to the user.
Along with the continuous evolution of the network from 4G to 5G, the traffic used by users is larger and larger, the traffic service types provided by operators are more and more abundant, the condition that the reminding message grows exponentially occurs in the prior art, the great operating pressure is brought to the message sending system, and the reminding message occupies a large amount of network resources.

Specific embodiments thereof have been shown by way of example in the drawings and will herein be described in more detail. These drawings and the written description are not intended to limit the scope of the inventive concepts in any way, but to illustrate the concepts of the present application to those skilled in the art by reference to specific embodiments.
Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, the same numbers in different drawings refer to the same or similar elements, unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the following exemplary examples are not representative of all implementations consistent with the present application. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with some aspects of the present application as detailed in the accompanying claims.
The terms referred to in this application are explained first:
the general flow service refers to the flow which is 2G/3G/4G/5G general, and the use is not limited.
The directional traffic refers to traffic of a specific application, such as traffic packets of the messenger video APP, messenger payload Wang Ka, etc.
The timing traffic refers to traffic at a specific time, such as idle traffic, 7-day 3G traffic packets, etc.
Cell traffic refers to traffic for a particular area, such as campus traffic, etc.
The network traffic service refers to a service divided according to network types, such as a 4G dedicated traffic service, a 5G dedicated traffic service, and the like.
As shown in fig. 1a, an application scenario of the related prior art in this application is that a user subscribes to 2 types of traffic services, namely a general traffic service and a timing traffic service, in the existing message control method, the 2 types of traffic services all correspond to the same message reminding rule, and the message sending system monitors traffic usage conditions of the 2 types of traffic services in real time, and sends a message when the traffic usage conditions of a certain traffic service type trigger the message reminding rule. The message reminding rule is that a flow reminding message is sent to a user when the flow using amount exceeds a flow reminding threshold value; and sending a flow reminding message to the user when a flow switching event occurs. In one specific example, the traffic alert threshold is 500M and the traffic switching events are base station switching, network switching, rate switching, and trans-provincial switching. Taking the general traffic service as an example, the general traffic subscribed by a certain user is 2G, and the message sending system monitors that the user performs base station switching when using 200M and performs trans-provincial switching when using 600M, then the message sending system sends messages when the traffic usage amounts reach 200M, 500M, 600M, 1000M, 1500M and 2000M, and sends 6 messages respectively.
However, a large number of invalid messages exist in the messages sent by the existing messaging system, and are irrelevant to the use and charging process of the traffic service. For example, for a generic traffic service, whether a base station handover or a trans-provincial handover occurs has no effect on the usage of the generic traffic service and the charging procedure, both messages being invalid messages. In addition, because the traffic order value is larger, the message sent when the traffic usage reaches 1500M and 2000M can remind the user that the traffic used will reach the order value without too frequent prompting, and the message sent when the traffic usage reaches 500M and 1000M is redundant invalid message. The existence of these invalid messages puts a large operating pressure on the messaging system and the invalid messages occupy a large amount of network resources.
The technical content provided by the application aims at solving the technical problems in the prior art. The method can reduce the sending of invalid messages irrelevant to the use or charging of the traffic service, thereby reducing the message quantity sent by the message sending system, reducing the operating pressure of the message sending system and reducing the network resources occupied by the reminding message.
The following describes the technical solutions of the present application and how the technical solutions of the present application solve the above technical problems in detail with specific embodiments. The following embodiments may be combined with each other, and the same or similar concepts or processes may not be described in detail in some embodiments. Embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1b is an application scenario diagram of an embodiment of the present application, in which a user subscribes to 2 types of traffic services, namely a general traffic service and a timing traffic service, where the 2 types of traffic services respectively correspond to a message reminding rule, and the message sending system monitors traffic usage conditions of the 2 types of traffic services in real time, and when the traffic usage condition of a certain type of traffic service triggers the message reminding rule corresponding to the traffic service type, sends a message. When the general traffic subscribed by the user is 2G, the message reminding rule corresponding to the general traffic service is that the message is sent when the traffic usage of the user exceeds 1G. The message sending system monitors that the user performs base station switching when using 200M and performs trans-provincial switching when using 600M, but only needs to send messages when the traffic usage amount reaches 1G and 2G and only sends 2 times of messages because the message sending system does not need to send messages when sending traffic switching events and improves the traffic reminding threshold value.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a flow service message control method provided in an embodiment of the present application, where an execution body of the flow service message control method provided in the embodiment of the present application may be a message sending system or a control unit in a network, and the execution body is used to describe the flow service message control method for the message sending system. As shown in fig. 2, the traffic message control method may include the steps of:
s101: and monitoring traffic service conditions corresponding to each traffic service type subscribed by the user in real time.
S102: and sending a flow reminding message to the user according to the flow use condition of each flow service type and the message reminding rule corresponding to the flow service type.
In this embodiment, the message alert rule corresponding to each traffic service type is determined according to the service attribute of the traffic service.
In this embodiment, the message sending system may monitor, in real time, traffic usage conditions corresponding to each traffic service type subscribed by the user, and send a traffic alert message to the user when the traffic usage condition of a certain traffic service type is monitored to trigger a message alert rule corresponding to the traffic service type.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, before step S101, the method may further include:
s201: collecting the traffic service types subscribed by the user;
s202: and configuring message reminding rules corresponding to the traffic service types for the user according to the service attributes of the traffic service types subscribed by the user.
In this embodiment, the service attributes of different traffic service types are different, so that the message reminding rule of a traffic service type can be configured in a targeted manner according to the service attribute of the traffic service type, so that the message reminding rule corresponding to each traffic service type only reserves the rule related to the use or charging of the traffic service type, removes the rule unrelated to the use or charging of the traffic service type, and can adaptively adjust the reserved rule according to the service attribute, thereby reducing the message sending amount on the premise of ensuring the validity and timeliness of message reminding, reducing the operating pressure of a message sending system and reducing the network resources occupied by the reminding message.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0003291657030000051
In one embodiment, traffic types may include, but are not limited to: general traffic, directional traffic, timing traffic, cell traffic, network traffic. Table 1 shows the message reminding rules corresponding to the traffic service types, and the configuration process of the message reminding rules in table 1 is described below in several specific embodiments:
example 1
In this embodiment, the user subscribes to a general traffic service or a directional traffic service, and the corresponding first message reminding rule is to send a traffic reminding message to the user when the traffic usage corresponding to the general traffic service or the directional traffic service exceeds a preset traffic reminding threshold.
In this embodiment, the message reminding rules corresponding to the general traffic service and the directional traffic service are shown in table 1, the message reminding rules no longer include traffic switching events, and the traffic reminding thresholds corresponding to different total traffic are also different.
In this embodiment, since whether the traffic switching event occurs has no influence on the usage and charging process of the generic traffic service and the directional traffic service, the message alert rule corresponding to the generic traffic service and the directional traffic service in table 1 may not include the traffic switching event. No matter whether the flow switching event message sending system occurs or not, the message sending system does not send the message, and the invalid message is prevented from being sent, so that the message quantity sent by the message sending system is reduced.
Further, since the general traffic service and the directional traffic service are two types of traffic that people use, the total traffic of the subscription is generally larger, so that the traffic alert threshold can be increased to reduce the amount of message transmission. However, at present, a part of low-traffic users still exist, and the total traffic subscribed to by the users is smaller, so the implementation distinguishes the high-traffic users from the low-traffic users by judging whether the total traffic of a certain traffic service subscribed to by the users exceeds a preset total traffic threshold. In table 1, when the total flow exceeds the preset total flow threshold, the flow alert threshold may be adjusted to reduce the amount of messaging for a high-flow user. When the total flow does not exceed the preset total flow threshold, the flow reminding threshold is not adjusted or slightly adjusted for the small flow user so as to ensure the validity and timeliness of the prompt message. By distinguishing the large-flow users from the small-flow users, the effectiveness and timeliness of the prompt message and the reduction of the message sending amount are simultaneously considered.
In one possible implementation manner, if the total flow of the general flow service or the directional flow service exceeds a preset total flow threshold, a fourth message reminding rule corresponding to the general flow service or the directional flow service is configured for the user, and the fourth message reminding rule is that a flow reminding message is sent to the user when the flow usage corresponding to the general flow service or the directional flow service exceeds a preset first flow reminding threshold.
In another possible implementation manner, if the total flow of the generic traffic service or the directional traffic service does not exceed the preset total flow threshold, a fifth message reminding rule corresponding to the generic traffic service or the directional traffic service is configured for the user, and the fifth message reminding rule is that a flow reminding message is sent to the user when the flow usage corresponding to the generic traffic service or the directional traffic service exceeds the preset second flow reminding threshold.
In this embodiment, the first traffic alert threshold is greater than the second traffic alert threshold.
In this embodiment, the second traffic alert threshold may be equal to the traffic alert threshold originally corresponding to the general traffic service or the directional traffic service, or may be greater than the traffic alert threshold originally corresponding to the general traffic service or the directional traffic service. The preset total flow threshold, the first flow alert threshold, and the second flow alert threshold may be flexibly set by those skilled in the art according to the actual situation, and are not limited herein.
In this embodiment, when the total flow of the general flow service or the directional flow service subscribed by the user exceeds the preset total flow threshold, the step setting may be further continued, and the flow reminding thresholds corresponding to the different total flows may be divided in detail, so as to further reduce the amount of invalid messages, reduce the operation pressure of the message sending system, and reduce the network resources occupied by the reminding messages.
In a specific embodiment, if the user subscribes to the 3G universal traffic, the message alert rule is shown in table 1, and since the preset total traffic threshold is 2G, the message sending system sends a message according to the first traffic alert threshold 1G when the user usage traffic reaches 1G, 2G, and 3G, respectively. If the user subscribes to the 1G general flow, and the preset total flow threshold is 2G, the message sending system sends messages when the user usage flow reaches 500M and 1000M according to the second flow reminding threshold of 500M.
Example two
In this embodiment, the user subscribes to a cell traffic service or a network traffic service, and the corresponding second message reminding rule is to send a traffic reminding message to the user when a traffic event corresponding to the cell traffic service or the network traffic service is a preset traffic switching event.
In this embodiment, message reminding rules corresponding to the cell traffic service and the network traffic service are shown in table 1, and only the inter-provincial handover and the base station handover are performed for the traffic handover event corresponding to the cell traffic service; the traffic switching event corresponding to the network traffic service is only network switching, and the traffic reminding threshold value is the cell traffic service and the network traffic service which are originally cell traffic service and network traffic service.
In this embodiment, the flow switching event includes, but is not limited to: base station switching, network switching, rate switching, and trans-province switching. Because the cell traffic service is limited by the region and the network traffic service is limited by the network type, the trans-provincial switching and the base station switching in the traffic switching event can influence the use of the cell traffic service, the network switching can influence the use of the network traffic service, and other traffic switching events have no influence on the use and charging process of the cell traffic service and the network traffic service. According to the embodiment, different flow switching events are configured according to different flow services, so that a message sending system only sends a message when a user generates the flow switching event corresponding to the flow service, otherwise, the message is not sent, and invalid message sending is avoided, so that the message quantity sent by the message sending system is reduced.
In this embodiment, if there are other traffic switching events affecting the usage or charging process of the cell traffic service or the network traffic service, the second message reminding rule may also be configured according to the traffic switching event.
In this embodiment, the traffic alert threshold of the cell traffic service or the network traffic service may be a traffic alert threshold originally corresponding to the cell traffic service or the network traffic service, or the traffic alert threshold may be set according to the total traffic, and a specific setting manner is described in embodiment one, which is not described herein.
In one possible implementation manner, if the user subscribes to the cell traffic service, a ninth message reminding rule corresponding to the cell traffic service is configured for the user, where the ninth message reminding rule is that a traffic reminding message is sent to the user when a traffic event corresponding to the cell traffic service is a trans-provincial handover, or a traffic reminding message is sent to the user when the traffic event corresponding to the cell traffic service is a base station handover and a location where the user is located is a preset location.
In this embodiment, the cell traffic service is limited by the region, and the cell traffic service can be used only when the user is in a certain region in the province, so if the user has a trans-province handover, a message needs to be sent to prompt the user. When the user is in the use area of the cell traffic service, the user is only required to be sent to prompt the user when the user is in the use area of the cell traffic service, and if the user is not in the use area of the cell traffic service, the user is not required to send the message even if the base station is in the use area. By setting the second message reminding rule according to the using condition of the cell traffic service, the message is sent in a targeted manner, so that the quantity of invalid messages is reduced.
In another possible embodiment, if the user subscribes to the network traffic service, a tenth message reminding rule corresponding to the network traffic service is configured for the user, where the tenth message reminding rule is to send a traffic reminding message to the user when the traffic event corresponding to the network traffic service is a network handover.
In a specific embodiment, the user subscribes to the campus service in the A1 area of the a province, and if the user goes on business to the B province and a trans-province handoff occurs, the messaging system sends a message to the user. If the user goes to the A2 area and from base station 1 to base station 2, a base station handover occurs, and the messaging system does not send a message because it is not in the A1 area. If the user is in the A1 area and has moved from base station 1 to base station 2, a base station handover occurs, and the messaging system sends a message to the user due to the A1 area.
Example III
In this embodiment, the user subscribes to the timing traffic service, and the corresponding third message reminding rule is to send the traffic reminding message to the user according to the charging period corresponding to the timing traffic service.
In this embodiment, the message reminding rule corresponding to the timing traffic service is shown in table 1, and the traffic switching event corresponding to the timing traffic service is only rate switching, and the traffic reminding threshold of the traffic without the daily traffic usage threshold is greater than the traffic reminding threshold of the traffic with the daily traffic usage threshold.
In this embodiment, the timing traffic service may include two classes, i.e., an idle service and a time-limited service, where the usage period of the idle service is 23:00-7:00 a day, and the charging period of the idle service is the same as that of the general service, and is also one month. The charging period of the time-limited service is less than one month, and is usually a holiday traffic packet or a sales promotion traffic packet which is pushed by an operator, and some time-limited services have a daily traffic use threshold, for example, a 7-day 7G traffic packet, and only 1G can be used every day; some do not have a daily traffic usage threshold, such as 7 day 3G traffic packets.
In one possible implementation manner, if the user subscribes to the timed traffic service and the charging period of the timed traffic service is one month, a sixth message reminding rule corresponding to the timed traffic service is configured for the user, and the sixth message reminding rule is that a traffic reminding message is sent to the user when the traffic event corresponding to the timed traffic service is rate switching.
In this embodiment, since the user will not subscribe to the idle service, it is usually the carrier that gives away, and the user will not use the idle service, it is very short, and the usage will not exceed the subscription. Therefore, when the timing traffic service is idle traffic, the traffic reminding message is only required to be sent to the user when rate switching occurs, so that the message quantity sent by the message sending system is reduced.
In this embodiment, the sixth message alert rule may also include sending a message when the traffic usage of the user reaches the traffic alert threshold corresponding to the idle traffic, so as to avoid that some users with larger traffic usage at idle time have traffic exceeding the subscription amount due to no alert. As shown in table 1, the traffic alert threshold corresponding to the idle traffic is the traffic alert threshold originally corresponding to the timing traffic.
In another possible implementation manner, if the user subscribes to a timing traffic service and the charging period of the timing traffic service is less than one month, when the timing traffic service has a daily traffic usage threshold, a seventh message reminding rule corresponding to the timing traffic service is configured for the user, and the seventh message reminding rule is that a traffic reminding message is sent to the user when the traffic usage corresponding to the timing traffic service exceeds a preset third traffic reminding threshold; when the daily flow use threshold does not exist in the timing flow service, an eighth message reminding rule corresponding to the timing flow service is configured for the user, and the eighth message reminding rule is that a flow reminding message is sent to the user when the flow use amount corresponding to the timing flow service exceeds a preset fourth flow reminding threshold; the fourth flow reminding threshold value is larger than the third flow reminding threshold value.
In this embodiment, since the time-limited service is aimed at promotion, its total traffic is generally large, so the traffic alert threshold can be increased to reduce the amount of messaging. However, since certain time-limited traffic has a daily traffic usage threshold, the third traffic alert threshold for traffic having a daily traffic usage threshold may be set to be less than the fourth traffic alert threshold for traffic having no daily traffic usage threshold to further reduce the amount of messages sent by the messaging system.
In this embodiment, the seventh message reminding rule and the eighth message reminding rule may further include sending a traffic reminding message to the user when the traffic event corresponding to the timing traffic service is rate switching, so as to prompt the user that the timing traffic is unavailable, so that the user reasonably schedules the traffic. As shown in table 1, the traffic event corresponding to the time-limited service includes rate switching.
Besides configuring the message reminding rules corresponding to the traffic service types in table 1, the message reminding rules can be further configured according to other specific traffic service conditions, and the message reminding rules are further configured according to the specific traffic service conditions by using several specific embodiments:
example IV
When the traffic usage amount of a certain traffic service of a user exceeds a traffic reminding threshold corresponding to the traffic service, before sending a traffic reminding message to the user, determining whether the remaining time of a charging period of the traffic service to be reminded is longer than a preset duration; and if the remaining time of the charging period is longer than the preset duration, sending a flow reminding message to the user.
In this embodiment, when the traffic usage amount of a certain traffic service of a user exceeds a traffic alert threshold corresponding to the traffic service, if the remaining time of the charging period of the traffic service is longer than a preset duration, which indicates that there is a longer distance from the end of the charging period, and there is a risk of generating additional charges, a traffic alert message is sent to the user. If the remaining time of the charging period of the flow service is smaller than or equal to the preset duration, the charging period is ended, and no extra cost is generated basically, and no flow reminding message is required to be sent to the user, so that the message quantity sent by the message sending system is further reduced.
In this embodiment, the person skilled in the art may flexibly set the preset duration, for example, the preset duration may be 24h or 12h, which is not limited herein.
Example five
According to the business attribute of the traffic business type subscribed by the user and the traffic business use habit of the user, configuring message reminding rules corresponding to each traffic business type for the user; wherein, traffic service usage habit includes: the frequency with which the user turns on the 5G function and/or the duration of the video being viewed by the user.
In this embodiment, the message reminding rule may be configured according to the service attribute of the traffic service type and the traffic service usage habit of the user, so that the message reminding rule is more targeted, and the traffic service usage habit of the user is more attached, thereby further reducing the message amount sent by the message sending system.
In a specific embodiment, when the frequency of opening the 5G function by the user is high, or the duration of watching the video by the user is long, it is indicated that the user frequently opens the traffic service, and the traffic usage amount is high, if the traffic alert threshold is high, there is a risk that the traffic usage amount exceeds the subscription amount, and the traffic alert threshold corresponding to the traffic service of the user is not high. When the frequency of starting the 5G function by the user is smaller and the time length of watching the video by the user is shorter, the traffic usage amount of the user is smaller, the traffic usage amount basically does not exceed the ordering amount, and the traffic reminding threshold corresponding to the traffic service of the user can be larger so as to reduce the message amount sent by the message sending system.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a traffic message control device according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 4, the traffic message control device includes: a processor 101 and a memory 102; the memory 102 stores a computer program; the processor 101 executes a computer program stored in a memory to implement the steps of the traffic message control method in the above-described method embodiments.
The traffic message control device may be stand alone or be part of the messaging system and the processor 101 and memory 102 may employ existing hardware within the messaging system.
In the above traffic message control device, the memory 102 and the processor 101 are electrically connected directly or indirectly to implement data transmission or interaction.
