Abstract

The LED indicating circuit 12, the control circuit 11, the micro-motion film 13 and the press handle 14 are all arranged in a groove 15 formed in the upper surface of the key base, and the periphery and the upper surface of the key base 10 are covered by the metal shell 20 in a surrounding manner, so that a compact-structure light key assembly is formed, and the requirement of miniaturization of electronic products is met.
The LED indicating circuit 12, the control circuit 11, the micro-motion film 13 and the press handle 14 are all arranged in a groove 15 formed in the upper surface of the key base, the periphery and the upper surface of the key base 10 are surrounded and covered by a metal shell 20, and a press handle hole 21 is formed in the top surface of the metal shell 20, so that the periphery of the groove 15 and the covered metal shell 20 avoid light leakage, and light only penetrates through a gap between the press handle hole 21 and the press handle 14.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a light guiding pad 16 is disposed above the LED indicating circuit 12, and the light guiding pad 16 is adjacent to one side of the pressing handle 14. The light guide pad 16 serves to guide light and fix the LED indicating circuit 12.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the upper surface of the light guide pad 16 is in contact with the inner surface of the top surface of the metal housing 20. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the top surface of the metal housing 20 has an inward recess 22, the recess 22 forms a protrusion on the inner surface of the top surface of the metal housing, the protrusion contacts with the light guiding pad 16, and the stress generated by the contact and pressing causes the light guiding pad 16 to be pressed on the LED indicating circuit 12, thereby solving the problem of up and down movement of the light emitter in the key assembly.
The groove 15 comprises a pressing handle groove 151 and an LED groove 152 which are communicated, the pressing handle groove 151 is similar to the pressing handle 14 in shape, and the LED groove 152 is similar to the LED indicating circuit 12 in shape. Because the press handle and the LED indicating circuit have different shapes, at the moment, an assembler can easily distinguish and put parts with the same shape into the grooves with the same shape, so that assembly is not easy to make mistakes, and the assembly efficiency is improved.
A boss 150 is disposed on one side wall of the groove 15, the boss 150 extends from the bottom of the groove to the top surface of the key base 10, and a first notch 121 having a shape similar to that of the boss 150 is disposed on one side of the LED indication circuit 12. Because the LED indicating circuit 12 has the positive and negative electrodes which can not be installed reversely, the first notch 121 on one side plays a fool-proof role, so that the assembly is not easy to make mistakes, and the assembly efficiency is improved.
A boss 150 is disposed on one side wall of the groove 15, and second notches 161 having a shape similar to that of the boss 150 are disposed on two sides of the light guide gasket 16. The light guide gasket 16 does not participate in the electric conduction, so that the front side and the back side are not needed, the second notches 161 are arranged on the two sides, and the second notches 161 play a role in guiding the light guide gasket 16 to be quickly assembled in place, so that the assembling efficiency is improved.
And pins 17 are arranged on two sides of the key base 10, and the pins 17 are connected with the control circuit 11.
