Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be described in detail and completely with reference to the following specific embodiments of the present application and the accompanying drawings. It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Interpretation of terms:
the merchant: the party providing the service, such as: movie theaters, or sports event hosts, or concert hosts, or KTV merchants, etc.
The user: the party to be serviced, such as: viewers, viewers of sporting events, viewers of concerts, KTV patrons, etc.
Main service: the business provides the main business service for the user, such as: a video watching service, a concert service, a sports event service (such as basketball game, football game, ice hockey game, etc.), or a KTV singing service, etc.
Derivative services: merchants provide physical or virtual resources to users participating in a host service from which the derivative service is derived. The physical objects include but are not limited to: food (such as beverage or fruit, etc.), or supplies (such as 3D glasses for watching images, or telescope for watching balls, etc.), or tickets (such as parking tickets, or discount tickets, etc.), etc., and the virtual resources include but are not limited to: an electronic coupon, or a virtual coin, or a red packet, or a computer memory space, etc.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1A, an exemplary network environment includes: platform server 10, customer premises equipment 20 and task server 50 in communication with platform server 10 over network 40, merchant premises equipment 30 in communication with task server 50, and service area 60. Wherein the task server 50 may be a merchant maintained server. The user of the customer premises equipment 20 is the customer 21 participating in the service and the user of the merchant premises equipment 30 is the merchant staff 31. The client device 20 may install a client application App corresponding to the platform server 10.
In alternative other environments, the task server 50 may be omitted and the merchant premises equipment 30 communicates directly with the platform server 10 via the network 40. The above customer premise device 20 and merchant premise device 30 may be personal computers, laptop computers, smart phones, personal digital assistants, tablet computers, wearable devices, or a combination of any of these devices. The platform server 10 includes but is not limited to: cloud servers or nodes in a blockchain network, etc.
The service area 60 may include a plurality of seats 61 for users and a storage device 62 corresponding to each seat position, wherein the storage device 62 is used for storing items corresponding to derivative services purchased by the users. When the user reaches the designated seat 61 of the service area 60, the items previously stored in the storage device 62 are available. Wherein, this storage device 62 can be that needs to be unlocked, and the mode of unlocking includes but not limited to: code scanning verification, face recognition, fingerprint recognition, password input, NFC (near Field communication), and the like. Of course, the storage device 62 may be one that does not require unlocking.
The storage device 62 may automatically deposit items (e.g., beverages, parking tickets, etc.) purchased by the user into a deposit space (e.g., deposit space 620 shown in fig. 1B) in the storage device 62 at a predetermined time (e.g., time period or point) prior to the initiation of the main service. For example: the start time of the main service is 19 of 12 months and 20 days in 2019: 00 and the interval between two main services before and after is 30 minutes, the trigger time period can be set to be, for example: 18 in 2019, 12, 20: 18 from 40 to 2019, 12, 20: 50, and automatically throwing the articles into the storage space inside the machine in the triggering time. In this example, one or more trigger time points may also be set, for example: 18 in 2019, 12, 20: 40. 18 in 2019, 12, 20: 45. 18 in 2019, 12, 20: 50, etc.
Storage device 62 may automatically deposit items into its own storage space at any of the above points in time, which may solve the problem of unsuccessful deposits due to machine failure: the delivery instruction is executed once every a period of time until the delivery is successful.
As an example, the interval duration between the above-described trigger time points may also not be fixed. In addition, the stock operation of the storage device 62 may be triggered automatically or by other terminal devices, such as: the merchant's staff uses the merchant-side App to send stock orders to the storage device 62 to trigger stock actions by the storage device 62.
In one embodiment, after the user authorization, the time information of the user arriving at the service place of the merchant can be predicted by acquiring the position information of the user, and the service providing time is judged according to the predicted time information. For example: the start time of the main service to which the user subscribes is: 19 in 2019, 12 and 20: 00, the locations of the main service are: x, 18:00 the location information obtained to the user is: y place (for example, a navigation App or a service subscription App to obtain the location information of the user), and finally, according to the distance between the X place and the Y place and the average speed of the travel mode adopted by the user, it can be predicted how long the user still needs to reach the X place, for example: 30 minutes, then it can be inferred that the user is approximately 18: 30 will go to the store. Thus, the merchant may be prompted to at 18: and (30) the preparation of the derivative service is completed at a proper time point before, so that the derivative service is provided for the user in time, and the user experience is improved.
Within a service area 60, an item sharing warehouse may be provided that may pre-store various types of items for dispatch by the storage devices 62 of the service area 60. Of course, the shared goods warehouse may be shared by a plurality of different service areas 60. One or more of the storage devices 62 may obtain a particular item from the item-sharing store (e.g., by transferring the item via a conveyor mechanism) and deposit the item into a deposit space within the storage device 62, which may be opened by a user.
Alternatively, items selected by the user may be manually deposited into the storage space in the storage device 62 by the merchant's staff. The merchant can configure the stock permission of the staff, so that the staff meeting the stock permission can execute manual stock actions. For example: the merchant can predetermine the corresponding relation between the stock workers and the stock tasks, and the stock time period corresponding to each stock task is set. Therefore, whether the stock worker is matched with the stock task to be executed currently is verified within the set stock time period, and if the stock worker is matched with the stock task to be executed currently, the worker is allowed to execute manual stock (namely, the storage device is allowed to be unlocked); if not, the staff is not allowed to stock.
For example, if employee a1 is determined to be responsible for the stock task in service area B1 at 12/20 in 2019, when a worker comes to service area B1 to wait for the stock task, it needs to be verified whether the identity of the worker currently matches with service area B1 (for example, the worker provides identity information for the identification of the stock device, or inputs a task number allocated by the system at the stock device, etc.), if the verification is passed, it is determined whether the current time is the stock time period, and if so, the storage space is automatically opened for the worker a1 to stock. In addition, the storage device can also identify the types of the articles put in by stock staff, and further judge whether the articles put in by the stock staff are the articles purchased by the user, so that the staff is reminded to put in the correct articles again when the articles are misplaced.
Optionally, in the network environment, the storage device 62 may communicate with the task server 50, so that the task server 50 controls the storage device 62 to perform corresponding stock-preparing actions. For example, a stocking instruction is sent by the task server 50 to the storage device 62 of the designated location immediately before the designated main service time comes, so that the storage device 62 puts the corresponding item to a position that is desirable to the user. Of course, the possible network environments are not limited to this example, for example: storage devices 62 may be in communication with merchant-side equipment 30 or a general dispatch controller (not shown) may be provided for each service area 60, which controller communicates with the respective storage device 62 and sends stocking instructions.
As shown in fig. 1B, in the embodiment of the present application, a storage device 62 may be disposed at a side or a rear or a bottom of the seat 61, the storage device 62 includes a storage space 620 and an information identification area 621, and the information identification area 621 is used for verifying unlocking, including but not limited to: a mode of scanning a graphic identifier (such as a two-dimensional code), a mode of collecting biological information, a mode of inputting an unlocking password and the like. Of course, the storage device 62 may omit the information identification area 621, and the unlocking may be achieved by other means, such as: and the server acquires the position of the user terminal and controls unlocking after detecting that the user terminal reaches the specified seat. The storage device 62 may also be separate from the seat 61, for example, the storage device 62 may be a separate storage cabinet or a bag that hangs from the seat, so that movement of the storage device may be accomplished without changing the seat. In addition, a derivative service selection menu may be displayed on the seat 61, so that the user who enjoys the main service can select a desired derivative service through the menu, and obtain an item corresponding to the selected derivative service after the main service is finished leaving the home. For example: when watching the film, the user selects the XX electronic ticket on the seat and obtains the XX electronic ticket by self-service after the film is scattered.
As shown in fig. 2, another network environment is exemplarily proposed, which is different from the network environment of fig. 1 in that: the storage device 62 provided corresponding to each seat is omitted, a shared storage device 63 is added, the shared storage device 63 may be located at any position of the service area 60, and the shared storage device 63 may store items purchased by a plurality of users in advance. When the user reaches service area 60, the user may obtain the particular item using any of the above unlocking methods. The shared storage 63 may communicate with the task server 50 to implement the automated stocking function. Of course, manual stock may also be used.
As shown in fig. 3, a flow of a data processing method provided in an embodiment of the present application includes the following steps S104 to S107, where:
s104: the customer premises device 20 generates a first request comprising the primary service information and the derived service information in response to a user operation.
And the main service information and the derivative service information respectively represent the contents of the main service and the derivative service which the user participates in. Such content includes, but is not limited to: service category, and/or service attributes, and/or merchant information, and/or user information, etc.
The service classes corresponding to the main service include, but are not limited to: a sightseeing class, and/or a sporting event class, and/or a music performance class, and/or a mass entertainment class, and/or a sightseeing game class, and the like.
The service classes corresponding to the derived services include, but are not limited to: the food class, and/or the article class, and/or the ticket class, the virtual resource class (e.g., electronic ticket, or virtual coin, or red packet, or computer storage space, etc.), etc.
Service attributes include, but are not limited to: service name (such as movie name, event name, food name, user name, ticket name and the like), and/or service time (such as 2019-12-31,19:00), and/or corresponding position of the service (such as XX row of 11 seats in XX shop of Y city of X movie city), and/or service quantity (such as 1 movie ticket and 1 bottle of S beverage), and/or price and the like.
Merchant information includes, but is not limited to: the name of the merchant, and/or the geographic location of the merchant, and/or the contact information of the merchant, etc.;
user information includes, but is not limited to: user ID, and/or user contact, etc.
Optionally, the user may place an order for the main service and the derivative service at the same time, or the user places an order for the derivative service after placing an order for the main service, and adds the information of the main service that has been placed before when placing the order for the derivative service, so that the two tasks are associated with the same order.
Alternatively, one of the primary and/or derivative services in which the user participates may be determined from the other without requiring the user to actively place an order. For example, when the user places an order for the main service or after placing the order for the main service, the user adds remark information to the placed main service, so that the merchant configures corresponding derivative services for the user according to the remark information. For example, the remark information for User1 is: { need to enjoy free food on the day while participating in the main service }, after receiving the remark information, the merchant may determine derived service information for the User1, such as: { 1 bottle of S beverage, one serving of N snacks }. In another scenario, the user may not provide remark information, but the merchant may actively determine the appropriate derivative service for the user. For example, a merchant provides VI P users with free food for the day of the main service.
Optionally, before S104, the method may further include the following S101 to S103:
s101: the user end equipment sends a page request aiming at a task page to the server, wherein the task page is used for determining the content of the main service and/or the derivative service by the user.
S102: and the server sends page content data corresponding to the page request to the client device, wherein the page content data comprises options corresponding to the main service and/or options corresponding to the derivative service. Taking a film watching scene as an example, the main service page content includes the information of the films showing at the cinema, the film arrangement condition of each film at the cinema, the conditions of available tickets sold at each field and the like; the derivative service page content comprises various derivative goods available in the cinema and price information thereof.
S103: and the user terminal equipment renders the task page based on the received page content data.
Optionally, the client device may also render the task page by using page data pre-stored locally.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a task page taking a viewing scene as an example. The task page includes, among other things, a seat selection area 81, a derivative service selection area 82, and a selected service presentation area 83. The platform can comprise various main services, and each main service can respectively correspond to one task page. After the user selects the viewing service and selects part of the service attributes (e.g., { movie name: abcabcabc, theater: X movie city, Y store }) of the viewing service to be purchased, the user can jump to the task page shown in fig. 4. The user can view the seat (not yet sold) that can be selected in the seat selection area 81 and select the seat according to his/her own needs (e.g., click on the seat). Likewise, the user may also select or fill in categories or attributes of the derived services, etc. within the derived services selection area 82. After the user performs corresponding operations on the seat selection area 81 and the derivative service selection area 82, the main service content and the derivative service content selected by the user can be displayed in the selected service display area 83. And then, if the user confirms that the information is correct, clicking 'confirm order placement' to place an order. Optionally, the seat selection area 81, the derived service selection area 82, and the selected service display area 83 included in the task page may also be displayed in separate pages; or at least one of them is shown in a separate page.
In addition, the order in which the user enters different pages is not limited. For example: the user can enter the main service purchase page to order the main service first and then selectively enter the derivative service page to purchase the derivative service. Alternatively, the user may enter the derivative services page to shop for the derivative services first, and then selectively enter the main services page of a particular category to select a particular main service under that category and associate that particular main service with the previously purchased derivative service.
S105: customer premises device 20 sends the first request to server 10.
Alternatively, the first request sent by customer premises device 20 may comprise a subscriber identity.
S106: the server 10 may determine, in response to the received first request, primary service information corresponding to the derived service information. The determination of the main service information using the derived service information has been described above and will not be described herein.
S107: the server 10 associates the primary service information with the derived service information.
The server can store the main service information and the derivative service information in an associated manner, and can also send the main service information and the derivative service information to the merchant-side equipment for storage. The present application is not limited with respect to storage means or location.
Optionally, the server 10 may maintain a data table, such as the following table 1:
Figure BDA0002551197030000101
TABLE 1
S108: the server 10 sends a task participation credential corresponding to the first request to the client device 20.
The task participation credential is a credential of the user participating in the main service provided by the merchant, and is, for example: the two-dimensional code is used for self-service taking of photo tickets, successful issuing vouchers, payment vouchers and the like.
Optionally, the method further includes:
s109: server 10 sends the associated primary service information and derivative service information to merchant-side device 30.
This S109 is suitable for a scene of manual stock, and when the user successfully places an order, the theater staff 31 can check the association relationship between the main service information and the derivative service information through the merchant terminal device 30, thereby realizing manual stock.
Optionally, the method further includes:
s110: the server sends a stock order corresponding to the derived service information to the storage device 62. The server in S may be a task server 50.
S111: the storage device 62 controls the articles corresponding to the derived service information to enter the storage space according to the stock order.
Optionally, the stocking instructions may include location information (e.g., X1 hall; row 1, seat 2) and/or time information (e.g., 2020/1/3/18:00) corresponding to the primary service in which the user participates.
Optionally, in S111 above, at the time corresponding to the time information, the article corresponding to the derived service information is controlled to enter the storage space corresponding to the position information.
The above S110 and S111 are applicable to the automatic stock scenario.
Optionally, the method further includes:
s112: and verifying whether the user has the unlocking authority. If yes, the process proceeds to S113.
For example, the storage 62 may obtain and authenticate credential information provided by the customer premises device 20. The voucher information may be a goods picking verification code or a user identifier pushed by the server after the order placing is successful.
S114: the storage device 62 controls the storage space to be opened.
The above S112 and S113 are suitable for self-service acquisition of the derivative goods stored in advance when the user watches the film.
Optionally, the method further comprises the following steps:
the storage device 62 displays the advertisement information.
The content of the advertisement information may be any content that needs to be promoted, such as: sales promotion information of the merchant itself (such as offers, new product recommendations, etc.), or commercials delivered by other advertising operators. The advertisement information may originate from a server or may be pre-stored locally in a storage device.
Optionally, the method further comprises the following steps:
the storage means 62 pushes the advertisement information to the customer premises device entering the geographical location where the main service is located.
For example, by obtaining the real-time location of the user end device, after the user end device enters a merchant area or a designated service area, the advertisement information is pushed to the user end device for the user to read. Alternatively, the advertisement information may be selectively pushed according to the main service and/or the derivative service selected by the user. For example: the derived service information determined by a certain user is: { 1 bottle of S beverage }, the advertisement information of the beverage class can be pushed to the user; another example is: the main service information determined by a certain user is: { movie: ABC, then can push the advertising information of the "action type" film that needs to be shown in the future to the user; and so on. By placing advertisements on the storage device, the revenue of the merchant can be increased and the utilization rate of the storage device can be improved.
As shown in fig. 5, a flow of a data processing method according to another embodiment of the present application is provided, where the method includes steps S201 to S209, where:
and S201, the user end equipment generates main service information.
The user end device can respond to the operation of selecting the main service by the user to generate the main service information corresponding to the user operation, and can also automatically generate the main service information. For example: and the user end equipment determines the main service information corresponding to the user ID according to the current login user ID or the user operation record. For example: user1, determining the main service information as ABC, X cinema and Y store; for another example, when the user operation record shows that the user has viewed the "ABC movie review" last time, the main service information is automatically generated as "ABC, X cinema, Y store". Of course, the generated main service information may prompt the user to confirm, and if the user confirms that there is no problem, the process proceeds to S203.
And S203, the user terminal equipment sends the main service information to the server.
And S205, the customer premise equipment generates the derived service information.

The server determines primary service information for the user S305.
In one embodiment, the server determines the primary service information for the user according to preset rules. For example: the merchant gives the movie ticket free to the high-quality user at a specific shopping festival. The rules for determining good users are for example: the consumption integral is larger than a preset value, and the like. When the user equipment sends the derived service information (such as buying one copy of N snacks), the server inquires the points and judges whether the rules are met or not according to the user ID, the equipment ID, the mobile phone number and the like, and if the rules are met, the server determines the main service information for the user (such as { X1 hall; 2020/1/3/18: 00; 1 row and 2 seats }).
In another embodiment, the server may store in advance a corresponding relationship between the user ID and the main service information, which may be determined according to the rule or may correspond to the main service that the user has previously purchased. Thus, the server can query the corresponding main service information according to the user ID.
S307, the server associates the received main service information with the derivative service information.
S309, verifying whether the user has the right. If yes, the process proceeds to S311. The verification method is as described above.
And S311, distributing corresponding virtual resources for the users.
Among them, virtual resources include but are not limited to: an electronic coupon, or a virtual coin, or a red packet, or a computer memory space, etc. For example: the merchant sends a red packet to the VIP user of the incoming store; the internet cafe allocates cloud disk space for VIP users from the store, and so on.
