if the identification code information indicates that the identification code is a third identification code for providing an access piece integrated service, presenting a user role selection page, wherein the user role selection page comprises a storage user role inlet and a pickup user role inlet;
and monitoring the triggering operation of the user on the storage user role inlet or the pickup user role inlet, and determining the user role information.
In an optional manner, the monitoring module is specifically configured to: monitoring code scanning operation of a user, inquiring local cache information, and extracting user role information from the local cache information.
The descriptions of the modules refer to the corresponding descriptions in the method embodiments, and are not repeated herein.
According to the role switching device in the access piece process, after the code scanning operation of a user is monitored, the user role information selected by the user is determined, the first service page corresponding to the user role information selected by the user is presented, the first service page comprises the user role switching entry, namely, a direct entry of the user for switching roles is provided in the service page of the access piece, if the user selects a wrong role, the user can directly switch to the service page corresponding to the correct user role through the user role switching entry in the current service page, the problem that the operation mode of repeated code scanning login and the like of the user is complicated or the subsequent misoperation is avoided, and the efficiency of accessing pieces by the user is improved.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a nonvolatile computer storage medium, wherein the computer storage medium stores at least one executable instruction, and the executable instruction can execute the role switching method in the access piece process in any method embodiment.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a computing device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and a specific embodiment of the present invention does not limit a specific implementation of the computing device.
As shown in fig. 7, the computing device may include: a processor (processor)702, a Communications Interface 704, a memory 706, and a communication bus 708.

A communication interface 704 for communicating with network elements of other devices, such as clients or other servers.

The memory 706 stores a program 710. The memory 706 may comprise high-speed RAM memory, and may also include non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as at least one disk memory.
The program 710 may specifically be configured to enable the processor 702 to execute a role switching method in an accessor process in any of the method embodiments described above. For specific implementation of each step in the program 710, reference may be made to corresponding steps and corresponding descriptions in units in the embodiment of the role switching method in the access procedure, which are not described herein again. It can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described devices and modules may refer to the corresponding process descriptions in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
The algorithms or displays presented herein are not inherently related to any particular computer, virtual system, or other apparatus. Various general purpose systems may also be used with the teachings herein. The required structure for constructing such a system will be apparent from the description above. In addition, embodiments of the present invention are not directed to any particular programming language. It is appreciated that a variety of programming languages may be used to implement the teachings of embodiments of the present invention as described herein, and any descriptions of specific languages are provided above to disclose preferred embodiments of the invention.

Claims (12)

1. A role switching method in a process of accessing a file is characterized by comprising the following steps:
monitoring code scanning operation of a user;
determining user role information, wherein the user role information is determined by a role autonomously selected by a user;
inquiring local cache information, and extracting user role information from the local cache information; the user role information is storage user role information for requesting storage service or pickup user role information for requesting pickup service;
comparing the determined user role information with the user role information extracted from the local cache information;
if the comparison result is consistent, presenting a first service page of the corresponding user role information; the first service page comprises a user role switching entry; if the comparison result is inconsistent, presenting a first service page corresponding to the determined user role information, and presenting a control corresponding to the user role switching entry in the first service page;
and monitoring the triggering operation of the user on the user role switching entrance, and switching and presenting the first service page as a second service page.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein if the user role information is storage user role information, the first service page is a storage service page, and the second service page is a pickup service page; and if the user role information is pickup user role information, the first service page is a pickup service page, and the second service page is a storage service page.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the monitoring of the triggering operation of the user on the user role switching entry, and the presenting of the switching of the first service page as the second service page specifically includes:
and monitoring one-key triggering operation of the user on the user role switching entrance, and switching and presenting the first service page as the second service page.
4. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the monitoring of the user code scanning operation is specifically: the operation of a user scanning an identification code provided by the intelligent cabinet is monitored.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the determining user role information further comprises:
acquiring identification code information obtained by code scanning operation of a user;
if the identification code information indicates that the identification code is a third identification code for providing an access piece integrated service, presenting a user role selection page, wherein the user role selection page comprises a storage user role inlet and a pickup user role inlet;
and monitoring the triggering operation of the user on the storage user role inlet or the pickup user role inlet, and determining the user role information.
6. A role switching device in a process of accessing a file, comprising:
the monitoring module is used for monitoring code scanning operation of a user; determining user role information, wherein the user role information is determined by a role autonomously selected by a user; inquiring local cache information, and extracting user role information from the local cache information; the user role information is storage user role information for requesting storage service or pickup user role information for requesting pickup service; comparing the determined user role information with the user role information extracted from the local cache information;
the presentation module is used for presenting the first service page of the corresponding user role information if the comparison result is consistent; the first service page comprises a user role switching entry; if the comparison result is inconsistent, presenting a first service page corresponding to the determined user role information, and presenting a control corresponding to the user role switching entry in the first service page;
and the switching module is used for monitoring the triggering operation of the user on the user role switching entrance and switching and presenting the first service page as the second service page.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein if the user role information is storage user role information, the first service page is a storage service page, and the second service page is a pickup service page; and if the user role information is pickup user role information, the first service page is a pickup service page, and the second service page is a storage service page.
8. The apparatus according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the switching module is specifically configured to: and monitoring one-key triggering operation of the user on the user role switching entrance, and switching and presenting the first service page as the second service page.
9. The apparatus according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the monitoring module is specifically configured to: the operation of a user scanning an identification code provided by the intelligent cabinet is monitored.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the monitoring module is specifically configured to:
acquiring identification code information obtained by code scanning operation of a user;
if the identification code information indicates that the identification code is a third identification code for providing an access piece integrated service, presenting a user role selection page, wherein the user role selection page comprises a storage user role inlet and a pickup user role inlet;
and monitoring the triggering operation of the user on the storage user role inlet or the pickup user role inlet, and determining the user role information.
11. A computing device, comprising: the system comprises a processor, a memory, a communication interface and a communication bus, wherein the processor, the memory and the communication interface complete mutual communication through the communication bus;
the memory is used for storing at least one executable instruction, and the executable instruction causes the processor to execute the operation corresponding to the role switching method in the access piece process of any one of claims 1-5.
12. A computer storage medium having at least one executable instruction stored therein, the executable instruction causing a processor to perform operations corresponding to the role switching method in an accessor process according to any one of claims 1-5.
