Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the embodiments of the present disclosure, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like reference numerals refer to the like elements throughout. The embodiments are described below in order to explain the present disclosure by referring to the figures.
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a data migration method according to a first exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. The data migration method is used for migrating data from a first electronic device to a second electronic device and runs on the first electronic device, and the first electronic device at least has a first application and a second application.
Referring to fig. 1, a first application receives user data from a second application through a predetermined interface at step S101. That is, the first application receives user data of the second application, which the user needs to migrate, from the second application through the predetermined interface.
In step S102, the first application sends the received user data to the second electronic device, so as to restore the user data to the third application on the second electronic device. Thereby, the user data may be displayed in a third application of the second electronic device.
The second application has the same or similar function as the third application. As an example, the second application may be different from the third application, e.g., the name of the second application may be different from the third application and/or the provider of the second application may be different from the third application.
As an example, the first application may be an application for data migration. For example, the first application may be a change machine assistant APP. As an example, the first application may send the received user data to a fourth application of the second electronic device, and the fourth application restores the user data to the third application. For example, the first application and the fourth application may be the same, e.g., may be the same switch assistant APP.
As an example, the first electronic device and the second electronic device may be mobile communication terminals (e.g., smartphones), smart wearable devices (e.g., smartwatches), tablets, laptops, and like electronic devices. It should be understood that the first electronic device and the second electronic device may be the same type of electronic device or different types of electronic devices, for example, the first electronic device and the second electronic device may both be mobile communication terminals; one may be a mobile communication terminal and the other a tablet computer.
As an example, a first electronic device may communicate with a second electronic device through short-range wireless transmission. For example, the short-distance wireless transmission may be a WIFI direct connection, a bluetooth low energy BLE, or a route, and it should be understood that other suitable short-distance wireless transmission methods may also be used, and the disclosure does not limit this.
As an example, the software system platform of the first electronic device may be different from the software system platform of the second electronic device. For example, the software system platform of the first electronic device may be a software system platform provided by a provider (i.e., vendor) of the first electronic device, the software system platform of the second electronic device may be a software system platform provided by a provider of the second electronic device, and the provider of the first electronic device (e.g., samsung) is different from the provider of the second electronic device (e.g., huayu).
As an example, the second application may be an application developed by a provider of the first electronic device, and the third application may be an application developed by a provider of the second electronic device. As an example, the second application and the third application may include, but are not limited to: a memo-type application and/or a browser-type application. For example, user data for a memo-type application may include: each memo. For example, user data for a browser type application may include: browser bookmarks.
By way of example, the data type of the user data may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: text, voice, picture.
As an example, the first application does not have user data read permission for the second application. For example, when the second application is an application developed by a provider of the first electronic device, user data of the second application is private and protected by an authority mechanism (e.g., an android authority mechanism), and the first application is used as an application that a third party application cannot read the user data of the second application.
As an example, step S101 may include: and the first application passively receives the user data actively sent by the second application through the preset interface. In particular, as an example, the first application may provide a user interface for selecting at least one application, including the second application, for which the first application does not have user data reading rights; and in response to the selection operation of the user on the second application, presenting a prompt to instruct the user to operate on the second application to actively send the user data of the second application from the second application to the first application through the preset interface, and/or triggering and starting a user interface of the second application to enable the user to operate the second application through the user interface to actively send the user data to the first application through the preset interface.
As an example, the presented prompt may be used to instruct the user to perform a sharing operation on the user interface of the second application on the user data that needs to be migrated, and set the shared target application as the first application, so as to actively send the user data of the second application that needs to be migrated to the first application through the predetermined interface (i.e., the sharing interface). For example, the sharing operation may be as shown in fig. 4 and 5.
As an example, after the user interface of the second application is triggered to be started, the user may be instructed to perform a sharing operation on the user data to be migrated on the user interface of the second application, and the shared target application is set as the first application, so that the user data of the second application to be migrated is actively sent to the first application through the predetermined interface (i.e., the sharing interface).
In fact, the existing data migration method does not consider how to implement data migration when the application (i.e., the second application) to be migrated does not have the read authority. For example, APP developed by an electronic device manufacturer, whose data is private and protected by a permission mechanism, cannot be read by an application for data migration, which is a third party APP, such as a memo or a browser bookmark. Therefore, the existing data migration method cannot read the private data of the APP developed by other electronic device manufacturers due to the permission limitation, and the private data has to be discarded when migrating data between electronic devices of different brands (i.e., different manufacturers). According to an exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, user data actively sent by the second application may be passively received by means of a predetermined interface (for example, a sharing interface of an android system), and sent to another electronic device to be restored to a third application corresponding to the second application in the another electronic device.
Fig. 2 to 5 illustrate examples in which a first application receives user data from a second application through a predetermined interface according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.
Fig. 2 shows a user interface provided by a first application for selecting at least one application (e.g., a browser APP in addition to a second application) including the second application (e.g., the second application is a Memo APP in fig. 2) where the first application does not have a user data reading right, and in response to a selection operation of the second application by a user (e.g., clicking an APP Backup control (e.g., Backup Memo) for backing up the second application), a user interface for starting the second application (e.g., as shown in fig. 3) is triggered to enable the user to operate the second application through the user interface to actively send user data to the first application through the predetermined interface. For example, when receiving that the user clicks an APP Backup control Backup media for backing up the second application, sending Intent to start the corresponding second application to display a user interface of the second application (as shown in fig. 3), the user may select user data to be migrated in the user interface of the second application, for example, when receiving a selection operation of the user on the user data (for example, selecting the memo named Text in the user interface shown in fig. 3), the user interface shown in fig. 4 may be displayed; when a sharing operation is received in the user interface shown in fig. 4 (e.g., clicking on the Share control Share), the user interface shown in fig. 5 may be displayed; when an operation of selecting a first application (for example, Smart Switch APP) as a target application to be shared is received in the user interface shown in fig. 5, the selected piece of user data is shared to the first application through the sharing interface.
As an example, the first application may register an intent-filter in android manifest. For example, the code may be as follows:
Figure BDA0003318830260000091
as an example, when the first application receives the user data from the second application through the predetermined interface, it may determine from which APP the user data comes according to the activity of android.
Fig. 6 shows a flowchart of a data migration method according to a second exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. The data migration method is used for receiving migration data from a first electronic device by a second electronic device, and the data migration method is operated on the second electronic device, and the first electronic device at least has a first application and a second application. As an example, the second electronic device has at least a third application and a fourth application, the data migration method being executable by the fourth application. As an example, the fourth application and the first application may be the same. As an example, the fourth application may be an application for data migration. For example, the fourth application may be a change machine assistant APP.
Referring to fig. 6, in step S201, user data of a second application is received from a first application of a first electronic device.
In step S202, a third application having the same or similar function as the second application in the second electronic device is determined. As an example, the second application may be different from the third application, e.g., the name of the second application may be different from the third application and/or the provider of the second application may be different from the third application.
In step S203, the user data is restored to the third application. Thereby, the user data may be displayed in a third application of the second electronic device.
As an example, the second electronic device may communicate with the first electronic device through short-range wireless transmission. For example, the short-distance wireless transmission may be a WIFI direct connection, a bluetooth low energy BLE, or a route, and it should be understood that other suitable short-distance wireless transmission methods may also be used, and the disclosure does not limit this.
As an example, the software system platform of the second electronic device may be different from the software system platform of the first electronic device.
As an example, step S203 may include: and saving each kind of user data to a corresponding storage position of the third application according to the attribute information of each kind of user data in the user data, so that the display positions of each kind of user data in the user interfaces of the second application and the third application correspond, namely, the display position of each kind of user data in the user interface of the third application corresponds to the display position of each kind of user data in the user interface of the second application. For example, the user data may include a plurality of user data, for example, the plurality of user data may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: title content data, text content data, time information data, location information data, user information data, voice data, picture data. For example, the attribute information may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: category, storage location information, display location information. For example, different kinds of user data are stored at different positions, and the corresponding display positions are also different.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, each kind of user data can be caused to be displayed in the user interface of the third application at a position where it should be displayed, for example, the title content data is displayed at the title, the body content data is displayed at the body, the time information data is displayed at the time information prompt (for example, for prompting the generation time of the piece of user data (for example, the piece of memo)), the place information data is displayed at the place information prompt (for example, for prompting the generation place of the piece of user data), and the user information data is displayed at the user information prompt (for prompting the user related to the piece of user data).
As an example, step S203 may include: determining the display position of the user data in the third application based on the display position of the user data in the second application according to the corresponding relation of the data display positions between the third application and the second application; and storing the user data into a database of the third application according to the display position of the user data in the third application, so that when the corresponding user interface of the third application is started, the user data is read from the database and displayed at the corresponding display position.
As an example, the correspondence between the third application and the second application may be preset, mainly according to the similarity of APP functions. And then, a matching relation can be established in the first application and the fourth application by utilizing the package names of the two corresponding APPs. Taking the memo APP as an example, after receiving the data, the fourth application on the second electronic device sends Intent to the samsung note APP (specifies the package name of the samsung note APP) according to the marked data source (for example, the package name of the memo APP), and attaches the received data to the Intent.
As an example, the data display position correspondence relationship between the third application and the second application may also be set in advance. Taking the memo APP as an example, the title, content (text), voice and picture of the memo APP and the samsung note APP can be pre-corresponding one by one. After receiving Intent, a samsung note APP as a third application extracts user data in Intent and inserts the user data into a database of the samsung note APP correspondingly, for example, a piece of user data { "title": "test title", "content": "test content" }, "test title" is the title, and "test content" is the content. The Samsung note APP monitors a data updating event of the database, reads the latest data from the database, and updates the latest data into the user interface.
Fig. 7 illustrates a flowchart of a data migration method according to a third exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. The data migration method is used for migrating data from a first electronic device to a second electronic device, the first electronic device at least comprises a first application and a second application, and the second electronic device at least comprises a third application and a fourth application.
Referring to fig. 7, a first application of a first electronic device receives user data from a second application through a predetermined interface at step S301.
In step S302, the first application of the first electronic device sends the received user data to the fourth application of the second electronic device.
In step S303, the fourth application of the second electronic device determines a third application having the same or similar function as the second application in the second electronic device.
In step S304, the fourth application of the second electronic device restores the user data to the third application.
As an example, the first application of the first electronic device and the fourth application of the second electronic device may be the same.
As an example, the names of the second application and the third application may be different and/or the providers of the second application and the third application may be different.
As an example, the software system platform of the first electronic device may be different from the software system platform of the second electronic device.
As an example, the first application does not have the user data reading authority of the second application, wherein step S301 may include: and the first application of the first electronic equipment passively receives the user data actively sent by the second application through the preset interface.
As an example, a first application of a first electronic device may provide a user interface for selecting at least one application, including a second application, in the first electronic device for which the first application does not have user data reading rights; and in response to the selection operation of the second application, presenting a prompt to instruct a user to operate on the second application to actively send the user data to the first application through the preset interface, and/or triggering and starting a user interface of the second application to enable the user to operate the second application to actively send the user data to the first application through the preset interface.
As an example, step S304 may include: and the fourth application of the second electronic equipment saves each kind of user data to a corresponding storage position of the third application according to the attribute information of each kind of user data in the user data, so that the display positions of each kind of user data in the user interfaces of the second application and the third application are corresponding.
As an example, the second application and the third application may be: a memo-type application and/or a browser-type application.
As an example, the data type of the user data may comprise at least one of: text, voice, and pictures.
Fig. 8 illustrates a block diagram of a data migration apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. The data migration device is used for migrating data from a first electronic device to a second electronic device and running on the first electronic device, and the first electronic device at least has a first application and a second application.
Referring to fig. 8, a data migration apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a user data receiving unit 101 and a user data transmitting unit 102.
Specifically, the user data receiving unit 101 is configured to receive user data from the second application through a predetermined interface by the first application.
The user data transmitting unit 102 is configured to transmit the received user data to the second electronic device by the first application, so as to restore the user data to a third application on the second electronic device.
The second application has the same or similar functionality as the third application.
