Accordingly, those skilled in the art are directed to developing a multi-level knowledge management and editing system using cloud object storage, which solves the above-mentioned shortcomings in the prior art.

In view of the above-mentioned shortcomings of the prior art, the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is how to meet the needs of individuals/organizations for storing sensitive data and providing diverse knowledge management functional needs.

The technical contents of the preferred embodiments of the present invention will be more clearly and easily understood by referring to the drawings attached to the specification. The existing commonly used knowledge management application systems, such as the cloud note with path shown in fig. 1 and the Baidu network disk shown in fig. 2, have the following defects:
1. the storage space and the storage data type are limited, and meanwhile, part of functions are not opened to all users, so that the use is limited;
2. the method has the defects of privatization deployment and secret level configuration, and does not solve the requirement of personal/organization for storing sensitive data;
3. the method is used for improving the old network storage system, has single function, and has incomplete support for various current knowledge management requirements, such as annotation, in-system reference, continuous file viewing and the like.
In order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, those skilled in the art are dedicated to develop a multi-level knowledge management and editing system using cloud object storage, which includes: the client is a user interaction terminal and has the functions of file browsing, file editing, file synchronization and file management; the server database is connected with the client and comprises a plurality of data warehouses for providing a file storage function;

The data warehouse includes a public data warehouse and a private data warehouse. For users with extra requirements on file privacy, a secret data warehouse, namely a private warehouse, can be configured outside a public data warehouse, namely a basic shared file warehouse, and the secret-related data is prevented from being exposed in a relatively unsafe network environment through modes such as intranet deployment and the like.
The public data warehouse can be accessed in a public network and stores non-secret data; the secret data warehouse can only be accessed in an internal network and is used for storing secret data.
Fig. 3 shows a block diagram of a system for processing and initiating a remote request from a client using user input as a source, where the system for managing and editing multi-secret knowledge is composed of a plurality of functional modules, and completes a complete process from user input on a user interface to local/cloud storage corresponding to task update generation, and finally, the task completes a complete process of calling back and updating the user interface.
The client specifically comprises a local database, a user interface, a file management control, a file browsing control, a file editing control, a task management module and a data transmission module.
The user interface acquires the logic information of the local file by connecting the local database, the user interface comprises a file list and a directory structure for displaying and operating, a folder can be browsed on the user interface, the specific file can be positioned, the specific file can be browsed and edited, the specific file can be moved, copied and deleted through the file management control, and uploading and downloading of a new file can be initiated through an operating button on the user interface.
The local database stores logic information of a plurality of cloud connection configurations and local files. The local database is different from the local disk, and stores key information required by the application, which includes: (1) when a user initially uses the software and one or more cloud connection configurations specified in a setting guide subsequently, the application accesses logically different cloud storages according to the configurations; (2) the application reads the local database instead of the local disk to know the file currently existing locally, and displays the file on the user interface.
And the file browsing control is connected with the user interface to view the specific file. The file browsing control encapsulates the analysis and display controls of various types of files, so that the text can be displayed, edited and formatted, the audio and video files can be played, the pictures can be browsed in sequence, and the files in the directory can be displayed according to the waterfall flow. In addition, the customized processing and display can be carried out according to special file types.
The file editing control is connected with the file browsing control and can edit a specific file. The file editing control can perform data editing or note editing on the supported file types and save the edited file as new data for file updating.
The task management module completes file synchronization transfer of the whole system, any file needing to be synchronized locally and at the cloud end can initiate a synchronization task, and the task queue executes the task to complete file synchronization.
The task management module is connected with the local database, the user interface and the file editing control, stores an operation result on the user interface and an editing result of the file editing control, and updates the local database after the operation tasks of the user interface and the file editing control are completed;
the activity state of the task queue in the task management module can be controlled by a user, and the task is started and stopped when needed.
The data transmission module is connected with the task management module and completes local storage and cloud storage. The data transmission module realizes file synchronization, pause/recovery and breakpoint resume functions on the encapsulation interfaces of the local storage and the cloud storage by calling the local communication module and the cloud communication module. Different packaging interfaces are arranged in cloud storage, so that the cloud storage system is compatible with various remote cloud storage architectures. The data transmission module refers to the data verification component, so that the data integrity is guaranteed, and data errors are prevented.
The whole system is realized according to a framework design, and local storage can be accessed in the meeting of (1); (2) the cloud storage system can be flexibly deployed on multiple environments under the condition of the existence of the cloud storage which can be connected through the network, and is not limited by other third-party services.
Besides the completion of software deployment and use in the local environment of the user, foreground operation can also be replaced in a cloud host mode, namely, the user accesses the cloud host through a local machine, file browsing and viewing are completed on the cloud host, and file synchronization and backup are completed between the cloud and the cloud. The alternative scheme can more fully utilize the idle time of a user not using the system in the aspect of data synchronization, but the scheme cannot realize off-line browsing, the browsing and editing operation also needs communication between the local and the cloud, and the possibility of influencing the user experience exists.
Fig. 4 shows a block diagram of the system shown in fig. 3 according to an embodiment.
In this embodiment, the client infrastructure is implemented using Electron + Vue, and the client is not marked with the internal program code implemented by writing using JavaScript, which specifically uses an external framework implementation scheme, according to the system architecture. The server database uses MinIO object storage to deploy two remote instances, one of which is used as a public data warehouse and can be accessed in a public network to store non-secret data; the other one is used as a secret data warehouse which can only be accessed in an intranet and cannot be accessed when the user is not in the intranet environment, and is used for storing secret-related data.
In the client, the Electron provides a user interface and an interface for accessing a disk and a network in the local environment of the user, Vue is used as a JavaScript web frame to complete page styles and page logic. The Electron completes the creation of the SQLite and Vue instances during initialization, reads application information to complete the display of an initial interface, subsequently communicates with the foreground Vue page through a message system, and responds to the input of a user to complete the operations of uploading, downloading, saving, updating, deleting and the like of files.
The file browsing uses the JavaScript component compatible with Vue, and comprises external components such as CKEditor, video.
The tasks define different execution methods in a class inheritance mode, the tasks created from different sources are added into a unified task queue, and the tasks are executed according to user settings.
And the data transmission module judges the data transmission direction according to different marks of the task data and the communication module, and uploads the file fragments or splices and arranges the remote fragment files into a complete file according to requirements.
In MinIO storage, files of all formats are managed in a unified mode, file information is stored independently, and management is carried out through file ids generated by application. For each MinIO instance with different user setting security levels, the inside of the MinIO instance is divided into a plurality of storage directories, the same file is connected with data in different directories in series through a unique file id, wherein the directories mainly comprise a file data storage directory (used for storing original data of the file), a file information storage directory (used for comparing a file list with a synchronous state) and a file additional knowledge storage directory (used for storing data generated by the internal additional knowledge management editing function of the application).
When the user is in the environment without network connection, the public warehouse and the secret warehouse can not be connected, the client side works in an off-line state at the moment, edited data is only stored locally, and when the client side is in the network environment with the connectable remote warehouse, the client side initiates a synchronization request to the corresponding connectable warehouse, submits file modification generated in the absence of network connection and acquires a file updated remotely in the period.
