The embodiment of the invention discloses a VR (virtual reality) glasses frame structure, which is used for solving the technical problem that certain pressure burden is brought to a user due to the fact that existing VR glasses are heavy in weight and are worn for a long time.

a support frame 1 and a fabric layer 2;
the fabric layer 2 is fixedly sleeved on the support frame 1, and a cavity 4 is formed between the fabric layer 2 and the first side surface of the support frame 1;

It should be noted that, when the fabric layer 2 receives external pressure, the fabric layer 2 extrudes the first elastic portion 301 and the second elastic portion 302, so that the first elastic portion 301 and the second elastic portion 302 deform to a certain extent, thereby converting the external pressure into elastic potential energy of the first elastic portion 301 and the second elastic portion 302, and when the external pressure received by the fabric layer 2 disappears, the first elastic portion 301 and the second elastic portion 302 release the elastic potential energy to support the fabric layer 2.

Furthermore, in order to strengthen the tight fixation between the fabric layer 2 and the support frame 1, an edge strip is arranged at the clamping position of the positioning convex rib 201 and the edge of the support frame 1.
Specifically, after the positioning convex rib 201 on the outer edge of the fabric layer 2 is clamped with the outer edge of the support frame 1, an operator places the combination of the fabric layer 2 and the support frame 1 in a preset mold, and then injects a layer of plastic at the clamping position of the positioning convex rib 201 and the outer edge of the support frame 1 in an injection molding manner, and the plastic becomes the edge sealing strip after being cooled.

It should be noted that, since the fabric layer 2 is in direct contact with the face near the glasses of the user, the fabric layer 2 in this embodiment is preferably made of comfortable cloth or leather, and specifically, a plurality of air holes may be formed in the fabric layer 2 in order to increase the air permeability of the fabric layer 2.
Further, the support frame 1 comprises an arc-shaped plate 101 and a protruding frame 102;
the protruding frame 102 is disposed on the arc-shaped plate 101, and the protruding frame 102 protrudes outside the arc-shaped plate 101.
It should be noted that the arc-shaped plate 101 in this embodiment is designed to enable the supporting frame 1 to fit the human face, which is in line with human engineering; the protruding frame 102 in this embodiment is used for mounting lenses of VR glasses.
Further, the arc plate 101 and the protruding frame 102 are a unitary structure.
It should be noted that the support frame 1 in this embodiment may be manufactured by one-step injection molding, that is, injection molding is performed in a mold with a preset shape, the injection molding material may be selected from hollow glass bead materials, and after cooling and molding, the support frame 1 in this embodiment may be obtained. In addition, in order to further reduce the weight of VR glasses, the arc-shaped plate 101 in this example may be a glass fiber plate, and then the protruding frame 102 is formed on the glass fiber plate by injection molding.
Further, the first elastic portion 301 and the second elastic portion 302 are both made of TPE material.
It should be noted that the first elastic portion 301 and the second elastic portion 302 are both formed on the first side of the support frame 1 by injection molding, and the material used for injection molding may be silicone or TPE, that is, thermoplastic elastomer material.

2. The VR eyeglass frame structure of claim 1, wherein an outer edge of the fabric layer is provided with a positioning rib, and the positioning rib is engaged with an outer edge of the support frame.
3. The VR eyeglass frame structure of claim 2, wherein an edge strip is provided at a location where the positioning rib engages an edge of the support frame.
4. The VR eyeglass frame structure of claim 1, wherein the fabric layer is cloth.
5. The VR eyeglass frame structure of claim 1, wherein the fabric layer is leather.
6. The VR eyeglass frame structure of claim 1, wherein the support frame comprises an arc-shaped plate and a protruding frame;
the protruding frame is arranged on the arc-shaped plate and protrudes outwards from the arc-shaped plate.
7. The VR eyeglass frame structure of claim 6, wherein the arc plate and the protruding frame are a unitary structure.
8. The VR frame structure of claim 1, wherein the first resilient portion and the second resilient portion are each made of a TPE material or silicone.
