For example, a first end may be referred to as a second end, and likewise, a second end may also be referred to as a first end without departing from the scope of this application.
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the present invention discloses a refrigerator, which comprises a refrigerator body and a drawer-type door 10 connected with the refrigerator body, wherein the refrigerator body defines storage compartments, and the number and the structural form of the storage compartments can be configured according to different requirements. The storage compartment typically includes a refrigerator compartment and a freezer compartment.
The refrigerator further comprises a drawer 12 arranged between the refrigerator body and the drawer type door body 10, the drawer 12 can move along with the drawer type door body 10, a bottle seat 14 is arranged between the drawer type door body 10 and the drawer 12, and the bottle seat 14 defines a storage cavity for storing articles. In addition, the drawer 12 may also be operatively moved relative to the drawer-type door body 10 to approach the drawer-type door body 10 or to move away from the drawer-type door body 10, thereby adjusting a gap between the drawer 12 and the drawer-type door body 10.
Referring to fig. 3 to 12, a first turning member 16 and a second turning member 18 are respectively disposed at two opposite sides of the drawer-type door 10, a first rotating shaft 20 and a second rotating shaft 22 are respectively disposed at two opposite ends of the bottle seat 14, the first rotating shaft 20 and the second rotating shaft 22 are coaxial, a first shaft hole 24 coupled to the first rotating shaft 20 is disposed on the first turning member 16 to allow the bottle seat 14 to be rotated, and a second shaft hole 26 coupled to the second rotating shaft 22 is disposed on the second turning member 18 to stop the bottle seat 14 at a certain position.
In the preferred embodiment, the first and second tumblers 16, 18 are removably secured to the drawer door 10, the drawer door 10 includes a door liner, and the first and second tumblers 16, 18 are disposed on an interior side of the door liner. The first and second flippers 16, 18 each have a latch.
In the preferred embodiment, the bottle seat 14 is disposed between the drawer-type door 10 and the drawer 12, so that the gap between the drawer-type door 10 and the drawer 12 is fully utilized, and the capacity of the refrigerator is increased under the condition that the external volume of the refrigerator is ensured to be constant. In addition, the first turning member 16 is provided with a first shaft hole 24 coupled to the first shaft 20 to allow the bottle holder 14 to be rotated, and the second turning member 18 is provided with a second shaft hole 26 coupled to the second shaft 22 to stop the bottle holder 14 at a certain position. Therefore, the bottle seat 14 is reliably fixed, and when articles are taken and placed, the drawer type door body 10 and the drawer 12 are pulled outwards for a certain distance, then the drawer 12 is pushed for a certain distance towards the direction far away from the drawer type door body 10, and then the bottle seat 14 can be rotated for a certain angle towards the direction close to the drawer 12, so that an operation space is provided for taking and placing the articles, and the articles are very convenient to take and place.
Preferably, the first rotating shaft 20 and the second rotating shaft 22 have the same structure, and the first turning member 16 is further provided with a second shaft hole 26 besides the first shaft hole 24; the second flip member 18 is provided with a first axial hole 24 in addition to a second axial hole 26, and the second flip member 18 and the first flip member 16 are identical in structure. With this arrangement, the positions of the first and second tumblers 16, 18 can be interchanged, that is, the first tumbler 16 is mounted on either end of the bottle holder 14, and accordingly, the second tumbler 18 is mounted on the other end of the bottle holder 14 opposite to the first tumbler 16. This facilitates assembly of the bottle holder 14 and the first and second flippers 16, 18, and completely prevents reverse assembly.
Further, the first shaft hole 24 includes a first lower portion 28 and a first upper portion 30 having a larger bore diameter than the first lower portion 28, the second shaft hole 26 includes a second lower portion 32 and a second upper portion 34 having a larger bore diameter than the second lower portion 32, a shaft axis of the first lower portion 28 and a shaft axis of the second lower portion 32 define a substantially horizontal first plane, and a shaft axis of the first upper portion 30 and a shaft axis of the second upper portion 34 define a second plane substantially parallel to the first plane. The horizontal direction here is referred to a direction in which the refrigerator is in a use state. The first lower portion 28, the first upper portion 30, the second lower portion 32, and the second upper portion 34 are all circular. The first lower portion 28 and the second lower portion 32 have substantially the same aperture, and the first upper portion 30 has a larger aperture than the second upper portion 34.
Since the first and second flippers 16, 18 are identical in structure, the first flipper 16 will be described in detail herein as an example. Specifically, the first flipping element 16 includes a body 36, and a first elastic sheet 38 and a second elastic sheet 40 both disposed on the body 36, the first lower portion 28 and the second lower portion 32 are both disposed on the body 36, the first upper portion 30 is disposed on the first elastic sheet 38, and the second lower portion 32 is disposed on the second elastic sheet 40. Thus, when the bottle seat 14 is installed, the first elastic sheet 38 or the second elastic sheet 40 can be elastically deformed, when the bottle seat 14 is installed in place, the first elastic sheet 38 and the second elastic sheet 40 are reset and the bottle seat 14 is installed on the first turnover part 16, and the installation mode between the bottle seat 14 and the second turnover part 18 is the same as the installation mode between the bottle seat 14 and the first turnover part 16.
The body 36 has a first end 42 mounted on the drawer door 10 and a second end 44 opposite to the first end 42, the body 36 further has a first concave portion 46 and a second concave portion 48 penetrating the second end 44, the first concave portion 46 and the second concave portion 48 are both away from the first end 42, the first resilient tab 38 is disposed in the first concave portion 46, and the second resilient tab 40 is disposed in the second concave portion 48. Therefore, the structure of the first turnover part 16 is more compact, the capacity of the bottle seat 14 is increased, and the capacity of the refrigerator is further improved.
The first resilient tab 38 has a mating portion 50 coplanar with the second end portion 44 and an angled connecting portion 52 angled with respect to the mating portion 50, the angled connecting portion 52 being located in the first recessed portion 46. In addition, the second elastic sheet 40 is similar to the first elastic sheet 38.
Further, the first concave portion 46 has a first bottom, the second concave portion 48 has a second bottom, the first resilient sheet 38 has a first fixed end fixed to the first bottom and a first free end opposite to the first fixed end, the first free end defines the first upper portion 30, the second resilient sheet 40 has a second fixed end fixed to the second bottom and a second free end opposite to the second fixed end, the second free end defines the second upper portion 34. The first free end is located at the mating portion 50 and the first fixed end is located at the inclined connecting portion 52.
The first and/or second flippers 16, 18 are provided with positioning posts 54, and the bottle holder 14 is provided with positioning slots 56 selectively engageable with and disengageable from the positioning posts 54. Thus, when the bottle holder 14 is operatively rotated to a certain position, the positioning posts 54 mate with the corresponding positioning slots 56. When force is applied to the vial seat 14 to rotate it again, the positioning post 54 is disengaged from the positioning slot 56.
Specifically, the positioning post 54 is located between the first recessed portion 46 and the second recessed portion 48. The body 36 is provided with a mounting portion protruding from the first and second recessed portions 46 and 48 and spacing the first and second recessed portions 46 and 48 apart, and a positioning post 54 is provided on the mounting portion.
