The intelligent street lamp based on the constant temperature and humidity integrated base is characterized by comprising a circulating system, a bottom flange, a base fixed at the bottom flange and a lamp post fixed with the base, wherein a lighting unit is installed at the lamp post, an installation space is arranged in the base, a control unit, a first temperature sensor and a first humidity sensor are installed in the installation space, the base is provided with a side door hinged with the base, an air inlet hole and an air outlet hole are formed in the side door, and a first fan is also installed at the air outlet hole; the air inlet hole is provided with a first valve capable of sealing the air inlet hole, and the air outlet hole is provided with a second valve capable of sealing the air outlet hole; the circulating system comprises an air outlet unit, a heat radiating unit, a detecting unit, an adjusting unit, a fan unit and an air inlet unit, wherein the air outlet unit comprises a buffer cavity and a plurality of air outlet pipes connected with the buffer cavity, the air outlet pipes are inserted into the base from the top end of the base, the heat radiating unit comprises a first connecting channel pipe connected with the buffer cavity and a second connecting channel pipe connected with the detecting unit, one or more heat radiating pipe units are connected between the first connecting channel pipe and the second connecting channel pipe, each heat radiating pipe unit comprises two end flanges and a plurality of heat radiating pipes connected between the two end flanges, each detecting unit comprises a detecting channel pipe connected with the second connecting channel pipe, a second temperature sensor installed in the detecting channel pipe and a second humidity sensor installed in the detecting channel pipe, the detecting unit is connected with the adjusting unit, the adjusting unit comprises a drying agent, each adjusting unit is connected with the fan unit, each fan unit comprises a fan channel pipe and a second fan installed in the fan channel pipe, each fan channel pipe is connected with the bottom end of the air inlet pipe, and the air inlet pipe is connected with the base, and the air inlet unit extends into the bottom end of the base.
2. The intelligent street lamp based on the constant temperature and humidity integrated base according to claim 1, wherein the first fan is installed on the inner side of the side door, and the first fan faces the air outlet.
3. The intelligent street lamp based on the constant temperature and humidity integrated base, as claimed in claim 1, wherein the side door is provided with an electronic lock; the air inlet and the air outlet are both provided with rain-proof covers.

The intelligent street lamp based on the constant temperature and humidity integrated base according to claim 1, wherein the air outlet pipe is provided with a first abutting flange which abuts against the upper surface of the base and is in a rectangular frame shape, the air inlet pipe is provided with a second abutting flange which abuts against the upper surface of the base, and the second abutting flanges, all the first abutting flanges and the upper surface of the base are in sealing connection.
