The full waterproof string light of this embodiment will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 37 of the accompanying drawings.
The waterproof lamp string of this embodiment includes waterproof lamp caps 10, waterproof power plug assemblies and electric wires 30, the number of waterproof lamp caps 10 is a plurality of, and a plurality of waterproof lamp caps 10 are connected with waterproof power plug assemblies through electric wires 30, as shown in fig. 1 to 4. Preferably, the waterproof lamp cap 10 comprises a lamp holder 11, an electric wire positioning sheet 12, a lamp shade 13 and an LED lamp, wherein an electric wire 30 penetrates through the bottom of the lamp holder 11, the electric wire positioning sheet 12 is arranged in the lamp holder 11 and fixes the electric wire 30 penetrating through the bottom of the lamp holder 11 on the lamp holder 11, the LED lamp is connected to the electric wire 30 in the lamp holder 11, the lamp shade 13 is clamped on the lamp holder 11 and is fixed on the lamp holder 11 through the electric wire 30 by the electric wire positioning sheet 12, the lamp holder 11, the electric wire positioning sheet 12, the electric wire 30 and the lamp shade 13 form a closed space, transparent insulating sealant is filled in the closed space, the connecting parts of the LED lamp, the LED lamp and the electric wire 30 in the closed space and the electric wire 30 are wrapped and covered and fixed after the transparent insulating sealant is solidified, and the lamp holder 11, the electric wire positioning sheet 12 and the lamp shade 13 are shown in fig. 11-16. Preferably, the waterproof power plug assembly comprises a direct plug 21, a back plug 22, a tail plug socket 23 and a plug 24, wherein a sealing assembly is arranged on the direct plug 21, the back plug 22 and the plug 24, and is used for sealing a connecting position when at least two of the direct plug 21, the back plug 22, the tail plug socket 23 and the plug 24 are connected; the back plug 22 and the tail plug socket 23 are also provided with an anti-falling buckle 25 and an anti-falling buckle fixing part 26, and the anti-falling buckle 25 is fixed at the anti-falling buckle fixing part 26; the straight plug 21, the back plug 22 and the plug 24 are further provided with an anti-falling clamping groove 27, and when at least two of the straight plug 21, the back plug 22, the tail plug socket 23 and the plug 24 are connected, the anti-falling clamping buckle 25 is clamped at the anti-falling clamping groove 27 and used for clamping and fixing the connecting part, as shown in fig. 20-37.
The waterproof lamp cap of the full waterproof lamp string of the embodiment adopts a sealed space formed by the lamp shade 13, the lamp holder 11, the electric wire 30 and the electric wire locating piece 12 in the lamp holder 11, the connection part of the LED lamp and the electric wire 30 are contained in the sealed space, and then the transparent insulating sealant is injected into the sealed space, and after the transparent insulating sealant is solidified, the connection part of the LED lamp and the electric wire 30 in the sealed space are covered and fixed, so that the waterproof lamp cap has a very good waterproof effect; on the other hand, the direct plug 21, the back plug 22 and the plug 24 of the waterproof power plug assembly are provided with sealing assemblies, the sealing assemblies are provided with sealing rings, the back plug 22 and the tail plug socket 23 are further provided with anti-falling buckles 25 and anti-falling buckle fixing parts 26, the anti-falling buckles 25 are fixed at the anti-falling buckle fixing parts 26 to enable the anti-falling buckles to be incapable of falling off, and the direct plug 21, the back plug 22 and the plug 24 are further provided with anti-falling clamping grooves 27, so that when at least two of the direct plug 21, the back plug 22, the tail plug socket 23 and the plug 24 are connected, the connecting parts are sealed and clamped firmly through the sealing effect of the sealing rings of the sealing assemblies and the clamping effect of the anti-falling buckles 25 and the anti-falling clamping grooves 27, and the waterproof power plug assembly can be connected with each other to have good waterproof effect. Namely, the full waterproof lamp string of the embodiment is matched with the waterproof lamp cap and the waterproof power plug assembly, so that the whole lamp string has a very good waterproof effect, and the whole lamp string can be placed in water for use, and the use range of the lamp string is expanded. Namely, the full waterproof lamp string of the embodiment solves the technical problem that the whole lamp string in the prior art does not have a waterproof function.
According to a preferred embodiment, two slots 252, a third clamping groove 253 and a clamping stopping part 254 between the two slots 252 are arranged in the middle of the surface of the anti-falling buckle 25 contacted with the anti-falling buckle fixing part 26, and a buckling part 251 is arranged at the end of the surface of the anti-falling buckle 25 contacted with the anti-falling buckle fixing part 26, as shown in fig. 20; the anti-drop snap fixing portions 26 provided on the back plug 22 and the tail plug receptacle 23 include two insertion pieces 261, and an inverted portion 262 is further provided between the two insertion pieces 261, as shown in fig. 26 and 29; when the anti-falling buckle 25 is fixed on the anti-falling buckle fixing portion 26, the inserting piece 261 is inserted into the inserting groove 252, the back-off portion 262 is buckled in the third clamping groove 253 and is abutted against the locking portion 254, so that the anti-falling buckle 25 cannot be separated from the anti-falling buckle fixing portion 26; the straight plug 21, the back plug 22 and the plug 24 are provided with anti-falling clamping grooves 27, as shown in fig. 22, 23, 25 and 26; when at least two of the in-line plug 21, the back plug 22, the tail plug socket 23 and the plug 24 are connected, the fastening portion 251 of the anti-drop fastener 25 is fastened in the anti-drop slot 27, so that the connection portion is fastened and fixed, as shown in fig. 30 to 37. Preferably, the anti-falling buckle 25 is provided with a buckling part 251, the opposite two surfaces of the back plug 22 and the tail plug socket 23 are respectively provided with an anti-falling buckle fixing part 26, and the opposite two surfaces of the straight plug 21, the back plug 22 and the plug 24 are respectively provided with an anti-falling clamping groove 27, as shown in fig. 20, 22, 23, 26 and 29. In the preferred technical solution of this embodiment, the anti-falling buckle 25 is fixed at the anti-falling buckle fixing portion 26, and the connection portion can be firmly fastened by the fastening portion 251 of the anti-falling buckle 25 and the anti-falling slot 27.
Specifically, when in use, the anti-falling buckle 25 comprises the following steps: (1) The two inserting pieces 261 are respectively inserted into the two inserting grooves 252, and the back-off part 262 is buckled in the third clamping groove 253 and is abutted against the clamping stopping part 254, so that the anti-falling buckle 25 is fixed on the anti-falling buckle fixing part 26 and cannot fall off; (2) Before being connected with other plug assemblies, the anti-falling buckles 25 on the two sides of the shell are pressed against one end far away from the plug interface, so that one end, close to the plug interface, of the anti-falling buckle 25 on the two sides of the shell is formed into a horn mouth shape; (3) Inserting other plug components into the cavities of the back plug portion of the back plug 22 and the tail plug socket 23 provided with the anti-falling buckle 25; (4) Releasing the pressure pressing the anti-falling buckle 25 to enable the buckling part 251 of the anti-falling buckle 25 to be clamped in the anti-falling clamping groove 27, and simultaneously pressing the buckling parts 251 of the anti-falling buckles 25 at the two sides of the shell forcibly to enable the anti-falling buckles 25 at the two sides of the shell to be in a parallel state; thus, the connection of the plug assembly can be completed. When the connected plug assembly needs to be taken out, the other ends, far away from one ends of the buckling parts 251, of the anti-falling buckles 25 on the two sides of the shell are pressed with force at the same time, so that the anti-falling buckles 25 on the two sides of the shell are in a horn mouth shape, the buckling parts 251 are separated from the anti-falling clamping grooves 27, and then the connected plug assembly is pulled out.
According to a preferred embodiment, the locking portion 254 has a T-shaped structure, and the lateral edge of the locking portion 254 is adapted to abut against the back-off portion 262, and the vertical edge of the locking portion 254 has a structure in which the height of the surface of the anti-disengagement buckle 25 is gradually reduced from one end near the lateral edge to one end far from the lateral edge, as shown in fig. 20. The back-off portion 262 is provided with a reinforcing rib 2621, and the reinforcing rib 2621 has a structure in which the protruding height gradually decreases from one end near the back-off portion 262 to one end far from the back-off portion 262, as shown in fig. 26 or 29. In this embodiment, the structural design of the locking portion 254 and the back-off portion 262 is preferred, so that the disengagement phenomenon will not occur when the disengagement preventing buckle 25 is fixed at the disengagement preventing buckle fixing portion 26.
According to a preferred embodiment, the bottom of the lamp base 11 of the waterproof lamp head 10 is provided with two through holes 111, the diameter of the through holes 111 is not smaller than the diameter of the electric wires 30, and the two electric wires 30 pass through the bottom of the lamp base 11 through the through holes 111, respectively, as shown in fig. 11 and 12. The lamp socket 11 is provided with a circle of first bosses 112 and two upright posts 113 in the axial direction at the bottom of the inner side, the first bosses 112 are located at the outer sides of the two through holes 111, and the two upright posts 113 are located at the inner sides of the first bosses 112 and symmetrically located at the two sides of the center line of the two through holes 111, as shown in fig. 12 and 13. The wire positioning piece 12 is provided with a lap joint part 121, two first grooves 122 and two second grooves 123, the first grooves 122 are of a semicircular arc structure, and the semicircular aperture of the first grooves 122 is the same as the diameter of the wire 30, as shown in fig. 14; the second grooves 123 are of a semicircular arc structure, the two second grooves 123 are respectively sleeved with the two upright posts 113, the semicircular aperture of each second groove 123 and the upright posts 113 are concentric circles, the semicircular aperture of each second groove 123 is not smaller than the diameter of each upright post 113, and the height of each second groove 123 is not smaller than the height of each upright post 113, as shown in fig. 15; the overlapping portion 121 is located around the bottom of the wire locating piece 12, two first grooves 122 are symmetrically located on two opposite sides of the wire locating piece 12, two second grooves 123 are symmetrically located on two other opposite sides of the wire locating piece 12, and when the wire locating piece 12 is arranged in the lamp holder 11, the bottom of the overlapping portion 121 is overlapped on the top of the first boss 112 and enables the bottom of the overlapping portion 121 to be abutted against the top of the first boss 112. The centers of the two first grooves 122 and the centers of the two through holes 111 are offset from each other, so that two fixing holes with the aperture not larger than the diameter of the electric wire 30 are formed after the two first grooves 122 and the two through holes 111 are overlapped up and down, the electric wire 30 passing through the through holes 111 is fastened and fixed through the fixing holes, and the joint of the lamp holder 11 and the electric wire locating piece 12 and the electric wire 30 is in a closed structure.
According to a preferred embodiment, a circle of first clamping grooves 114 are formed in the radial direction of the inner side wall of the lamp holder 11 of the waterproof lamp cap, a second boss 131 is formed in the radial direction of the end, connected with the lamp holder 11, of the lamp shade 13, the outer diameter of the end, connected with the lamp holder 11, of the lamp shade 13 is identical to the inner diameter of the lamp holder 11, and when the lamp shade 13 is clamped on the lamp holder 11, the second boss 131 is clamped with the first clamping grooves 114, and the joint of the lamp shade 13 and the lamp holder 11 is of a closed structure, as shown in fig. 13 and 16. In the preferred technical solution of this embodiment, a circle of first clamping groove 114 is provided in the radial direction of the inner sidewall of the lamp holder 11, a second boss 131 is provided in the radial direction of the end of the lamp shade 13 connected to the lamp holder 11, and when the lamp shade 13 is clamped to the lamp holder 11, the joint between the lamp shade 13 and the lamp holder 11 can be made into a closed structure by the clamping of the second boss 131 and the first clamping groove 114.
According to the waterproof lamp cap 10 of the preferred technical scheme of the embodiment, through the airtight structure of the joint of the lamp holder 11 and the wire locating piece 12 with the wire 30 and the airtight structure of the joint of the lamp shade 13 with the lamp holder 11, the wire locating piece 12, the wire 30 and the lamp shade 13 form an airtight space, and through the transparent insulating sealant filled in the airtight space, the joint of the LED lamp and the wire 30 in the airtight space are covered and fixed after the transparent insulating sealant is solidified, so that the waterproof lamp cap has a very good waterproof effect.
According to a preferred embodiment, the waterproof lamp cap 10 further comprises a sleeve flower 14, wherein the sleeve flower 14 is arranged on the lamp shade 13 and is clamped with the lamp shade 13, as shown in fig. 17. Preferably, a circle of second clamping grooves 141 and a circle of first concave-convex grooves 142 are arranged on the inner side wall of the sleeve flower 14, wherein the second clamping grooves 141 are arranged along the radial direction of the sleeve flower 14, and the first concave-convex grooves 142 are arranged along the axial direction of the sleeve flower 14; the outer side surface of the lamp shade 13 is provided with a third boss 132 and a circle of second concave-convex groove 133, the third boss 132 is arranged along the radial direction of the lamp shade 13 and is located in the middle of the lamp shade 13, the second concave-convex groove 133 is arranged along the axial direction of the lamp shade 13 and is located at one end close to the top of the lamp shade 13, when the sleeve flower 14 is sheathed on the lamp shade 13, the second clamping groove 141 is clamped with the third boss 132, and the first concave-convex groove 142 and the second concave-convex groove 133 are mutually meshed, as shown in fig. 16 and 17. The flower 14 of the preferred embodiment is spherical, candle-shaped, strawberry-shaped, star-shaped, triangular, etc. The waterproof lamp cap 10 according to the preferred technical scheme of the embodiment further comprises the sleeve flower 14, and the sleeve flower 14 is sleeved on the lampshade 13, so that the attractiveness of the waterproof lamp cap can be enhanced, and the appearance style of the waterproof lamp cap is enriched.
According to a preferred embodiment, a riveted terminal 31 is provided between the end of the wire 30 of the waterproof lamp cap located in the lamp socket 11 and the pin of the LED lamp, as shown in fig. 18. Preferably, the riveting terminal 31 is provided with a first wrapping opening 311 and a second wrapping opening 312, the first wrapping opening 311 is used for being riveted with a core wire of the end part of the electric wire 30 in the lamp holder 11 and fixedly connecting the riveting terminal 31 with the core wire of the end part of the electric wire 30, and the second wrapping opening 312 is used for being riveted with a pin of the LED lamp and fixedly connecting the LED lamp with the core wire of the end part of the electric wire 30 through the riveting terminal 31, as shown in fig. 19. Preferably, the first wrapping opening 311 and the second wrapping opening 312 are grooves similar to a U-shaped structure, the core wires at the end parts of the electric wires 30 are placed in the first wrapping opening 311, and the core wires at the end parts of the electric wires 30 can be wrapped and riveted together through the baffle plates at the two sides of the first wrapping opening 311; the pins of the LED lamp are placed in the second wrapping openings 312, and the pins of the LED lamp can be wrapped and riveted through the baffle plates on two sides of the second wrapping openings 312. In the prior art, the end core wire of the electric wire 30 and the pin of the LED lamp which are overlapped together are directly riveted and fixed by copper strips by a copper strip riveting machine, in this way, the length of the pin of the LED lamp is required to be longer to realize continuous riveting, while the closed space formed by the lamp holder 11, the electric wire locating piece 12, the electric wire 30 and the lampshade 13 in this embodiment requires the length of the pin of the LED lamp to be shorter (about 5 mm), the connection part of the LED lamp and the electric wire 30 in the closed space and the electric wire 30 are covered and fixed by the cured transparent insulating sealant, and the short pin length of the LED lamp cannot be riveted and fixed by continuous copper strips after being directly overlapped with the core wire of the end part of the electric wire 30 by the copper strip riveting machine. According to the preferred technical scheme, through the arrangement of the riveting terminal 31, the first wrapping opening 311 and the second wrapping opening 312 are arranged on the riveting terminal 31, the core wires at the end parts of the electric wires 30 are wrapped and riveted through the first wrapping opening 311 of the riveting terminal 31, so that the riveting terminal 31 and the core wires at the end parts of the electric wires 30 are fixedly connected together, then the pins of the LED lamp in the next process are wrapped and riveted through the second wrapping opening 312 of the riveting terminal 31, the LED lamp is fixedly connected with the core wires at the end parts of the electric wires 30 through the riveting terminal 31, and large-scale and automatic production is facilitated, and the efficiency is improved.
According to a preferred embodiment, the first sealing groove 211, the second sealing groove 221 and the third sealing groove 241 are respectively provided on the in-line plug 21, the back plug 22 and the plug 24 of the waterproof power plug assembly, and the sealing assembly is a sealing ring placed in the first sealing groove 211, the second sealing groove 221 and the third sealing groove 241, as shown in fig. 22 to 26. Preferably, the number of the first sealing groove 211, the second sealing groove 221 and the third sealing groove 241 is at least two circles to place at least two circles of sealing rings, thereby enhancing the sealing effect of the joint.
According to a preferred embodiment, the top of the plug 24 of the waterproof power plug assembly is provided with a fixing through hole 242, two symmetrical arc-shaped grooves 243 are arranged at the outer circumference of the top of the plug 24 concentric with the fixing through hole 242, and a notch 244 is arranged between the two arc-shaped grooves 243, as shown in fig. 21; the housing of the rear plug 22 and the rear plug receptacle 23 is provided with a fourth boss 245, a fifth boss 246 and a sixth boss 247, wherein the fifth boss 246 and the sixth boss 247 are located on both sides of the fourth boss 245, as shown in fig. 26 and 28. The top of the fourth land 245 is, for example, plum blossom-shaped; the fifth boss 246 and the sixth boss 247 are, for example, in the form of convex dots. When the back plug 22 and the tail plug socket 23 provided with the plugs 24 are connected with other plug assemblies, the plugs 24 arranged in the back plug 22 and the tail plug socket 23 are taken out and fixed on the shells of the back plug 22 and the tail plug socket 23; the plug 24 is fixed to the housing of the rear plug 22 and the rear plug receptacle 23 by: the fourth boss 245 is inserted into the fixing through hole 242 of the cap 24 while the fifth boss 246 and the sixth boss 247 are respectively inserted into the arc-shaped grooves 243, and by rotating the cap 24 by 90 °, the top of the fourth boss 245 in a plum-blossom shape is caught inside the top of the cap 24 (so that the cap 24 is ensured not to fall off in the up-down direction), while the fifth boss 246 and the sixth boss 247 are respectively inserted into the two recesses 244 between the arc-shaped grooves 243 from inside the arc-shaped grooves 243 (so that the cap 24 is ensured not to move rotationally in the horizontal direction), as shown in fig. 37. According to the preferred technical scheme of the embodiment, the fixing through hole 242, the arc-shaped groove 243 and the third notch 244 are formed in the plug 24, the fourth boss 245, the fifth boss 246 and the sixth boss 247 are formed in the shell of the back plug 22 and the tail plug socket 23, and the plug 24 can be fixed on the shell of the back plug 22 and the tail plug socket 23 through the cooperation of the components, so that the problem that the plug 24 is not easy to store when not used is solved. When the plug 24 fixed on the shell of the tail plug socket 23 needs to be taken out, the plug 24 is only required to be rotated by 90 degrees, and then the fourth boss 245 on the shell of the tail plug socket 23 is withdrawn from the fixing through hole 242 in the center of the plug 24.
Specifically, the plug 24 is fixed to the housing of the back plug 22 and the tail plug receptacle 23 by: for example, when the tail jack 23 is inserted into the plug 21 or the plug 22, the plug 24 of the tail jack 23 is taken out from the tail jack 23, the fixing through hole 242 at the top of the plug 24 is sleeved on the fourth boss 245 on the shell of the tail jack 23, the two arc-shaped grooves 243 at the top of the plug 24 are aligned with the fifth boss 246 and the sixth boss 247 at two sides of the fourth boss 245, then the plug is forcibly rotated by 90 degrees, the top of the plum blossom-shaped fourth boss 245 is clamped into the inner side of the top of the plug 24, and meanwhile, the fifth boss 246 and the sixth boss 247 on the shell of the tail jack 23 are respectively rotated into the notch 244 between the two arc-shaped grooves 243 on the plug 24, so that the plug 24 is fixed on the shell of the tail jack 23, and the plug 24 cannot fall off from the shell of the tail jack 23 without external force. When the plug 24 fixed on the shell of the tail plug socket 23 needs to be taken out, the plug 24 is only required to be rotated by 90 degrees, so that the fifth boss 246 and the sixth boss 247 are respectively embedded into the arc-shaped grooves 243 from the two notches 244 between the arc-shaped grooves 243, and then the fourth boss 245 on the shell of the tail plug socket 23 is withdrawn from the fixing through hole 242 at the top of the plug 24.
Similarly, the plug 24 on the back plug 22 may be secured to the housing of the back plug 22 in the same manner when not in use. Similarly, when the plug 24 fixed to the housing of the back plug 22 is removed, the plug 24 fixed to the housing of the back plug 22 may be removed in the same manner.
According to a preferred embodiment, the direct plug 21, the back plug 22 and the tail plug socket 23 of the waterproof power plug assembly are internally provided with circuit boards, and the circuit boards are provided with communication lines for connecting an alternating current power supply of an input end to an output end; or a rectifying circuit for converting the alternating current power supply at the input end into the direct current power supply at the output end is arranged; or a time control circuit for controlling the on-off of the power supply of the output end is arranged; and the straight plug 21, the back plug 22 and the tail plug socket 23 are also internally provided with a closed cavity for placing a circuit board, the wire inlet and the wire outlet of the closed cavity are respectively provided with a wire locating piece, the wire locating pieces fix the wires on the closed cavity and seal the wire inlet and the wire outlet, insulating sealant is filled in the closed cavity, and the circuit board and the electrical components on the circuit board are covered and fixed after the insulating sealant is solidified. The cavity in which the circuit board is placed is shown in fig. 24, 27 and 29. Preferably, the rectifying circuit and the time control circuit may be circuit structures in the prior art, and are not described herein. The power supply of the preferred technical scheme of the embodiment has various modes, and can be specifically an output constant alternating current, an output constant direct current or an output on-off controllable power supply. The direct plug 21, the back plug 22 and the tail plug socket 23 of the waterproof power plug assembly according to the preferred technical scheme of the embodiment are also internally provided with a closed cavity for placing the circuit board, and the circuit board in the cavity and the electrical components on the circuit board are covered and fixed after the insulating sealant is solidified by filling insulating sealant in the closed cavity, so that the waterproof function can be achieved.
According to a preferred embodiment, the all waterproof string consists of a plurality of waterproof lamp heads 10 and in-line plugs 21 connected to the plurality of waterproof lamp heads 10 through wires 30, as shown in fig. 1. Or the full waterproof lamp string is composed of a plurality of waterproof lamp caps 10, a direct plug 21 connected with the waterproof lamp caps 10 through wires 30, and a tail plug socket 23 with plugs 24, as shown in fig. 2. Specifically, the in-line plug 21 is located at one end of the wire 30, and the plug 24 is used in combination with the tail plug receptacle 23 at the other end of the wire 30. Or the full waterproof lamp string is composed of a plurality of waterproof lamp caps 10 and back plug 22 and plugs 24 which are connected with the waterproof lamp caps 10 through wires 30, as shown in fig. 3. Specifically, plug 24 is used in combination with back plug 22. Or the full waterproof lamp string is composed of a plurality of waterproof lamp caps 10, a back plug 22 and a plug 24 which are connected with the waterproof lamp caps 10 through wires 30, and a tail plug socket 23 and the plug 24, as shown in fig. 4. Specifically, the plug 24 is combined with the back plug 22 and is positioned at one end of the electric wire 30, and the plug 24 is combined with the tail plug socket 23 and is positioned at the other end of the electric wire 30; when at least two strings of the waterproof strings are connected for use, the straight plug 21 or the back plug 22 of one string of the waterproof strings is connected with the back plug portion or the tail plug socket 23 of the back plug 22 of the other string of the waterproof strings, as shown in fig. 10. The waterproof light string according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention may be in any combination, and will not be described in detail herein.
According to a preferred embodiment, the fully waterproof light string further includes a power plug conversion portion 40, as shown in fig. 5. Preferably, the power plug conversion part 40 is composed of a power plug 41 and a tail socket 23 connected through a wire 30, and the full waterproof string light is connected with the tail socket 23 of the power plug conversion part 40 through a direct plug 21 or a back plug 22, so that the full waterproof string light can be connected with an external power source through the power plug 41 of the power plug conversion part 40, as shown in fig. 6 to 10.
