Examples
With reference to fig. 1 to 6, the present embodiment provides a bubbler including a housing 1, a foam core 2, and a rectifying member 3. The housing 1 is used to connect the faucet body 5, and has a water inlet 11 and a water outlet 12, and a water passage extends between the water inlet 11 and the water outlet 12. The foaming core 2 is arranged in the water flow passage, at least one jet hole 21 penetrates along the water flow direction, and the section of the jet hole 21 is gradually increased along the water flow direction. Is configured to block the water flow path by the foaming core 2 so that the water flow in the water flow path is all jetted from the jet hole 21. By utilizing the jet principle, when water flow passes through the jet hole 21, micro-bubbling of the water body can be realized. Preferably, the water inlet end of the jet hole 21 is provided with a swirling portion 22, and the swirling portion 22 has a central hole concentrically disposed with the jet hole 21, and a water inlet groove tangentially arranged along the central hole. Thereby driving the rivers to follow the intake antrum tangential and get into the centre bore to spout from jet orifice 21 after rotatory along the centre bore, this process can make rivers accelerate, and the velocity of flow that rivers got into jet orifice 21 is faster, and its microbubble effect that produces is better. The rectifying piece 3 for rectifying water flow is arranged in the shell 1 just opposite to the jet holes 21, the rectifying piece 3 is provided with a plurality of rectifying hole lattices so that micro bubbles in water are more uniform, and the rectifying piece 3 is preferably a filter screen.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the water flow enters from the water flow inlet 11 of the housing 1, and the water flow with the micro-bubble effect (it means that the bubbles in the water exist in a mixture of micro-scale and nano-scale units, and what we can observe with naked eyes is basically bubbles with a diameter larger than 50 microns, but the single micro-bubble is too small to be directly seen, and only in the case of a large amount of micro-bubbles in the water, the observed water solution is milky white due to the refraction of light, which is commonly referred to as milk water) is generated through the jet holes 21 of the foam core 2, and then the water flow forms a uniform water column of micro-bubbles through the rectifying member 3 and flows out from the water flow outlet 12. Simple structure need not too much parts, and the formation of microbubble has strengthened the cleaning ability of running water to bubbler structure is complicated among the solution prior art, and only has the problem of rivers rectification function.
Preferably, four jet holes 21 are uniformly arranged on the foam core 2. The jet holes 21 are arranged along the axis array of the foam core 2. In other embodiments, one, two, three, five, etc. may be provided, and are not particularly limited.
On the basis of the above embodiment, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the swirling portion 22 is convexly disposed at the water inlet end of the jet hole 21, and includes a first side and a second side, the first side is provided with an arc surface 221, one end of the arc surface 221 is connected to the tangential surface 222, and the other end is connected to a guide surface 223 parallel to the tangential surface 222, that is, the first side is sequentially provided with the tangential surface 222, the arc surface 221, and the guide surface 223. The second side is the same as the first side, and can be regarded as the first side forming the second side along the circle center array of the arc surface 221. So that water inlet grooves are formed between the guide surface of the first side and the tangential surface of the second side and between the tangential surface of the first side and the guide surface of the second side. Preferably, the guide surface of the first side and the guide surface of the second side are arranged on the same plane, and the arc surfaces of the first side and the second side are both one fourth of the whole circle. For example, form first intake antrum between the tangential surface of first side and the spigot surface of second side, form the second intake antrum between the spigot surface of first side and the tangential surface of second side, when rivers enter from first intake antrum, rotate under the effect of first side arc surface, when rivers enter from the second intake antrum, rotate under the effect of second side arc surface to realize the rotation of rivers and accelerate.
In another embodiment, the foam core 2 is cylindrical, and a protrusion 23 is annularly arranged along the outer wall of the foam core, and the protrusion 23 is used for abutting against and limiting a limiting portion protruding from the inner wall of the housing 1. During assembly, the foaming core 2 is placed into the shell 1 from the water inlet 11, so that the convex part 23 is hung on the limiting part for limiting. In another embodiment, the convex portion 23 may be provided with a concave groove to engage with the stopper portion in a concave-convex manner for stopper, and the present invention is not limited to this, and is not particularly limited.
On the basis of the above embodiment, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the housing 1 is provided with a threaded portion 13 for connecting the faucet body 5. For example, the housing 1 is provided with an internal thread, the connecting end of the tap body 5 is provided with an external thread, and the housing 1 and the tap body 5 are connected in a thread fit manner.
In another embodiment, the bubbler further comprises an adapter 4, wherein one end of the adapter 4 is connected with the shell 1, and the other end is connected with the faucet body 5. For example, one end of the adapter 4 is provided with an internal thread, the other end of the adapter is provided with an external thread, the shell 1 is provided with an internal thread, the connecting end of the faucet body 5 is provided with an external thread, and the faucet body 5 is connected with the shell 1 through the adapter 4. The size of the adapter 4 can be changed to adapt to different faucet bodies 5, so that the size of the shell 1 is not changed, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
Another embodiment of the present invention provides a faucet, which includes a faucet body 5, and a bubbler disposed on the faucet body 5, wherein the bubbler is the bubbler described in any one of the above embodiments. The tap body 5 is also provided with a valve core 6 and a handle 7 which is matched and connected with the valve core 6. The water flow is controlled and controlled by operating the handle 7. The structure of the valve core 6 is the prior art, and is not described herein.
Further, the connecting end of the shell 1 and the tap body 5 is arranged in a profiling mode. Preferably, the color and surface treatment of the housing 1 are the same as those of the faucet body 5, thereby ensuring the aesthetic appearance of the faucet as a whole.
It should be noted that the water flow of the above embodiments is mixed with gas, and how to mix gas in the water flow is the prior art, and will not be described herein again.
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and all technical solutions belonging to the idea of the present invention belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
