The embryo nutrient solution is prepared by adding raw materials of the nutrient solution into the reaction barrel 1, stirring and mixing the raw materials, filling carbon dioxide into the raw materials to adjust the pH value of the nutrient solution, adding human serum albumin, insulin, transferrin, selenium, Fetuin-A and platelet-derived growth factor PDGF into the nutrient solution, stirring and mixing the raw materials, filtering and sterilizing the nutrient solution by using a 0.2um filter membrane, balancing the nutrient solution in a carbon dioxide incubator for 5 to 10 hours, and finally subpackaging the nutrient solution under the aseptic condition.
