Claims (10)

1. A PE-RT pipeline system comprises a first box body (1), a second box body (2), a third box body (3), a first connecting pipe (4), a second connecting pipe (5), a third connecting pipe (6), a fourth connecting pipe (7), a water suction pump (8), a first driving mechanism (10), a filter screen body (15), a fixing mechanism (20) and a second driving mechanism (26), and is characterized in that the top of the first box body (1) is bolted with a top shell (9), two sides of the inner cavity of the top shell (9) are both bolted with sliding sleeves (12), the inner wall of the sliding sleeves (12) is slidably connected with sliding rods (11), the bottom ends of the sliding rods (11) are fixed with collision heads (13), through grooves (14) are formed in both sides of the top of the first box body (1) in a penetrating manner, the through grooves (14) extend to the inside of the top shell (9), a clamping groove (16) is formed in the top of the second box body (2), the surface of second box (2) is provided with locating plate (17), the both sides of locating plate (17) bottom are all bolted connection to have cardboard (18), be provided with activated carbon adsorption board (19) between cardboard (18) of both sides, the inside of third box (3) is provided with agitator (24), the both sides of agitator (24) all communicate has swivelling joint head (23), the left end intercommunication of left side swivelling joint head (23) has tee bend interface (21), the other end and tee bend interface (21) of third connecting pipe (6) are linked together, and the other end and the swivelling joint head (23) on right side of fourth connecting pipe (7) are linked together, the top intercommunication of tee bend interface (21) has into pencil (22).

A PE-RT pipe system according to claim 1, wherein the first driving mechanism (10) comprises a first motor (101), a rotating rod (102), a rotating disc (103) and a driving rod (104), the output shaft of the first motor (101) is connected with the rotating rod (102) through a gear transmission, the rotating disc (103) is respectively bolted at two ends of the rotating rod (102), the driving rod (104) is connected with the rotating disc (103) in a rotating manner, and the bottom end of the driving rod (104) is hinged with the sliding rod (11).

A PE-RT pipe system according to claim 2, characterized in that the bottom of the inner cavity of the top casing (9) is bolted with a riser (30), the first motor (101) is bolted on one side of the riser (30), the other side of the riser (30) is bolted with a support bar (31), and the other end of the support bar (31) is bolted with the inner wall of the top casing (9).

A PE-RT piping system according to claim 1, characterized in that the fixing means (20) comprises a fixing bolt (201), a through hole (202) and a thread groove (203), the through hole (202) is opened through the surface of the positioning plate (17), the thread groove (203) is opened on the surface of the inner wall of the slot (16).

A PE-RT pipe system according to claim 1, characterized in that the second driving mechanism (26) comprises a protective shell (261), a second motor (262), a belt pulley (263) and a belt pulley (264), the protective shell (261) is bolted on the top of the third box (3), the second motor (262) is fixed inside the protective shell (261), the belt pulley (263) is fixed with the output shaft of the second motor (262), and the belt pulley (264) is fixedly arranged at the right end of the stirring barrel (24).
6. The PE-RT piping system according to claim 1, characterized in that the stirring blades (25) are fixedly arranged on both the upper and lower sides of the inner wall of the stirring barrel (24), and the number of the stirring blades (25) is several and distributed at equal intervals.
7. A PE-RT pipework system according to claim 1, characterized in that the first box (1) has an access opening (28) in its front face, the first box (1) having a closing door (29) hinged to its front face.
8. A PE-RT piping system according to claim 1, characterized in that grooves (32) are provided on both sides of the bottom of the inner cavity of the second box (2), and gaskets (33) are bonded to the inner walls of the grooves (32).
9. A PE-RT piping system according to claim 1, characterized in that a first solenoid valve (34) is fixed on the surface of the third connecting pipe (6) and inside the third box (3), and a second solenoid valve (35) is fixed below the surface of the medicine inlet pipe (22).
10. A PE-RT piping system according to claim 1, characterized in that the bottom of the inner cavity of the third box (3) is fixedly provided with a support roller (27), and the top of the support roller (27) is in rolling connection with the surface of the mixing tank (24).
