Abstract
The invention discloses a water purification structure and a water purification device applying the same. In this application, the water gets into in the water inlet and purifies the intracavity, flows to sterilamp one side along the water route of intaking, disappears by sterilamp bacterium, the virus in to the water and kills, and the back water that disinfects is followed the delivery port and is flowed out the purification intracavity by the delivery port on water route. Because the sterilamp is located the nodical on water inlet waterway and the water outlet waterway, consequently great extension the contact time of water and sterilamp, and then improved the bactericidal effect of water purification structure.

the ultraviolet germicidal lamp part extends into the water purifying cavity through the abdicating hole and is detachably connected with the fixed seat.

and the ultraviolet germicidal lamp 20 is arranged in the water purifying cavity 10a, and is positioned at the intersection point of the water inlet waterway 11 and the water outlet waterway 12.
Specifically, casing 10 can be by plastic or the fashioned shell column structure of metal sheet, and in this application, the whole of casing 10 is cylindric cavity structure, and casing 10 is formed with water inlet 10b and the delivery port 10c that communicates water purification chamber 10a, and the water gets into in water purification chamber 10a by water inlet 10b to flow out water purification chamber 10a by delivery port 10 c. The inlet waterway 11 and the outlet waterway 12 are tracks of water flowing in the clean water cavity 10a, and can also be understood as extending tracks of the axes of the inlet 10b and the outlet 10c in the clean water cavity 10a, and the intersection point of the inlet waterway 11 and the outlet waterway 12 is the intersection point of the two tracks.
In this application, the water gets into in water inlet 10b and purifies the intracavity, flows to sterilamp 20 one side along intake waterway 11, disappears by sterilamp 20 to bacterium in the water, virus and kills, and the back water that disinfects flows out by delivery port 10c along water outlet waterway 12 and purifies the intracavity. Because the ultraviolet germicidal lamp 20 is located at the intersection point of the water inlet waterway 11 and the water outlet waterway 12, the contact time between the water body and the ultraviolet germicidal lamp 20 is greatly prolonged, and the sterilization effect of the water purification structure 100 is further improved.
Referring to fig. 4 again, further, the water inlet waterway 11 and the water outlet waterway 12 are arranged at an included angle of 90 °. In the present application, the position orientation of the water inlet 10b and the water outlet 10c is set, so that the water inlet waterway 11 and the water outlet waterway 12 are perpendicular to each other. Therefore, when the water flows into the water purifying cavity 10a along the water inlet waterway 11 and flows to one side of the ultraviolet germicidal lamp 20, the water collides with the cavity side wall of the water purifying cavity 10a due to the change of the flow direction of the water, and a short backflow is formed at the ultraviolet germicidal lamp 20 and surrounds the ultraviolet germicidal lamp 20, so that the sterilization time of the water can be further prolonged, and the sterilization effect of the water purifying structure 100 is improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the water purifying structure 100 includes a fixing base 30, the fixing base 30 is detachably connected to the housing 10 and is provided with a relief hole 30a penetrating through two opposite side surfaces thereof, the relief hole 30a is communicated with the water purifying cavity 10a, and a portion of the ultraviolet germicidal lamp 20 extends into the water purifying cavity 10a through the relief hole 30a and is detachably connected to the fixing base 30.
Particularly, water purification chamber 10a keeps away from the one end opening of water inlet 10b, and fixing base 30 is plastic material integrated into one piece's boss structure, and the hole 30a of stepping down is seted up in fixing base 30's middle part to two relative sides that run through fixing base 30, a plurality of connecting holes 30b have still been seted up to fixing base 30, and a plurality of mounting holes 10d have been seted up to casing 10 corresponding to the position of a plurality of connecting holes 30 b. In an embodiment of the present invention, the water purifying structure 100 further includes a plating layer (not shown), wherein the plating layer may be formed on the cavity sidewall of the water purifying cavity 10a by a plating process, or adhered to the cavity sidewall of the water purifying cavity 10a by using a plating film. By arranging the electroplated layer on the side wall of the cavity, the reverse efficiency of the light rays of the ultraviolet germicidal lamp 20 can be improved, and the sterilizing effect on the water body is further improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the water purifying structure 100 further includes a sealing ring 50, wherein the sealing ring 50 is made of elastic silicone or rubber material, the sealing ring 50 is disposed between the housing 10 and the fixing base 30, and the sealing performance of the water purifying cavity 10a is improved by disposing the sealing ring 50, so as to prevent water from flowing out of the water purifying cavity 10 a.

2. The water purification structure of claim 1, wherein the water inlet path and the water outlet path are arranged at an angle of 90 °.

The water purification structure of claim 1, wherein the water purification structure comprises a fixed seat, the fixed seat is detachably connected to the housing and provided with abdicating holes penetrating through two opposite side surfaces of the fixed seat, and the abdicating holes are communicated with the water purification cavity;
