Abstract

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the cable reel winding and unwinding device provided by the present invention includes: the device comprises a supporting frame 2 and a bottom plate 3, wherein the supporting frame 2 is provided with four upright posts 1; support beams or support plates can be arranged among the four upright posts 1. Each upright post is provided with a slide rail 4; the bottom plate 3 is connected with the slide rail 4 in a sliding way; the slide rail 4 is connected with a slide block 5 in a sliding way; the cable reel is placed on the bottom plate 3, and the bottom plate 3 is connected with each slider 5 respectively, drives the cable reel and slides from top to bottom along the slide rail 4.
In order to conveniently place a cable reel and receive and release a cable, two groups of roller assemblies are arranged on the bottom plate 3 and arranged in parallel; the roller assembly comprises two rollers 6 arranged side by side; the roller 6 is provided with a wheel groove; the bottom end of the cable reel is clamped inside the wheel groove.
In the invention, a first end of a cable reel is connected with a first fixed shaft 7; the end part of the first fixed shaft 7 is connected with a driven gear 8; the second end of the cable reel is connected with a second fixed shaft 9, and a bearing 10 is arranged on the second fixed shaft 9; the upper part of the supporting frame 2 is provided with a driving motor 11 and a driving shaft 13; the driving motor 11 is connected with a driving shaft 13 through a belt 12; a driving gear 14 is mounted at the end of the driving shaft 13; the driven gear 8 at the end of the first fixed shaft 7 is engaged with the driving gear 14, and the driving motor 11 drives the driving shaft 13 to rotate through the belt 12, so as to drive the cable reel to rotate through the engagement of the driven gear 8 and the driving gear 14.
The upper part of the supporting frame 2 is also provided with a connecting frame 15; the connecting frame 15 is arranged opposite to the driving shaft 13; the connecting frame 15 is connected with a bearing bush 16; the bearing 10 is in mating contact with the bearing shell 16. The stability of the process of winding and unwinding the cable is guaranteed, and the cable reel is prevented from shaking when the cable is wound and unwound.
When the driven gear 8 of the cable reel needs to be meshed with the driving gear 14, the bottom plate 3 can be lifted firstly, the lifting can be driven by an air cylinder, if the cable reel is heavy, the lifting can also be driven by a forklift and other related equipment, the bottom of the bottom plate 3 can be supported after the height is reached, and the bottom plate 3 is kept at the height meshed with the driving gear 14 to reel and reel cables.
The invention also has a mode that the supporting frame 2 is provided with two sets of lead screws which are arranged in parallel with the upright posts 1; a nut matched with the screw rod is arranged on the bottom plate 3; the bottom plate 3 is in threaded fit connection with the lead screw through a nut; the lead screw is provided with a square rotary driving section. An operator rotates the screw rod through a wrench to further lift the bottom plate 3.
In order to control the cable winding and unwinding, the support frame 2 is also provided with a control box; the control box is internally provided with a storage battery, a singlechip, a forward and reverse rotation control circuit, a power switch, a motor forward and reverse rotation control switch and a display screen; the storage battery is used for supplying power to the control box and the driving motor; the single chip microcomputer is connected with the driving motor through the forward and reverse rotation control circuit, and the single chip microcomputer is respectively connected with the power switch and the motor forward and reverse rotation control switch to acquire a power switch control instruction and a motor forward and reverse rotation control instruction, controls the driving motor forward and reverse rotation single chip microcomputer to be connected with the display screen, and displays the running state of the driving motor and the electric quantity information of the storage battery.
The bottom plate 3 is also provided with a cable laying roller; the cable on the cable reel passes through the cable laying roller to be wound and unwound; the cable releasing roller is provided with a counter for recording the number of the cables to be released and released; the counter is connected with the single chip microcomputer and displays the number of the cable to be wound and unwound on the display screen.
The invention also includes: a remote controller; the remote controller is provided with a remote near-end change-over switch, a remote start-stop switch and a remote forward and reverse rotation control switch; the remote near-end change-over switch, the remote start-stop switch and the remote forward and reverse rotation control switch are respectively connected with the single chip microcomputer. An operator can use the remote controller to remotely control the operation of the driving motor, so that the cable can be remotely controlled to be wound and unwound.
