A first arc surface is formed at the top of the first supporting block 312, and when the first arc surface is fixed, the first arc surface contacts with the bottom surface of the notebook computer casing to form a first supporting surface 312a, so as to support the notebook computer casing. The side surface of the first supporting block 312 contacts with a corresponding position of a long side or a short side of the notebook computer housing (specifically, an inner wall of a side plate of the upper cover 61) to form a first positioning surface 312b, so as to limit the movement of the upper cover 61 in the transferring process. Because the first supporting surface 312a and the upper cover 61 are in a line contact state, not only can the surface of the upper cover 61 be prevented from being damaged due to an excessively large contact area during surface contact, but also the upper cover 61 can be prevented from being deformed due to an excessively small contact area during point contact.
The tray body 1 is of a hollow structure, so that the notebook computer shell can be conveniently taken down from the tray body 1. The two sides of the tray body 1 are symmetrically provided with assembling parts 7 for assisting the stacking and the separation of the tray body 1. in this embodiment, for the positioning and fixing of the bottom plate 62, the positioning block 31 includes a second connecting block 313, and a second supporting block 314 and a third supporting block 315 integrally formed on the upper surfaces of two ends of the second connecting block 313, respectively, and the elastic hook 32 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the second connecting block 313. One surface of the third supporting block 315 facing the second supporting block 314 contacts a corresponding position of a long side or a short side of the notebook computer housing (specifically, the bottom plate 62) to form a second positioning surface 315a, and the height of the third supporting block 315 is higher than that of the second supporting block 314, so that when the bottom plate 62 is supported on the second supporting surface 314a, the second positioning surface 315a can abut against an edge of the bottom plate 62 to limit the movement of the bottom plate 62 during the transferring process. Also, the line contact between the second supporting surface 314a and the bottom plate 62 can limit the contact area between the positioning block 31 and the bottom plate 62 to the line contact, and can prevent the bottom plate 62 from being damaged and deformed.
In this embodiment, since the bottom plate 62 of the notebook computer housing has a slope, a third supporting surface 314b adapted to the shape of the slope on the bottom plate 62 is provided on a side of the second supporting block 314 facing the third supporting block 315, and the slope of the bottom plate 62 is supported on the third supporting surface 314 b. In other embodiments, the third supporting surface 314b may also be an arc-shaped surface to adapt to different models of notebook computer housings.
In this embodiment, the second supporting surface 314a and the third supporting surface 314b formed on the second supporting block 314 support the corresponding position of the bottom plate 62 of the notebook computer housing, and the second positioning surface 315a formed on the third supporting block 315 positions the long side and the short side of the bottom plate 62 of the notebook computer housing, respectively, so as to increase the stability of the notebook computer housing in the transferring process.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 14, the notebook computer case transfer tray of the present embodiment includes a tray body 1 and a positioning mechanism having the same structure or function as those of the first embodiment, and optionally includes a positioning block 31 having the same structure or function as those of the second embodiment. The difference between the present embodiments is:
the positioning plates comprise third positioning plates 8 which are respectively arranged on the tray body 1 and correspond to the four corner positions of the notebook computer shell, and the positioning assemblies comprise third positioning assemblies 9 which are arranged on the four third positioning plates 8 in a one-to-one correspondence manner. The third positioning components 9 are matched with the corresponding third positioning plates 8 to position and fix four corners of the notebook computer shell.

When the positioning component is used, the positioning component of the first embodiment and the positioning component of the second embodiment can be combined according to different models of notebook computer shells, so that the applicability of the positioning component is improved. In addition, the tray body 1 is not only used in the transferring stage of the production of the notebook computer shell, but also used in the storage stage of the notebook computer shell after the production is finished, and the stacked tray bodies 1 are beneficial to saving the stacking space of the notebook computer shell, and are convenient to operate, efficient and stable.
