A method for replacing a vehicle-mounted working device, comprising the replacement system for a vehicle-mounted working device according to claim 1, wherein when the working device is to be loaded on the working vehicle, the transfer vehicle moves the transfer frame carrying the working device to the rear of the working vehicle, and the height of the transfer frame is adjusted so that the top surfaces of the two rails of the transfer frame are flush with the top surfaces of the guide rails; the transfer trolley moves forwards, so that two rails of the transfer frame are butted with two guide rails of the operation vehicle; after the two rails of the transfer frame are in butt joint with the two guide rails of the operation vehicle, the locking device is unlocked, and the operation device is pushed forwards to slide onto the two guide rails of the operation vehicle along the two rails of the transfer frame through the two slide rails and be locked.
