The present invention is further described below with reference to examples, which are to be construed as merely illustrative of the present invention and not limiting of its scope, and various modifications to the equivalent arrangements of the present invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art upon reading the present description, which are within the scope of the appended claims.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the tread-replaceable track power wheel of the present embodiment includes a rim 1, a spoke 2 and a hub motor 3, a connecting hole is provided in the center of the spoke 2, the spoke 2 is fixedly connected with a rotor of the hub motor 3 through the connecting hole, the hub motor 3 drives the track power wheel to rotate, and the rim 1 is sleeved on the spoke 2. Considering the requirement of the rail power wheel insulation, the wheel should have a rim for preventing derailment, so the rim 1 is not formed by a single rubber tread, but comprises a supporting ring 101 and the rubber tread 102, wherein the supporting ring 101 is similar to a framework embedded in the rubber tread 102, on one hand, the strength of the rubber tread 102 can be improved through the supporting ring 101, and on the other hand, the rim 1, namely the rubber tread 102, can be conveniently replaced integrally. Specifically, the outer peripheral surface of the spoke 2 is a tapered surface gradually expanding from the outer side toward the inner side near the wheel, i.e., the outer side has a small diameter, and the inner side has a large diameter, and a first flange 201 is provided at one end of the inner side of the spoke 2. The support ring 101 of the rim 1 includes a ring body whose inner peripheral surface is provided with a stepped surface 103 at an end near the inner side of the wheel, which is fitted with a first flange 201. When the rim 1 is fitted over the spoke 2, the stepped surface 103 abuts against the first flange 201 to restrict the rim 1 from moving inward of the wheel. In order to facilitate the separation of the rim 1 from the web 2 during maintenance, a plurality of axial dismounting screw holes 202 are provided in the first flange 201, and the step surface 103 of the ring body is provided as a conical surface or a curved surface inclined to the wheel axis. When the rim 1 and the spoke 2 are separated, after the bolts are screwed into the screw holes 202 and the tail ends of the bolts touch the step surface 103, the bolt tightening force becomes an outward and upward force applied to the rim 1, thereby facilitating separation of the rim 1 and the spoke 2. The outer peripheral surface of the ring body is provided with a second flange 104 at one end close to the inner side of the wheel, the rubber tread 102 covers the outer peripheral surface of the ring body and the surface of the second flange 104, and the second flange 104 embedded into the rubber tread 102 plays a role in preventing the rubber tread 102 from slipping off and reinforcing the rim strength.
As shown in fig. 4, the spoke 2 is provided with a detachable retainer ring 4 at one end near the outer side of the wheel, the end face 101a of the support ring 101 near the outer side of the wheel is a conical surface inclined to the wheel axle, the section of the retainer ring 4 is wedge-shaped, and the outer peripheral surface of the retainer ring 4 is matched with the end face 101a of the support ring 101. When the rim 1 is sleeved on the spoke 2 and reaches a preset limit matching position, the retainer ring is mounted on the outer side end face of the spoke 2 through the bolts 5, the rim 1 is limited between the retainer ring 4 and the first flange 201 through matching of the outer peripheral face of the retainer ring 4 and the end face 101a of the supporting ring 101, and the pretightening force of 6 bolts 5 is adjusted, so that the runout tolerance of the rubber tread 102 along the central shaft meets the requirement.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3 again, in order to further reduce the axial play of the rim 1, in this embodiment, four radial expansion pins 6 are provided on the spoke 2, radial pin grooves 204 are provided on four spoke plates 203 of the spoke 2, the spoke plates 203 are symmetrically distributed with the wheel axle as the center, the pin grooves 204 form openings 205 on the outer peripheral surface of the spoke 2, the radial expansion pins 6 are provided in the pin grooves 204, and the spoke plates 203 are provided with symmetrical weight reducing holes 203a, so as to reduce unsprung mass and improve running quality. In this embodiment, the pin groove 204 is formed as a stepped hole, the diameter of the lower portion (the end close to the wheel axle) is larger, the diameter of the upper portion (the end close to the outer peripheral surface of the spoke) is smaller, the tail portion of the radial expansion pin 6 is connected with a limiting ring 7, the limiting ring 7 is limited at the lower portion of the stepped hole, the head portion of the radial expansion pin 6 is slightly thicker, a spring 8 is arranged between the head portion of the radial expansion pin 6 and the bottom surface of the upper portion of the stepped hole, when the radial expansion pin 6 moves downwards under the action of an external force, the spring 8 is compressed, and after the external force is removed, the radial expansion pin 6 extends out from the opening 205 of the spoke 2 under the action of the spring 8. Meanwhile, in order to ensure the convenience of installation, the surface of the head end of the radial expansion pin 6 facing the outer side of the wheel is a slope surface, the surface of the head end of the radial expansion pin 6 facing the inner side of the wheel is a vertical surface, and the inner circumferential surface of the ring body is provided with a locking groove 105 matched with the radial expansion pin 6. When the rim 1 is sleeved on the spoke 2, the inner side end surface of the rim 1 firstly acts on the slope surface of the head end of the radial expansion pin 6 to generate downward acting force to press the radial expansion pin 6, and when the rim 1 moves further axially to the position that the locking groove 105 is positioned above the radial expansion pin 6, the radial expansion pin 6 is ejected and clamped into the locking groove 105 under the action of the spring 8 to complete locking.
The tail of the radial expansion pin 6 is threaded from the part of the tail of the radial expansion pin 6 extending out of the pin groove 204 of the spoke plate 203 except for the connection of the limit ring 7, and the part extending out of the pin groove 204 is provided with a position-adjustable nut 9, so that the extending amount of the radial expansion pin 6 from the outer peripheral surface of the spoke 2 can be controlled by screwing the nut 9. In the process of removing the rim 1, the nut 9 is screwed to fully retract the radially extending pin 6 into the pin slot 204, thereby releasing the lock with the rim 1. In addition, the position of the nut 9 can also be used as an indicator of whether the radial expansion pin 6 enters the locking groove 105 of the rim 1, so that the danger caused by the locking is prevented.
As a further optimization of the above embodiment, grease injection holes 206 communicating with the pin grooves 204 are formed in the spoke plates 203 in the lateral direction of the pin grooves 204, and the radial expansion pins 6 and springs 8 are prevented from being corroded by injecting grease. In addition, the spoke plate 203 is provided with an auxiliary dismounting hole 207 which is inclined towards the pin opening 205, and when the rim 1 is dismounted, the rim 1 can be assisted to move outwards by means of pressing a screw or injecting oil pressure into the auxiliary dismounting hole 207, so that the detachment of the rim 1 and the spoke 2 which are engaged after long-time use is facilitated.
