the adjusting device comprises an adjusting fixed block and an adjusting bolt, wherein the adjusting fixed block is fixedly connected with the relative position of a frame of the gum dipping cloth feeding machine, an adjusting threaded hole is formed in the adjusting fixed block, the adjusting bolt is in threaded connection with the adjusting threaded hole, the adjusting bolt moves in the adjusting fixed block along the axis of the adjusting threaded hole, and the first end of the adjusting bolt abuts against a first sliding part of a bracket guide rod;
the limiting fixing block is fixedly connected with the opposite position of the frame of the gum dipping cloth feeding machine, a limiting threaded hole is formed in the limiting fixing block, the limiting bolt is in threaded connection with the limiting threaded hole, the limiting bolt moves in the limiting fixing block along the axis of the limiting threaded hole, and the first end of the limiting bolt abuts against the second sliding part of the support guide rod;
the axial direction of the adjusting threaded hole is parallel to or in the same direction as the axial direction of the limiting threaded hole;
the sliding direction of the bracket guide rod in the track guide sleeve is parallel or in the same direction with the axial direction of the adjusting threaded hole.

the length measuring instrument comprises a watch body and a detection rod, and the watch body and the detection rod relatively slide in a measuring direction;
the meter frame is fixedly connected with the relative position of a frame of the gum dipping and cloth feeding machine, and the meter body is fixedly connected with the relative position of the meter frame;
the measuring limiting block is relatively fixedly arranged on the bracket guide rod, and the detecting rod extends out of the watch body by force and is pressed against the measuring limiting block;
the measuring direction is parallel or same with the axial direction of the adjusting threaded hole.
