Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of metal part processing, and discloses a metal plate cutting device with a noise reduction function, which comprises: the cutting device comprises a lifting base capable of lifting, an auxiliary breaking structure which is arranged on the lifting base and is provided with a metal plate to be cut above, a squeezing mechanism arranged above the lifting base, a cutting mechanism capable of cutting the metal plate and an operating mechanism capable of driving the squeezing mechanism to push against the metal plate; wherein the operating mechanism can drive the cutting mechanism to move towards the metal plate when the pressing mechanism is abutted against the metal plate so as to complete the cutting of the metal plate. The invention can link the fixing piece and the cutting knife, and the whole structure can be cut only under the fixed condition, thereby avoiding misoperation and reducing noise in cutting.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of metal part machining, in particular to metal plate cutting equipment with a noise reduction function.
Background
Cutting of metal parts is a critical step in the metal machining process. For metal parts, the cutting is mainly carried out by a conventional cutting knife, and a fixing piece is additionally adopted to realize the fixing. When the existing cutting equipment cuts the metal piece, the metal piece is not clamped, so that high noise vibration is easily generated, and the cutting opening of the metal piece is irregular.

Wherein, the up-and-down movement of the metal plate placed above can be realized to the lifting base, and then the metal plate on the conveyor belt can be moved to the position of processing and cutting. The auxiliary breaking structure can assist the cutting mechanism to realize the cutting-off operation, the metal plate is broken by utilizing the folding function of the auxiliary breaking structure, the extrusion mechanism can fix the metal plate on the lifting base to ensure that the metal plate is fixed at the topmost position, and then the designed operation mechanism can abut against the cutting mechanism to move downwards when the extrusion mechanism abuts against the metal plate, so that the cutting of the metal plate is completed.
Preferably, the elevating base may include: the lifting base comprises a bottom plate 1, a side plate 2 arranged on the side surface of the bottom plate 1, a limiting structure 3 matched with the extrusion mechanism to limit the highest position of the lifting base, which can be lifted, and a driving structure for driving the bottom plate 1 to move up and down; the side plates 2 are hinged to the bottom plate 1 and can be in an unfolded state, so that the metal plates on the lifting base can be conveyed to the conveying belt. Preferably, in order to achieve the auxiliary breaking, the auxiliary breaking structure may include: the folding device comprises a first base plate 6, a second base plate 7 which is matched with the first base plate 6 to fold and rotate, and a driving shaft which drives the first base plate 6 and the second base plate 7 to fold. After cutting, the metal piece is moved downwards from the opposite direction, so that the metal piece can be continuously moved and conveyed on the conveying belt.

The metal plate cutting apparatus with noise reduction function according to claim 1, wherein said lifting base includes: the lifting base comprises a bottom plate (1), a side plate (2) arranged on the side surface of the bottom plate (1), a limiting structure (3) matched with the extrusion mechanism to limit the highest position of the lifting base, which can be lifted, and a driving structure for driving the bottom plate (1) to move up and down; the side plates (2) are hinged to the bottom plate (1) and can be unfolded, so that the metal plates on the lifting base can be conveyed to the conveying belt.
