The guide plate 401 can guide the steam, so that more effective steam spraying disinfection is realized; the side wall of the tank body 1 is provided with the heat conduction pipe 6, the heat conduction pipe 6 is positioned below the placing box 202, the heat conduction pipe 6 is S-shaped, the heat conduction pipe 6 is communicated with the water tank 3 and positioned above the second hollow cover 4, the heat conduction pipe 6 is provided with the pressure relief pipe 601, the backflow of water is realized, the pressure relief pipe 601 can perform pressure relief, and the safety is ensured; the tank body 1 is internally provided with a partition plate 2, the partition plate 2 is provided with a motor 201, and the output end of the motor 201 is connected with the placing box 202 to play a partition role;

The guide plate 401 can guide the steam, so that more effective steam spraying disinfection is realized; the side wall of the tank body 1 is provided with the heat conduction pipe 6, the heat conduction pipe 6 is positioned below the placing box 202, the heat conduction pipe 6 is S-shaped, the heat conduction pipe 6 is communicated with the water tank 3 and positioned above the second hollow cover 4, the heat conduction pipe 6 is provided with the pressure relief pipe 601, the backflow of water is realized, the pressure relief pipe 601 can perform pressure relief, and the safety is ensured; the tank body 1 is internally provided with a partition plate 2, the partition plate 2 is provided with a motor 201, and the output end of the motor 201 is connected with the placing box 202 to play a partition role;

Because the steam meets the hot water which is liquefied after the new resin material absorbs heat, the disinfection effect is better than that of the steam which is directly placed in the heated water.
The steam then enters the heat conduction pipe 6, and the temperature continues to decrease to become liquid, and then flows back into the water tank 3.
The motor 201 is started to make the new resin material slowly rotate, and the disinfection effect is further improved.
After the sterilization is completed, the heating rod 302 and the first switch 403 are closed, the second switch 705 is opened, the air pump 702 is started, and the filtered air is blown to the new resin material, so that the new resin material is quickly dried, and the moisture is removed.

Claims (10)
1. A resin new material disinfecting equipment for manufacturing a mask comprises a tank body (1), and is characterized by further comprising:
the placing box (202) is positioned in the tank body (1) and used for placing the new resin material;
an air injection mechanism for injecting steam to the new resin material in the placing box (202).
The air injection mechanism comprises a water tank (3) and a second hollow cover (4), the water tank (3) is located at the bottom of the tank body (1), a heating rod (302) is arranged in the water tank (3), the second hollow cover (4) is located above the placing box (202), the second hollow cover (4) is fixed in the tank body (1), the second hollow cover (4) is communicated with the water tank (3) through a first pipeline (402), a screen plate (5) is arranged at the bottom of the second hollow cover (4), and a water injection port (301) is formed in the side wall of the water tank (3).
2. The new resin material sterilizing apparatus for manufacturing masks according to claim 1, wherein a first hollow cover (303) is provided in the water tank (3), and the first pipe (402) is communicated with the first hollow cover (303).
3. The new resin material sterilizing apparatus for manufacturing masks according to claim 2, characterized in that a baffle (401) is provided in the second hollow mask (4).
4. The new resin material sterilization apparatus for manufacturing masks according to claim 1, wherein the side wall of the tank (1) is provided with a heat pipe (6), and the heat pipe (6) is located under the placing box (202).

The new resin material disinfection device for manufacturing masks according to claim 4, wherein the heat conduction pipe (6) is S-shaped, the heat conduction pipe (6) is communicated with the water tank (3) and is positioned above the second hollow mask (4), and the heat conduction pipe (6) is provided with a pressure relief pipe (601).

The new resin material disinfection device for manufacturing masks as claimed in claim 1, wherein a filter box (7) is arranged on the side wall of the tank body (1), a filter layer (701) is arranged in the filter box (7), an air pump (702) is arranged on the top of the tank body (1), a second pipeline (703) is connected between the input end of the air pump (702) and the filter box (7), the output end of the air pump (702) is communicated with the first pipeline (402) through a third pipeline (704), a second switch (705) is arranged on the third pipeline (704), and a first switch (403) is arranged on the first pipeline (402).
9. The new resin material sterilizing apparatus for manufacturing masks according to claim 1, wherein the bottom of the mesh plate (5) is provided with an ultraviolet lamp (501).
10. The new material resin sterilization apparatus for manufacturing masks according to any of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the side walls of the tank (1) are provided with a handle (102) and a side door (103), and the bottom of the tank (1) is provided with a moving wheel (101).
