The drug guiding liquid is heated into drug guiding liquid steam, under the action of the first micro booster pump, a part of the drug guiding liquid steam flows into the first air inlet 801 through the first guide pipe 41 and flows out from the second air passing hole 702 along the inside of the roller shaft 72 so as to fumigate the inner side of the drug package 100; the other part of the drug guiding liquid steam flows into the upper part of the steam bin 3 through the second guide pipe 42 and flows into the cylinder 71 through the third air passing hole 703 to fumigate the outer side of the drug package 100, wherein the drug guiding liquid steam erodes towards the interior of the drug package 100 from the inner side and the outer side respectively so as to be fully mixed with the drugs in the drug package 100, so that the drug effect of the drugs can be fully promoted; after the guiding liquid steam is fully mixed with the medicine package 100, the first micro booster pump is closed; then, the second micro booster pump is started, the heating device heats the water in the water storage bin 5, the water in the water storage bin 5 is heated into water vapor, under the action of the second micro booster pump, a part of the water vapor flows into the first air inlet 801 through the third guide pipe 51 and flows out of the second air passing hole 702 along the inside of the roller shaft 72, so as to fumigate the inner side of the medicine package 100; another part of the water vapor flows into the upper part of the steam chamber 3 through the fourth draft tube 52 and flows into the cylinder 71 through the third air passing hole 703 to fumigate the outside of the medicine package 100, wherein the water vapor erodes from the inside and the outside to the inside of the medicine package 100 respectively to be sufficiently mixed with the medicine in the medicine package 100, and then the water vapor mixed with the medicine flows out from the first vapor outlet 101 to fumigate the affected part of the patient.
Compared with the single-side fumigation in the prior art, the fumigation mode of the inner side and the outer side can improve the mixing rate of the steam of the liquid guiding medicine and the water and the medicine, so that the medicine can be fully promoted, and the steam carries the fumigation to the affected part of a patient, so that the potency of the medicine can be fully utilized.
In order to facilitate the insertion of the medicine package 100 into the medicine package holding cavity between the cylinder 71 and the roller 72, it is preferable that the cylinder 71 is formed in two halves and is fastened to the roller 72 by snap-fitting. The two halves of the cylinder 71 can be opened and closed relatively, such as by rotating, etc. The health care professional can open the cartridge 71 to place the package 100 inside and then close the cartridge 71.
A valve may be disposed at the aforementioned first steam outlet 101. Preferably, the valve is an electromagnetic valve, so that the opening and closing of the valve can be conveniently controlled. In this example, when the first booster pump is turned on to sufficiently mix the guiding liquid vapor with the drug in the drug package 100, the valve can be closed to prevent the guiding liquid vapor from overflowing to affect the mixing effect of the guiding liquid vapor and the drug. When the second micro-booster pump is turned on to mix the water vapor with the medicine in the medicine package 100, the valve can be opened to allow the water vapor mixed with the medicine to smoothly flow out from the first vapor outlet 101, so as to fumigate the affected part of the patient.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the traditional Chinese medicine gynecological physiotherapy hot compress device of the present invention may further include a rotating plate 6, the rotating plate 6 is hollow, and the upper end is fixed with a connecting shaft 63, the connecting shaft 63 may be fixed on the upper side of the rotating plate 6 by welding. The connecting shaft 63 is provided with a fourth air passing hole 601 communicated with the inside of the rotating disc 6. The connecting shaft 63 is adapted to be rotatably disposed within the first steam outlet 101 to rotate the rotating disk 6 together. Wherein, a bearing may be disposed between the connecting shaft 63 and the first steam outlet 101 to facilitate the installation of the connecting shaft 63.
A plurality of massage balls 61 can be embedded in the bottom of the rotary disc 6, and a plurality of second steam outlets 62 communicated with the inside are also arranged at the bottom of the rotary disc 6. The plurality of massage balls 61 and the plurality of second steam outlets 62 are uniformly distributed at the bottom of the turntable 6. When the rotating disc 6 is installed in the first steam outlet 101 through the connecting shaft 63, the first steam outlet 101 can be communicated with the second steam outlet 62 through the connecting shaft 63 and the inside of the rotating disc 6, and steam can overflow from the second steam outlet 62 to fumigate the affected part of the patient. Wherein, carousel 6 still can drive massage ball 61 and rotate together to massage patient's affected part at the in-process of fumigating, make the meridian of affected part more loose, so absorb the medicine in the steam more easily, the fumigation effect is better.
In order to drive the turntable 6 to rotate, the aforementioned roller 72 is preferably connected to the turntable 6 through a transmission mechanism to drive the turntable 6 to rotate together. As shown in fig. 4, the transmission mechanism may include a transmission shaft 12, a first bevel gear 10, a second bevel gear 11, and a transmission gear 13. The transmission shaft 12 is rotatably provided on the stationary case 2, and the transmission shaft 12 may be installed in a shaft hole of the stationary case 2 through a bearing or the like. The transmission shaft 12 is perpendicular to the axes of the roller shafts 72, the first bevel gear 10 is fixedly sleeved on the other end of the roller shaft 72, and the second bevel gear 11 and the transmission gear 13 are both fixedly sleeved on the transmission shaft 12. The first bevel gear 10 is engaged with the second bevel gear 11, the outer upper part of the rotating disk 6 is provided with gear teeth, and the transmission gear 13 is engaged with the gear teeth on the rotating disk 6. In this example, when the roller shaft 72 rotates, the transmission shaft 12 can be driven to rotate by the cooperation of the first bevel gear 10 and the second bevel gear 11, and the transmission shaft 12 drives the turntable 6 to rotate by the transmission gear 13, so that the roller shaft 72 and the turntable 6 can be synchronously linked, and the effects of fumigating and massaging the affected part can be realized, so that on one hand, the steam of the liquid guiding medicine and the water can be fully mixed with the medicine in the medicine bag 100, and the fumigating efficacy can be improved; on the other hand, the massage to the affected part can also improve the absorption effect of the affected part to the medicine.
The two ends of the belt body 1 are detachably connected, for example, connected by a hook and loop fastener or a buckle, so as to conveniently tie the belt body 1 on the body of the patient.
The working principle and preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below.
The invention aims to design a traditional Chinese medicine gynecological physiotherapy hot compress device, which comprises a band body 1 and a fixed shell 2 fixed on the band body 1. The fixed shell 2 is provided with a steam bin 3, a water storage bin 5 and a liquid storage bin 4 for storing the medicine guiding liquid. The steam bin 3 is internally provided with a rotating drum 7, the rotating drum 7 comprises a drum body 71 and a roller shaft 72 penetrating through two ends of the drum body 71, and a medicine bag containing cavity is formed between the roller shaft 72 and the drum body 71. The drum 7 also divides the steam compartment 3 into upper and lower compartments. The cylinder 71 is a net cylinder 71, the roll shaft 72 is hollow, and the side wall of the roll shaft is provided with air holes communicated with the inside. The liquid storage bin 4 is respectively communicated with the inside of the roll shaft 72 and the upper part of the steam bin 3, and the water storage bin 5 is also respectively communicated with the inside of the roll shaft 72 and the upper part of the steam bin 3. Wherein, both the drug-induced liquid steam and the water steam can erode the drug package 100 from the inner side and the outer side, so that the drug-induced liquid steam and the water steam can be fully mixed with the drug in the drug package 100, and the drug effect of the drug can be fully promoted.
The traditional Chinese medicine gynecological physical therapy hot compress device can further comprise a rotary table 6, the upper side of the rotary table 6 is communicated with a first steam outlet 101 on the fixed shell 2, the inside of the rotary table 6 is hollow, and a massage ball 61 and a second steam outlet 62 communicated with the inside are arranged on the lower side of the rotary table 6. The roller shaft 72 is also linked with the turntable 6 through a transmission mechanism, so that the roller shaft 72 can drive the turntable 6 to rotate synchronously when rotating. Therefore, the effect of fumigating and massaging the affected part can be realized, on one hand, the steam of the guiding liquid and the water can be fully mixed with the medicine in the medicine bag 100, so that the fumigating efficacy can be improved; on the other hand, the massage to the affected part can also improve the absorption effect of the affected part to the medicine.

the fixing shell (2) is also fixedly provided with a connecting piece (8), one end of the connecting piece (8) is inserted into the first air passing hole (701) and is in rotating fit with the first air passing hole (701), and the connecting piece (8) is hollow and communicated with the first air passing hole (701); the connecting piece (8) is also provided with a first air inlet and a second air inlet which are communicated with the inside;
the fixed shell (2) is also provided with a water storage bin (5) and a liquid storage bin (4) for storing the medicine guiding liquid, a first micro booster pump is arranged in the liquid storage bin (4), and the liquid storage bin (4) is communicated with the first air inlet through a first guide pipe (41) and is communicated with the upper part of the steam bin (3) through a second guide pipe (42); a second micro booster pump is arranged in the water storage bin (5), and the water storage bin (5) is communicated with a second air inlet through a third guide pipe (51) and is communicated with the upper part of the steam bin (3) through a fourth guide pipe (52);

and/or the heating component also comprises a second heating pipe arranged in the liquid storage bin (4) so as to heat the liquid storage bin (4) through the second heating pipe.
