According to the sphere rolling type cooker provided by the invention, the hemispherical frying pan 1 and the hemispherical cover plate 2 can be mutually buckled to form a complete spherical structure so as to hermetically contain processed food, the hemispherical frying pan 1 can be driven to rotate by the rolling swing arm 3, and meanwhile, the rolling swing arm 3 can be connected with the sliding seat 4 to translate in the axial direction, so that the hemispherical frying pan 1 can be driven to do periodical annular swinging, the stir-frying effect of the top frying pan can be simulated, the heating uniformity of the food can be improved, the generation of lampblack can be reduced, meanwhile, the generated lampblack can be pumped into the lampblack treatment tube 6 through the central extraction opening 201 on the hemispherical cover plate 2, and the steam treatment tube 7 in the lampblack treatment tube 6 can spray high-temperature steam into the lampblack treatment tube 6 through the steam nozzle 701, so that the lampblack can be cooled and mixed with the steam to be liquefied and discharged, the lampblack can be treated, and the lampblack can be prevented from being discharged to pollute the environment.

Claims (10)
1. Ball formula of rolling machine of cooking, its characterized in that includes:
the hemispherical frying pan is characterized in that the left end and the right end of the hemispherical frying pan are symmetrically provided with connecting rotating shafts, and the bottom surface of the hemispherical frying pan is uniformly and circumferentially provided with a plurality of arc fins;
the hemispherical cover plate is arranged above the hemispherical frying pan, and the top end of the hemispherical cover plate is provided with a central extraction opening;
the overturning swinging arms are arranged on the left side and the right side of the spherical frying pan, the front ends of the overturning swinging arms are provided with interval shaft sleeves, the connecting rotating shafts are nested on the inner sides of the interval shaft sleeves, the hemispherical frying pan is rotationally connected with the overturning swinging arms through the connecting rotating shafts and the interval shaft sleeves, the middle of each overturning swinging arm is provided with an adjusting chute, and the rear ends of the overturning swinging arms are provided with balancing weights;
the connecting sliding seat is embedded and slidingly arranged on the inner side of the adjusting sliding groove, and a driving rotating shaft is arranged in the middle of the connecting sliding seat;
the fixed bolster, set up in the outside of turning the swing arm, the left and right sides top of fixed bolster all is provided with connecting sleeve, connect the slide pass through the drive pivot with connecting sleeve with the fixed bolster rotates to be connected, the centre of fixed bolster is provided with the heating kitchen.

The ball rolling type dish frying machine according to claim 1, wherein the hemispherical cover plate and the hemispherical frying pan are mutually matched in size, and the hemispherical cover plate and the hemispherical frying pan can be mutually buckled to form a complete sealing spherical structure.

The ball rolling type dish frying machine according to claim 1, wherein locking buckles are arranged on the outer sides of the hemispherical frying pans, locking clamping blocks are arranged on the outer sides of the hemispherical cover plates, the locking clamping blocks are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the locking buckles, and the locking buckles are matched with the locking clamping blocks in size.

The ball rolling type cooking machine according to claim 1, wherein an oil fume treatment pipe is arranged at the rear side of the fixed support, a flexible fume extraction pipe is arranged at the top end of the oil fume treatment pipe, the oil fume treatment pipe is connected with the central fume extraction opening through the flexible fume extraction pipe, a connecting bent pipe is arranged at the bottom of the oil fume treatment pipe, a water outlet is arranged at the bottom of the connecting bent pipe, an exhaust port is arranged at the rear end of the connecting bent pipe, and an exhaust fan is arranged in the middle of the exhaust port.

The ball tumbling cooker of claim 6, wherein the oil fume treatment pipe is internally provided with a steam treatment pipe, the outer side wall of the steam treatment pipe is uniformly provided with a plurality of steam spouts, the lower end of the steam treatment pipe is provided with a steam delivery pipe, and the middle of the steam delivery pipe is provided with an electromagnetic switch valve.
