When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
The invention provides a monitoring method of international calls, which can be realized by a system architecture diagram shown in figure 1. As shown in fig. 1, the international call monitoring system 100 is composed of three parts, namely an international toll exchange 110, an international toll call monitoring device 120 and a national central accounting system 130. The international toll switch 110 is communicatively coupled to the international toll call monitoring device 120, and the international toll call monitoring device 120 is communicatively coupled to the national consolidated accounting system 130. When a domestic user initiates a call of an international telephone call domestically, the international toll switch 110 transmits user information corresponding to the user to the international telephone call monitoring device 120, and the international telephone call monitoring device 120 identifies the user through the user information. If the international telephone call monitoring apparatus 120 identifies that the subscriber is not an international roaming subscriber, the international telephone call monitoring apparatus 120 acquires subscriber information from the national centralized accounting system 130, and if there is no subscriber information, transmits an instruction to the international toll exchange 110 so that the international toll exchange 110 intercepts an international telephone call from the subscriber. International toll switches 110 include those that are set by the operator in many countries. If the user information does not exist, the international long-distance call monitoring device 120 is further configured to extract the telephone charge balance of the user from the national centralized accounting system 130, and the telephone charge balance is deducted by one time of telephone charge per continuous unit duration of the international telephone to obtain an available balance, and if the available balance is smaller than the telephone charge, send an instruction to the national centralized accounting system 130, so that the national centralized accounting system 130 cancels the dialing authority of the international long-distance telephone of the user, and send an instruction to the international long-distance switch 110 to disconnect the international telephone, thereby achieving the purpose of intercepting the international telephone of the user.
The following describes the technical solutions of the present invention and how to solve the above technical problems with specific embodiments. The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a first embodiment of a monitoring method of an international call according to the present invention, the monitoring method of the international call including the steps of:
step S10, when it is monitored that the user dials the international call and the settlement cost of the international call is greater than the preset threshold, the balance of the telephone charge of the user and the consumption cost of the international call are obtained, wherein the consumption cost is the telephone charge generated by the international call in unit time length.
In the present embodiment, the execution subject is a monitoring system of an international telephone. For ease of description, the system is used below to refer to the monitoring system of an international telephone.
The system includes a plurality of international toll switches, and the international toll switches are located across the country. When the user is used as a calling party to make an international call, the user is detected by the international long distance switch, namely, the system can monitor that the user makes the international call through the international long distance switch.
When the system monitors that the user dials the international call, the system can acquire the settlement tariff of the international call. The settlement charge refers to the mutual settlement charge of the international call of the opposite party within unit time length between home and abroad telecommunication operators. The duration of a unit may be minutes, while some more expensive international telephones may have a duration of N seconds as a unit. Different international calls have different settlement fees. The system determines the country to which the called party of the international telephone belongs and based on that country the settlement tariff can be determined.
In addition, different international calls may correspond to different international long distance identities. The international long distance identity may be determined from an area code representing a country in the international telephone number dialed by the user, i.e. the international long distance identity may be an international long distance area code. The system obtains settlement tariff for international calls based on the international long distance identification. It should be noted that the system will periodically import the international long distance area code, the per minute settlement tariff corresponding to the international long distance area code, and the preset threshold value into the system. Therefore, when the system monitors that the user dials the international call, the system acquires the international long-distance identification to which the international call belongs, and acquires the settlement cost of the international call according to the long-distance identification.
After the device obtains the settlement tariff, the settlement tariff is compared with a preset threshold value. The preset threshold value is a larger value, and if the settlement cost is larger than the preset threshold value, the current international call can be determined to be a high settlement international call, namely the dialing of the international call generates higher cost per unit time length. For example, the preset threshold is 50 yuan/min, and if the settlement tariff for an international call made by the user is 55 yuan/min, the international call is a high settlement international call.
When the international call is a high settlement international call, the system acquires the user information, and if the user information is not available, the international call is cut off. If the user information is available, the telephone charge balance of the user and the consumption charge of the international telephone are obtained. The credit balance refers to the amount of money in the user's telephone account. The consumption charge refers to the charge of the user for dialing the high-settlement international call in unit time length, and the charge is charged to the user by a domestic operator, namely the consumption charge is the call charge generated by the international call in unit time length.
And step S20, determining the available balance of the user according to the telephone charge balance and the telephone charge, wherein, every time the international telephone lasts for a unit of time, the telephone charge balance is deducted by one time to obtain the available balance.
In this embodiment, the system charges for international calls. Specifically, every time the international telephone lasts for a unit of time, the system deducts the current telephone charge by one time to obtain the available balance. That is, the system can determine the available balance of the user according to the telephone charge balance and the consumption charge. The available balance refers to the balance of the telephone charges that the subscriber can be used when making an international call. For example, the telephone charge balance of the user is 101 yuan, the consumption charge is 25 yuan/minute, and after the user dials one minute of international call, the available balance is 101-25-76 yuan; after the user makes an international call for two minutes, the available balance is 101-25-51 dollars.
And step S30, cutting off the international call when the available balance is less than the call fee.
After determining the available balance, the system compares the available balance with the cost of the unit time consumption charge, i.e. compares the available balance with the telephone charge. When the available balance is less than the telephone fee, the system can determine that the available balance of the user is not enough to support the user to make the international call, namely the user continues to make the international call and generates high international call fee arrearage, and the system cuts off the international call.
After the international call is cut off, the user actively hangs up the call or the called actively hangs up the call, the charge of the user for making the international call needs to be deducted. And generating a ticket by the system according to the difference between the telephone charge balance and the available balance, wherein the ticket comprises the difference and the telephone account number of the user. The system sends the call ticket to the terminal corresponding to the deduction center, so that the terminal corresponding to the deduction center deducts the difference value of the call charge balance of the user according to the call ticket. The terminal corresponding to the deduction center can be a national centralized tent system.
In addition, after the international call is finished, namely the international call, the calling subscriber is hung up or the called subscriber is hung up, the system sends a disconnecting instruction to the international toll exchange, so that the international toll exchange disconnects the international call according to the disconnecting instruction. I.e. disconnecting the international call is done by disconnecting the international toll exchange.
In the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, when it is monitored that a domestic user makes an international call and the settlement cost of the international call is greater than a preset threshold value, the telephone charge balance of the user and the consumption cost of the international call are obtained, the consumption cost is the telephone charge of the international call generated in unit time, the available balance of the user is determined according to the telephone charge balance and the telephone cost, and the international call is cut off when the available balance is less than the telephone charge. In the invention, when monitoring that the user dials the high-settlement international telephone with the settlement tariff larger than the preset threshold value, deducting the telephone charge balance of the user per unit time length, namely, the telephone charge balance of the user is deducted once per continuous unit time length of the international telephone to obtain the available balance, and if the available balance is smaller than the telephone charge, the international telephone is cut off, so that the generation of high-volume international telephone charge arrearage is avoided, and the income loss of enterprises operating the international telephone is also avoided.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a second embodiment of the monitoring method for an international telephone according to the present invention, and step S20 includes:
step S21, obtaining the current phone balance of the user, and obtaining the credit rating of the user.
In this embodiment, the current available remaining money of the subscriber consists of two parts, one part is the telephone balance of the subscriber, and the other part is the amount of the subscriber's arrearable fee. The amount owed is related to the credit of the subscriber. The system firstly obtains the current telephone balance of the user and then obtains the credit of the user. The credit and the telephone balance can be obtained from the national centralized tent device. It should be noted that the telephone balance refers to the charge of the user to the telephone account, and the telephone balance refers to the sum of the telephone balance and the arrearable amount corresponding to the credit.
And step S22, determining the arrearability amount of the user according to the credit.
The arrearable amount and the credit degree have a mapping relation, and the system can determine the arrearable amount of the user based on the mapping relation and the current credit degree of the user.
Step S23, determining the current available balance of the user according to the sum of the telephone balance and the arrearability amount.
After the arrearable amount of the user is obtained, the system calculates the sum of the telephone balance and the arrearable amount, and the sum of the telephone balance and the arrearable amount can be used as the current telephone charge balance of the user.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, the system acquires the current phone balance of the user, acquires the credit degree corresponding to the user, and determines the arrearable amount of the user according to the credit degree, thereby determining the sum of the arrearable amount and the phone balance as the phone balance.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a third embodiment of the monitoring method for international call of the present invention, and based on the first embodiment, step S10 includes:
and step S11, when it is monitored that the user dials the international call and the settlement tariff of the international call is greater than a preset threshold value, acquiring user information corresponding to the user.
And step S12, when the user is determined not to be the international roaming user according to the user information, acquiring the telephone charge balance of the user and the consumption charge of the international telephone.
In this embodiment, the user may be a caller initiated by a domestic user or a caller initiated by a foreign user. If the user is a foreign user, the system does not cut off the authority of the international telephone. If the user is a domestic user, the system can disconnect the international call.
In contrast, when the system detects that the user dials the international call as the calling party and the settlement tariff of the international call is greater than the preset threshold value, that is, the international call is a high-settlement international call, the system acquires the user information corresponding to the user. Specifically, when the international toll exchange monitors that the user dials an international call, the international toll exchange sends calling information such as the telephone number of the user to the international toll call monitoring device. The calling information sending format comprises: signaling No. 7, SIP signaling, IMS signaling, or other configured format signaling.
The international long-distance call monitoring device analyzes the calling information to obtain the telephone number of the user, such as 186 x 1111, and then obtains the information related to 186 x 1111 from the national centralized billing device, and the related information is the user information.
The system authenticates the user based on the user information. If the user information determines that the user is a domestic user, namely the user is not an international roaming user (the international roaming user means that the user is not a domestic user), the system acquires the telephone charge balance of the user and the consumption charge of the international telephone so as to determine whether the user generates high international arrearages, and if so, the international telephone is cut off.
When it is determined that the user is an international roaming user based on the user information, the system does not have a right to disconnect the international call. At the moment, the system acquires the call duration of the international call, and if the call duration is greater than the preset duration, the system sends alarm information to a terminal corresponding to an international call operator to which the user belongs, wherein the alarm information is used for prompting that the cost generated when the user dials the international call is greater than the preset cost, namely prompting that the foreign operator generates high arrearage when the user dials a long international call. The alarm information can be output in the forms of sound, light and the like. For example, the user is a user who roams from country a to country B, that is, the user makes an international call as a calling party in country B, and the settlement tariff of country B and the operator of the called international call is 55 yuan/min, the preset threshold value is 50 yuan/min, and the settlement tariff is greater than the preset threshold value, so that the called international call is a high settlement international call. The system of country B monitors the call duration of the international call made by the user. And if the call duration of the system monitoring user in the country B for dialing the international call exceeds 200min, the system sends alarm information to a terminal corresponding to an international call operator in the country A.
In the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, when it is monitored that the international call is dialed by the user and the settlement cost of the international call is greater than a preset threshold value, user information corresponding to the user is acquired, and when the user is determined not to be an international roaming user according to the user information, the telephone charge balance of the user and the consumption cost of the international call are acquired to judge whether the user generates the international high arrearage.
In one embodiment, step S20 includes:
determining whether to store user information corresponding to a user;
and when determining to store the user information of the user, determining the available balance of the user according to the telephone charge balance and the telephone charge.
In this embodiment, when it is determined that the international call made by the user is a high settlement call, the system needs to determine whether the user is a legitimate user. Specifically, if the user is not a legal user, the national centralized billing system does not store the user information of the user, that is, if the user information of the user is determined not to be stored, the user is an illegal user, and the illegal user dials an international call, so that the hidden danger of international high arrearage exists. If the system determines that the user information of the user is stored, the system determines the available balance of the user according to the telephone charge balance and the telephone charge, namely monitors whether the user is in high arrearage. If the user information of the user is determined not to be stored by the user, the user is an illegal user, the system directly cuts off the international telephone, and high arrearage of the international telephone is avoided.
The present invention also provides a monitoring system of an international telephone, and referring to fig. 5, the monitoring system 500 of the international telephone includes:
