According to an aspect of the embodiments of the present application, a message pushing method is provided. Optionally, in this embodiment, the message pushing method may be applied to a hardware environment formed by the smart home device 102 and the server 104 as shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 1, the server 104 is connected to the smart home devices 102 through a network, and may be configured to provide services (such as application services) for the smart home devices or clients installed on the smart home devices, and a database may be provided on the server or separately from the server, and is configured to provide data storage services for the server 104.
The network may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: wired networks, wireless networks. The wired network may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: wide area networks, metropolitan area networks, local area networks, which may include, but are not limited to, at least one of the following: WIFI (Wireless Fidelity), bluetooth. The smart home device 102 may be, but is not limited to, a smart television, a smart refrigerator with a screen, a smart speaker with a screen, and the like.
The message pushing method in the embodiment of the application may be executed by the server 104, may also be executed by the smart home devices 102, and may also be executed by the server 104 and the smart home devices 102 together. The smart home device 102 may execute the message pushing method according to the embodiment of the present application, or execute the message pushing method by a client installed thereon. The server 104 may be a UMS (unified Messaging System), a Machine to Machine cloud (M2M), or a combination of UMS and M2M.
Taking the message pushing method in the present embodiment executed by the server 104 as an example, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of an optional message pushing method according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 2, the flowchart of the method may include the following steps:
step S202, receiving a target service message sent by a message pushing party, wherein the target service message is a service message to be pushed to a target object.
The message pushing method in the embodiment can be applied to a scene of message pushing through the intelligent home equipment. The smart home device may be a smart home device located in a user's home, and may be an electronic device having a smart chip, such as a smart television, a smart refrigerator with a screen, and a smart speaker with a screen, where the smart home device may be a smart home device in a message push system.
It should be noted that the user home may be created by an application corresponding to the internet of things cloud, where a target object (e.g., a home owner) runs through a terminal device of the target object. The target object or other objects may bind devices belonging to the family, for example, smart home devices, through an application corresponding to the internet of things cloud. In addition, besides the target object, an associated object (e.g., family member) of the family may be bound by the target application or an application corresponding to the internet of things cloud, and the associated object may be a long-term resident in the family or a guest who visits in the family infrequently.
In addition, the terminal device may be a terminal device such as a smart phone (e.g., an Android phone, an iOS phone, etc.), a tablet computer, a palm computer, a Mobile Internet Device (MID), a PAD, and the like. In this embodiment, the type of the receiving device is not limited.
When the message pushing party has a service message to be pushed to the target object, the target service message can be sent to the message pushing system, and the message pushing system can receive the target service message. The service message may be a service message sent to the terminal device through the smart home device, for example, a prompt message when a doorbell is pressed, or a promotion message (for example, an advertisement) sent to the terminal device by a message push party (for example, an APP Server).
Optionally, the target service message may be sent according to an agreed message template, and may also pass the template parameter to the message pushing system. Receiving the target service message sent by the message push party may include: and receiving a template message sent by a pushing party, wherein the template message comprises a message template and template parameters. The template parameter may include a device identifier to be transmitted, where the device identifier may be a device identifier of a terminal device, or may include an object identifier of a target object. After receiving the template message, the message pushing system assembles the message template and the template parameters into a pushed message body (which may include a device identifier and a message identifier to be sent), and the assembling may be performed by a template engine. The operation performed on the targeted service message (e.g., the push operation) may be performed on the push message body.
It should be noted that, when the message pushing party pushes the service message to the user, the message service to be sent may be registered in the message pushing system in advance, the message template may be customized according to the content of the service to be sent, and the variable part may be set as a parameter for the message pushing system to use when sending the message. In addition, the smart home device may also be registered in the message push system.
Step S204, determining equipment to be pushed from a plurality of pieces of intelligent household equipment associated with the target object, wherein the equipment to be pushed is the intelligent household equipment with a screen.
In the related art, the message pushing system can directly push the service message to the terminal device. Since the online/offline state of the terminal device cannot be known, when the terminal device is in the offline state, the service message push will fail. Or, when the terminal device is far away from the user, the prompt message of the service message on the terminal device may not be received by the user, which may also result in a failure in pushing the service message.
In order to improve the success rate of message pushing, the received service message can be pushed to the smart home device of the user. There may be a large number of smart home devices in a user's home, such as a smart refrigerator, a smart speaker, a smart television, etc. However, not all smart home devices are suitable for displaying service messages pushed to users. Therefore, before pushing the service message, the message pushing system can select the intelligent home equipment suitable for displaying the service message from the intelligent home equipment associated with the user to push the service message.
After receiving the target service message, the message push system may determine a target object corresponding to the target service message, for example, determine the target object through the device identifier or the object identifier, and determine a plurality of smart home devices associated with the target object. The association relationship between the target object and the smart home device may be recorded through a device table. Each device table may record the smart home devices associated with one object, and may also record the smart home devices associated with a plurality of objects. Different device tables may record the smart home devices associated with one object, and may also record the smart home devices associated with a plurality of objects.
The message pushing system can select the intelligent household equipment to which the target service message is to be pushed from the plurality of intelligent household equipment, namely the equipment to be pushed. In order to better prompt the service message pushed to the user, in this embodiment, the device to be pushed is an intelligent home device with a screen, where the screen is used to display the service message pushed to the user by the message pushing direction, and the service message may include, but is not limited to, at least one of the following: a solid screen such as an LED (Light Emitting Diode) or an ink screen, and a virtual screen projected on air or other medium.
The message pushing system may obtain device information of each of the plurality of smart home devices, where the device information may include information indicating whether the smart home device has a screen. Based on the acquired device information, the message pushing system can determine the intelligent home devices with screens in the intelligent home devices, and select the device to be pushed from the intelligent home devices. The number of the selected devices to be pushed can be one or more.
Optionally, in order to enable people with poor eyesight (e.g., the elderly, the blind, and the like) to receive the service message pushed by the message pushing party in time, the device to be pushed may also be an intelligent home device capable of displaying the service message and performing voice prompt, or a set of intelligent home devices capable of displaying at least part of the service message and performing voice prompt at least part of the service message.
Step S206, pushing the target service message to the device to be pushed through the message channel corresponding to the device to be pushed so as to display the target service message on the screen of the device to be pushed.
After the device to be pushed is determined, the message pushing system can send the target service message to the device to be pushed through a message channel corresponding to the device to be pushed. The message channel may be a message transmission channel established for pushing a service message to the smart home device with a screen.
There are various ways to push the target service message to the device to be pushed. For example, the message pushing system may directly push the target service message to the device to be pushed. For another example, the message pushing system may send the target service message to the internet of things cloud, and the internet of things cloud pushes the target service message to the device to be pushed through the message channel corresponding to the device to be pushed. Optionally, the pushing of the target service message to the device to be pushed may be an application, that is, an APP (application), that pushes the target service message to the device to be pushed.
The device to be pushed may include a LSDK (launch Software Development Kit) for message distribution, and a push SDK (Software Development Kit) for receiving a message, where the push SDK is a message push SDK client; the LSDK is a message push SDK server (server) side. Different applications can correspond to different propelling movement SDKs, can contain an LSDK on the same smart home devices, also can contain a plurality of LSDKs. This is not limited in this embodiment.
When sending a target service message to a device to be pushed, an LSDK in the device to be pushed may receive the target service message and distribute the received target service message to a push SDK integrated in an application (e.g., a target application), and after receiving the target service message, the push SDK may parse the message and process the message, for example, the target service message may be displayed on a screen of the device to be pushed, so as to show the target service message to a target object.
It should be noted that the message pushing method may also be executed by an internet of things cloud. The message pushing system or the internet of things cloud can independently send the target service message to the device to be pushed, and can also send the target service message to the device to be pushed and the terminal device at the same time. Alternatively, the pushing of the service message to the smart home devices with the screen may be performed when the terminal device of the target object (i.e., the user device) is determined to be in an offline state, that is, in a case that the terminal device of the target object is determined to be in the offline state, the device to be pushed is determined from the plurality of smart home devices associated with the target object. When the terminal device of the target object is determined to be in the online state, the target service message can be pushed to the terminal device of the target object and the device to be pushed at the same time. Whether the terminal device of the target object is online or not can be determined based on the connection state of an application (which may be a target application or an application corresponding to the internet of things cloud) on the terminal device and whether long connection exists between the terminal device and the internet of things cloud or not. The message channel for pushing the message to the device to be pushed and the message channel for pushing the message to the terminal device may be different. In this embodiment, the pushing manner of the service message is not limited.
Receiving a target service message sent by a message pushing party through the steps S202 to S206, wherein the target service message is a service message to be pushed to a target object; determining equipment to be pushed from a plurality of pieces of intelligent home equipment associated with a target object, wherein the equipment to be pushed is the intelligent home equipment with a screen; the target service message is pushed to the device to be pushed through the message channel corresponding to the device to be pushed so as to display the target service message on a screen of the device to be pushed, the problem that the message pushing success rate is low due to the fact that the message pushing cannot be received timely in a message pushing method in the related art is solved, and the success rate of the service message pushing is improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, determining a device to be pushed from a plurality of smart home devices associated with a target object includes:
s11, determining first candidate equipment from the plurality of intelligent household equipment according to the service category of the target service message, wherein the first candidate equipment is equipment with a screen in the plurality of intelligent household equipment;
and S12, determining the online device in the first candidate device as the device to be pushed.
A plurality of smart home devices often exist in a user home, the structures and functions of different smart home devices may be different, and the types of applications installed may be different. Therefore, not all smart home devices are suitable for pushing service messages. In addition, based on different service types of the service messages to be pushed, the smart home devices suitable for pushing the service messages of one service type are not necessarily suitable for pushing the service messages of another service type.
When the target service message is received, the message pushing system can push the target service message to all the intelligent home equipment associated with the target object. Optionally, in this embodiment, based on the service category of the target service message, the smart home devices (e.g., a smart television, a smart projector, etc.) with screens and supporting the service category may be selected from the plurality of smart home devices, so as to obtain the first candidate device. The first candidate device may comprise a device to be pushed.
If the first candidate device is directly used as the device to be pushed and the target service message is pushed to the first candidate device, when the first candidate device is in an offline state, the risk of message pushing failure exists when the first candidate device pushes the service message to the device in the offline state. Optionally, in this embodiment, after the first candidate device is determined, the message pushing system may further determine the online state of the first candidate device, and determine, as the device to be pushed, the smart home device in the online state in the first candidate device.
For example, the service class of the target service message is video. When the target service message is received, the mobile phone of the user and the intelligent refrigerator with the screen are in an off-line state, and the intelligent television and the intelligent sound box are in an on-line state. Since the intelligent refrigerator with the screen and the intelligent television are provided with the screen and support the video service, the message pushing system determines the intelligent television and the intelligent refrigerator with the screen as first candidate equipment. Because the intelligent television is in an online state and the intelligent refrigerator with the screen is in an offline state, the message pushing system determines the intelligent television as the equipment to be pushed.
Optionally, the traffic class may correspond to an application class. According to the service category of the target service message, determining the first candidate device from the plurality of smart home devices may be: according to the application category (for example, the target application identifier) corresponding to the target service message, determining a first candidate device from the plurality of smart home devices, where the first candidate device is a device with a screen, in which a target application (an application identified by the target application identifier) is installed, in the plurality of smart home devices. The application class corresponding to the target service message may be an application class of a target application that supports the service class of the target service message.
Optionally, the target service message may carry an application identifier of the target application, that is, a target application identifier. According to the service category of the target service message, determining the first candidate device from the plurality of smart home devices may be: and determining a first candidate device from the plurality of intelligent household devices according to the target application identifier carried in the target service message.
By the embodiment, the device to be pushed is determined based on the service type and the online state of the device, so that the success rate of pushing the service message can be improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, before receiving the target service message sent by the message push, the method further includes:
s21, receiving a registration message sent by a device to be registered, wherein the device to be registered belongs to a plurality of intelligent household devices, the registration message is used for registering the device to be registered to the cloud end of the Internet of things, and the registration message carries the device identification of the device to be registered and the service type supported by the device to be registered;
and S22, storing the corresponding relation between the device identification of the device to be registered and the service class supported by the device to be registered.
The determination of the service class supported by each smart home device may be performed after the target service message is received, or may be performed before the target service message is received. For example, the message pushing system may obtain the service category supported by each smart home device from the internet of things cloud or through network search.
Optionally, when the smart home device is registered (for example, a registration application), the service category supported by the device may be reported to the internet of things cloud, and the service category supported by each smart home device may be stored by the internet of things cloud. When the intelligent household equipment is connected to the network, the intelligent household equipment can be registered in the Internet of things cloud. For a device to be registered (which may be one of a plurality of smart home devices), the device to be registered may send a registration message to the internet of things cloud, so as to register the device to be registered with the internet of things cloud. The registration message may carry device information and device capabilities of the device to be registered, where the device information may include a device identifier, and the device capabilities may include service classes supported by the device.
For example, the push SDK of the smart home device may report terminal information and terminal capability of the smart home device to the LSDK through a registration message, where the terminal information may include a device identifier, a device type, an APP ID (i.e., an application identifier on the smart home device), and the like. After receiving the registration information, the LSDK may forward it to the internet of things cloud.
Optionally, the device to be registered may also be connected to the terminal device in a manner such as bluetooth, and after obtaining the device information and device capability of the device to be registered, the terminal device sends a registration message to the internet of things cloud for registration. Optionally, after receiving the registration information, the internet of things cloud may store a correspondence between the device identifier of the device to be registered and the service category supported by the device to be registered. Before storage, the device identification and the service type can be verified, and the device identification and the service type are stored after being verified to be correct.
Optionally, the internet of things cloud may also forward the registration message to the message pushing system. After receiving the registration message, the message pushing system may store a correspondence between the device identifier of the device to be registered and the service category supported by the device to be registered. Before storage, the device identification and the service type can be verified, and the device identification and the service type are stored after being verified to be correct. For example, when a new smart tv needs to be registered, the push SDK of the target application on the smart tv may report the terminal information (i.e., the device information) and the terminal capability (i.e., the device capability) of the smart tv to the LSDK through a registration message, where the terminal information may include a device identifier, a device type, an APP ID, and the like. After receiving the registration information, the LSDK may forward it to the internet of things cloud. And after receiving the registration message, the Internet of things cloud forwards the registration message to the message pushing system, and after receiving the registration message, the message pushing system verifies the service type and the unique equipment identifier and stores the service type and the unique equipment identifier without errors.
Optionally, in order to bind the target object and the device to be registered, after the successful registration, the user may log in the terminal device of the user and bind the target application or the application corresponding to the internet of things cloud, the binding information is forwarded to the LSDK by the push SDK, and the LSDK is forwarded to the cloud gateway and then synchronously sent to the message push system.
It should be noted that, if the service category corresponds to the application identifier and the registered target application is the target application, the registration message is used to register the target application on the device to be registered to the remote end of the internet of things, the service category supported by the device to be registered carried in the registration message may be an application identifier (i.e., a target application identifier) of the target application, and the stored correspondence may be a correspondence between the device identifier of the device to be registered and the target application identifier, i.e., a correspondence between the device identifier of the device to be registered and the target application identifier is stored. Based on the stored corresponding relation, the applications installed on the terminal devices can be determined, so that when the message is pushed, the intelligent home equipment to be pushed can be determined based on the application identification corresponding to the service message.
According to the embodiment, the equipment identification of the equipment and the service types of the service messages supported by the equipment are reported when the intelligent home equipment is registered, so that the information push system can conveniently acquire the service types of the service messages supported by the intelligent home equipment, and the information acquisition convenience is improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, determining an online device in the first candidate device as a device to be pushed includes:
s31, inquiring the connection state of the first candidate device, and inquiring the long connection between the Internet of things cloud and the first candidate device;
and S32, determining the devices which are in an online state and have long connection with the cloud end of the Internet of things in the first candidate devices as the devices to be pushed.
To determine whether a first candidate device is an online device, the message push system, after receiving the targeted traffic message, may communicate with the first candidate device to determine whether it is online based on the first candidate device's response. Optionally, in this embodiment, whether the first candidate device is online may be determined based on the connection status of the device and a connection type, which may be a long connection.
The message pushing system may query the recorded connection status information of the first candidate device to determine the connection status of the first candidate device. The connection state may include an online state and an offline state. If the first candidate device is in the offline state, it may be determined that the first candidate device is an offline device. If the first candidate device is in an online state, the first candidate device may be determined to be an online device.
A period of time may be left between the service message being pushed to the smart home device and the smart home device receiving the pushed service message. If the first candidate device is online during the query, but the device is in an offline state after the query, the service message cannot be pushed to the device in time, which results in failure of pushing the service message. Optionally, after determining that the first candidate device is in an online state, it may be further determined whether a long connection exists between the first candidate device and the internet of things cloud, and if so, it may be determined that the first candidate device is an online device, otherwise, it is determined that the first candidate device is an offline device.
Optionally, after the smart home device performs message registration at the internet of things cloud, the internet of things cloud records the online time of the smart home device, and optionally, in order to determine whether long connection exists between the first candidate device and the internet of things cloud, the online time of the smart home device in an online state may be acquired, where the online time is used to indicate the time for the smart home device and the internet of things cloud to continuously maintain data communication; and under the condition that the online time of the intelligent household equipment exceeds a preset threshold value, determining that the intelligent household equipment is in a long connection state.
For example, the determined first candidate devices include a smart refrigerator with a screen and a smart television. At the moment, the intelligent refrigerator with the screen is in an off-line state, the intelligent television is in an on-line state, and long connection exists between the intelligent television and the cloud end of the Internet of things. The message pushing system determines the intelligent television as the equipment to be pushed.
Through this embodiment, whether there is long connection to confirm waiting to push equipment according to the online state of equipment and with the thing networking high in the clouds, can improve the promptness of business message propelling movement, promote user's use and experience.
In one exemplary embodiment, querying the connection status of the first candidate device comprises:
and S41, inquiring connection state information corresponding to the first candidate device, wherein the connection state information is recorded based on the heartbeat information reported by the first candidate device and received by the access gateway of the first candidate device after the first candidate device is connected to the cloud end of the Internet of things.
In this embodiment, whether the smart home device is online or not may be determined through a heartbeat mechanism. The heartbeat mechanism is to send a customized structure (e.g., heartbeat packet) periodically to let the other party know that the connection still exists, so as to ensure the validity of the connection.
Optionally, after the smart home device is connected to the cloud end of the internet of things, heartbeat information (which may be a heartbeat packet for ensuring connection validity) may be reported to the access gateway at preset intervals. The access gateway may preset a determination rule of the device online, for example, receive heartbeat information reported by the smart home device every preset time; and determining that the intelligent household equipment is in an off-line state if the heartbeat information reported by the intelligent household equipment is not received within a preset time threshold, wherein the preset time threshold is time corresponding to the preset reporting times. The preset time and the preset time threshold may be set as needed, which is not limited in this embodiment.
For example, the smart home device reports heartbeat information to the access gateway every 60 seconds. The access gateway may receive the reported heartbeat information. If the reported heartbeat information is not received within 180s (i.e., the reported heartbeat information is not received three consecutive times), the device may be considered to be currently in an offline state.
For a first candidate device, based on heartbeat information reported by the first candidate device and received by an access gateway of the first candidate device, presence information of the first candidate device may be recorded, where the presence information is used to indicate whether the first candidate device is in an online state. After determining the first candidate device, the message pushing system may query connection status information corresponding to the first candidate device to determine whether the first candidate device is in an online state.
According to the embodiment, whether the equipment is in the online state or not is determined by inquiring the recorded online state information, so that the online state determination efficiency can be improved, and the timeliness of pushing the service message is further improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, determining a device to be pushed from a plurality of smart home devices associated with a target object includes:
s51, determining a second candidate device from the plurality of intelligent household devices, wherein the second candidate device is an online device with a screen in the plurality of intelligent household devices;
and S52, selecting the equipment in the position area from the second candidate equipment according to the position area of the target object, and obtaining the equipment to be pushed.
In order to improve the success rate of pushing the service message, the device to be pushed may be selected based on the location information of the target object. Before determining the device to be pushed, the position information of the target object can be acquired. The position area where the target object is located may be determined based on information (e.g., voice or image) of the target object collected by a plurality of smart home devices (all or part of) or other devices (e.g., position sensors) other than the plurality of smart home devices (e.g., voice or image) (the position area where the smart home device collecting the voice or image of the target object is located may be determined as the position area where the target object is located).
The message pushing system may determine a second candidate device from the plurality of smart home devices. The second candidate device is determined by: the smart home devices with screens in the plurality of smart home devices may be determined as second candidate devices, or may be in a similar manner to the determination of the first candidate devices (in this case, the second candidate devices are the same devices as the first candidate devices), which is not limited in this embodiment.
After the second candidate device is determined, the message pushing system may select a device located in the same location area as the target object from the second candidate device according to the location area where the target object is located, so as to obtain the device to be pushed. The position areas located in the same position area may be located in the same room, or may be position areas where a distance between the position areas and the target object is less than or equal to a set distance threshold, which is not limited in this embodiment.
For example, a smart tv in a bedroom and a smart tv in a living room are determined second candidate devices. At this time, if the user is in the bedroom, the message pushing system can determine the smart television in the bedroom as the device to be pushed; if the user is located in the living room, the message pushing system can determine the intelligent television in the living room as the server to be pushed.
According to the embodiment, the device to be pushed is determined by using the position information of the target object and the online state of the device, so that the success rate of pushing the service message can be improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, after the target service message is pushed to the device to be pushed through the message channel corresponding to the device to be pushed, the method further includes:
s61, receiving a state feedback message corresponding to the target service message, wherein the state feedback message is used for indicating the message processing state of the target service message after being pushed to the device to be pushed;
and S62, sending the message processing state indicated by the state feedback message to the message pushing party.
After the target service message is pushed to the device to be pushed, in order to better determine whether the user receives the target service message, the internet of things cloud may determine a message processing state after the target service message is pushed to the device to be pushed. For example, if the status feedback reported by the device to be pushed is not received after being pushed to the device to be pushed for a period of time, it may be determined that the target service message is not delivered, and at this time, the message processing status of the target service message may be that the target service message is not delivered.
Optionally, if the target service message is successfully pushed, the device to be pushed may report a status feedback to the internet of things cloud, and feed back a processing status of the target service message (e.g., reached, read/unread, executed/unexecuted). For example, the push SDK of the target application on the device to be pushed may report the processing state to the corresponding LSDK, and the LSDK reports the processing state to the cloud end of the internet of things.
The internet of things cloud end can determine the message processing state after the target service message is pushed to the device to be pushed based on whether the reported state feedback and the reported processing state are received or not, and sends the determined message processing state to the message pushing system through the state feedback message. After receiving the state feedback message, if the message pushing party registers to require the state feedback notification, the message pushing system can call back the state feedback to the message pushing party through the notification message, that is, send the message processing state to the message pushing party.
Alternatively, the above-mentioned message processing status may also be determined by an access gateway of the device to be pushed and published to the message platform, and the message pushing system may subscribe to a message reception (delivered/not delivered, read/not read, executed/not executed) status receipt of the message platform, thereby determining the message processing status.
Optionally, if it is determined that the target service message is not delivered, the message pushing system may automatically re-push the target service message to the device to be pushed, and the process of pushing the service message is similar to the foregoing process, which is not described herein again.
By the embodiment, the message processing state of the service message is acquired and sent to the message pushing party, so that the message pushing party can conveniently acquire the processing state of the service message, and the convenience of information acquisition is improved.
The following explains a message push method in the embodiment of the present application with an alternative example. The message pushing method in this alternative example may be applied to a network architecture as shown in fig. 3, which may include, as shown in fig. 3:
a message push party (e.g., App Server) which is a system initiating service message push;
UMS (message push system) for pushing service message and obtaining status receipt;
M2M (cloud end of things) for uniformly managing message receiving terminals, receiving and initiating systems for sending messages to devices, and the like;
LSDK: for message distribution;
pushing the SDK: for receiving messages.
In order to use the smart home device with the screen, device registration may be performed on the smart home device in advance. In conjunction with fig. 3 and 4, the registration process may include the following steps:
step S402, the APP (may be APP1, APP2, or other APPs) located on the smart home device reports the registration information to the LSDK by using the push SDK.
The registration information may be a registration message of the APP, and may include terminal information and terminal capabilities of the smart home device, including a device identifier, a device type, an APP ID, and the like.
And S404, the LSDK positioned on the intelligent household equipment receives the registration information and forwards the registration information to the cloud end of the Internet of things.
Step S406, after receiving the registration message, the internet of things cloud forwards the received registration message to the message pushing system.
Step S408, after receiving the registration message, the message pushing system verifies the service type and the unique device identifier, and stores the verified unique device identifier.
The steps mainly realize that the information such as the unique identification of the equipment terminal, the supported message type or the message service, etc. is registered to the message pushing system. In addition, the user can also register after logging in the App, the registration information is forwarded to the LSDK by the push SDK, and the LSDK is forwarded to the cloud gateway and then is synchronized to the message push system.
In order to enable a user to receive the service message pushed by the message pushing party in time, the message can be pushed by using the intelligent home equipment with a screen. With reference to fig. 3 and 5, using the smart home device with a screen for message pushing may include the following steps:
step S502, the message pushing direction sends the template message to the message pushing system according to the appointed message template and transmits the template parameter (including the device identification to be sent) to the message pushing system.
Step S504, after receiving the template message, the message pushing system assembles the message template and the template parameters into a normal message pushing body through the template engine, where the message pushing body may include a device identifier and a message identifier to be sent.
The message pushing system can process logic according to appointed service types to the message body, inquire whether the terminal equipment is on line or not, if the terminal equipment is off line or disconnected, the message body is not pushed any more, return feedback of pushing failure caused by equipment off line to the message pushing party, and forward the feedback to the Internet of things cloud end if the equipment is normal and long connection exists. Or after inquiring whether the terminal device is on line or not, the intelligent household device associated with the terminal device can be inquired, and the on-line device with a screen and supporting the current message category in the intelligent household device is determined to obtain the device to be pushed.
Step S506, the cloud end of the Internet of things sends the received push message to the LSDK, and then the LSDK distributes the message to the integrated push SDK on the APP.
Step S508, after the push SDK receives the push message, the push message is analyzed and processed.
In addition, the push SDK may report a processing state (e.g., delivered/not delivered, read/not read, executed/not executed) of the APP on the message to the LSDK, and the LSDK reports the state to the internet of things cloud; the message pushing system can subscribe to a message receiving (e.g., delivered/not delivered, read/not read, executed/not executed) status receipt of the message platform through the user access gateway publishing to the message platform; and after receiving the state feedback message, the message pushing system calls back the state feedback of the notification message of the message pushing party if the message pushing party requires the state feedback notification during the registration.
Through the optional example, whether long connection exists in the cloud side is inquired through the offline online state of the subscription device (the terminal device and the intelligent home device), if the device is online and connected online at the same time, the message is pushed to the corresponding terminal (the terminal device and the intelligent home device), otherwise, the user is prompted to be offline, the pushed service message can be received timely, and the success rate of message pushing is improved.
