and reporting request information of lane change to the background server when the operation state is determined not to be the operation waiting state, wherein the background server sends a lane change instruction to the vehicle to control the vehicle to exit the current station locking and reenter other operation waiting lanes of the current station locking when receiving the request information of lane change.

starting the lock pin dismounting terminal when a starting instruction is received, and initiating a TCP connection request to a background server;
and connecting the background server according to the TCP connection request, and reporting station locking terminal operation information to the background server, wherein the station locking terminal operation information comprises an operation number, an operation state and an operation position.
