The cover plate for winding arrangement of a stator coil as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the lower extreme of apron is equipped with at least one plug (6), and the inboard of stator (8) is fixed to be provided with the support, and the socket that corresponds with plug (6) is seted up to the support upper end, is interference fit between plug (6) and the socket.
4. The cover plate for coil finishing of a stator coil as set forth in claim 3, wherein: on the horizontal projection of the cover plate, the position of the plug (6) and the position of the collecting port are staggered.
5. The cover plate for winding arrangement of a stator coil as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the cover plate is provided with a mark point (7), and the position of the mark point (7) corresponds to the position of any one of the A-phase lead wire or the B-phase lead wire or the C-phase lead wire.

The cover plate for coil finishing of a stator coil as set forth in claim 5, wherein: the upper end of the cover plate is provided with a converging part which is used for collecting a converging line of a common line in the common port (4); the upper side of the convergence part is a closed space.

The cover plate for coil finishing of a stator coil as set forth in claim 6, wherein: the binding part comprises a U-shaped bent plate, and one end of the U-shaped bent plate is fixedly connected with the upper end of the cover plate; the other end of the U-shaped bent plate extends to the lower side of the upper end surface of the cover plate, and a gap is formed between the other end of the U-shaped bent plate and the inner side wall of the cover plate; the space formed between the U-shaped bent plate and the inner wall of the cover plate is used for collecting the combined wire of the common wire in the common port (4).
8. The cover plate for winding arrangement of a stator coil as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the caliber of the space formed between the U-shaped bent plate and the inner wall of the cover plate is larger than or equal to the sum of the diameters of all the common lines.

The cover plate for winding arrangement of a stator coil as set forth in claim 1, wherein: a baffle ring (5) is fixedly arranged on the outer edge of the upper end of the cover plate; a gap is arranged between the lower end of the baffle ring (5) and the upper end of the stator (8) and is used for providing space for the leads to surround the cover plate and enter the collecting port.
10. A winding method of a stator coil based on the cover plate for coil finishing of the stator coil according to any one of claims 5 to 9, characterized in that:
s1, fixedly mounting a cover plate on the upper end of a support with the front side upward;
s2, aiming at a mark point (7) on the cover plate, and confirming a first lead wire to be collected and a corresponding collecting port;
s3, sleeving the lead wire of the phase A in one group of coils into the port (1) of the phase A;
s4, sleeving the B-phase lead wire in one group of coils into the B-phase port (2);
s5, sleeving the C-phase lead wire in one group of coils into the C-phase port (3);
s6, grabbing annular A-phase lead wires, B-phase lead wires and C-phase lead wires, holding the annular A-phase lead wires, B-phase lead wires and C-phase lead wires into a bundle and cutting the bundle by using scissors;
s7, taking the unfinished parts of the broken A-phase lead wire, the B-phase lead wire and the C-phase lead wire as common lines, and sleeving the common lines into a common port (4) along the edge of the cover plate;
s8, according to the steps from S3 to S6, cutting off the three-phase lines of the rest groups, collecting the three-phase lines in a classified mode, subtracting the line heads in all collecting ports by using scissors, and ensuring that the length of the line heads is 8-15 cm;
s9, twisting all phase lines A in the phase A port into a twist shape and dividing the twist shape into two bundles;
s10, twisting all phase lines B in the phase B port into a twist shape and dividing the twist shape into two bundles;
s11, twisting all the phase lines in the phase C port into a twist shape, and dividing the twist shape into two bundles;
s12, twisting all the common lines in the common port into a twist shape, and bending and sleeving the common lines in the binding part.
