a) When the UPS uninterrupted power supply works, heat emitted by the electric elements (12) and the storage battery (24) is accumulated in the inner cavity of the box body (1), the heat dissipation fan (14) extracts hot air accumulated in the inner cavity of the box body (1) and discharges the hot air through the vent holes on the rear panel (15), negative pressure is generated after air in the box body (1) is discharged, the box body (1) extracts outside air through the vent holes on the front panel (10), outside cold air enters the inner cavity of the box body (1) through the front panel (10), and the cold air rapidly dissipates heat of the electric elements (12) and the storage battery (24) to prevent the electric elements (12) and the storage battery (24) from being damaged due to overhigh temperature and prolonging the service life of the electric elements;
b) Outside air enters the inner cavity of the box body (1) through the front panel (10), the air needs to be filtered through the front magnetic screen plate (9) and the air filter element (30), dust in the air is filtered through the front magnetic screen plate (9), the dust in the air is adsorbed through the active carbon filter element (31) at the front side of the inner cavity of the air filter element (30), moisture in the air is adsorbed through the silica gel adsorbent (33) at the rear side of the inner cavity, the rear magnetic screen plate (16) prevents the dust from entering the inner cavity of the box body (1) through the rear panel (15), and short circuit of an electrical element (12) and a storage battery (24) caused by the dust and the moisture and corrosion of the moisture are avoided, so that the durability of the electrical element (12) and the storage battery (24) is affected;
c) When the box body (1) is collided to shake, the battery bin (21) limits the storage battery (24), the buffer layer (23) buffers the outer surface of the storage battery (24) to prevent the storage battery (24) from being damaged by collision, the partition board in the buffer layer (23) separates the storage battery (24) to prevent the storage batteries (24) from collision, and the battery cover (25) limits the top of the storage battery (24) to prevent the storage battery from falling off the battery bin (21);
d) When the storage battery (24) works, the temperature sensor (22) detects the temperature of the storage battery (24) and transmits detection signals to the controller (5), the controller (5) transmits detection data to the display (4), the display (4) displays the working temperature, when the detection data is higher than a preset value, the controller (5) starts the warning lamp (6) to warn a user, and when the detection data is lower than the preset value, the controller (5) turns off the warning lamp (6);
e) When the electric elements (12) and the storage battery (24) need to be disassembled and overhauled, the fixing bolts (8) are screwed out of the front panel (10), the front panel (10) of the inner cavity of the first frame body (11) is taken out, the mounting bolts (7) are screwed out of the connecting plate (20), the limit on the lower mounting plate (17) and the upper mounting plate (13) is removed, the upper mounting plate (13) is pulled out of the sliding frame (18), the electric elements (12) on the top of the upper mounting plate (13) are overhauled, the lower mounting plate (17) is pulled out of the sliding frame (18), the battery bin (21) and the storage battery (24) are taken out, the limit bolts (26) are screwed out of the thread seat (19), the battery cover (25) is taken out, and the storage battery (24) in the inner cavity of the battery bin (21) is overhauled;
f) When the filter media need to be cleaned and replaced, the back magnetic screen plate (16) at the back side of the back panel (15) and the front magnetic screen plate (9) on the front surface of the front panel (10) are removed, dust on the surfaces of the back magnetic screen plate (16) and the front magnetic screen plate (9) is cleaned, the fixing bolts (8) are screwed out of the front panel (10) and the front panel (10) is taken down, the nuts (28) are screwed out of the locating rods (27), the limit of the nuts (28) on the second frame body (29) is removed, the second frame body (29) on the surface of the locating rods (27) is taken out, the second frame body (29) drives the air filter element (30) to be separated from the locating rods (27), and the air filter element (30) on the inner wall of the second frame body (29) is detached and replaced.
