The shape of the button 23 is matched with the shape of the groove 221, and the outer circumferential dimension of the button 23 is slightly smaller than the circumferential dimension of the groove 221 so that the button 23 is not obstructed by the wall of the groove 221 during pressing or bouncing. The avoiding notch 2212 can be arranged in the middle of the groove 221, and can be arranged at other positions outside the middle of the groove 221 according to actual needs; the shape of the avoidance notch 2212 can be matched with the shape of the pushing block 231, so long as the requirement of the embodiment can be met, and details are not repeated here.
In one implementation, the groove 221 may be integrally formed with the battery cover 2, for example, the groove 221 may be formed on the battery cover 2 through a stamping process; in another implementation, the grooves 221 may be connected to the battery cover 2 by bonding or fastening with fasteners after being formed separately.
Referring to fig. 2, in one implementation, the groove bottom of the groove 221 may be provided to extend outward to form an engagement portion 2211 capable of engaging with or disengaging from the elastic engagement portion. For example, the groove bottom of the groove 221 may be disposed to extend toward opposite sides of the groove 221 and protrude from the side wall of the groove 221, and a portion of the groove bottom of the groove 221 protruding from the side wall of the groove 221 may be engaged with the elastic engagement portion or may be disengaged from the elastic engagement portion, so that a portion of the groove bottom of the groove 221 protruding from the side wall of the groove 221 is the mating portion 2211.
In other implementations, the engaging portion 2211 may be separately formed and then attached to the groove 221 by bonding or the like, or attached to another position of the battery cover 2, as long as the requirement of the present embodiment can be satisfied.
Further, a pushing inclined surface 2311 is provided on one side of the pushing block 231 facing the extending direction of the engaging portion, and the pushing inclined surface 2311 is used for pushing the elastic engaging portion to disengage from the engaging portion 2211 when the button 23 is pressed. Specifically, when the bottom surface of the push block 231 is a plane perpendicular to the pressing direction of the button 23, the angle between the push slope 2311 and the bottom surface of the push block 231 may be set between 30 degrees and 60 degrees, for example, 30 degrees, 40 degrees, 45 degrees, 50 degrees, 60 degrees, or the like; the angle between the pushing inclined surface 2311 and the bottom surface of the pushing block 231 may be set to any value smaller than 30 degrees or larger than 60 degrees according to actual needs, as long as the pushing block 231 can push the elastic engagement portion away from the mating portion 2211 in the process of pressing the button 23 from the highest point to the lowest point.
In particular, referring to fig. 2 and 3, during the pressing of the button 23, the push block 231 moves downward along with the button 23, at this time, the elastic engagement portion abuts against the push inclined surface 2311, and as the push block 231 moves downward, the push inclined surface 2311 cooperates with the engagement portion 2211 to move the elastic engagement portion along the push inclined surface 2311 in the direction of the disengagement portion 2211, and finally disengages from the engagement portion 2211.
Referring to fig. 5, the elastic engagement portion may be a spring wire 11 perpendicular to the extending direction of the engagement portion 2211. Specifically, both ends of the spring wire 11 may be fixed to the rear case 1, and a middle portion of the spring wire 11 may be used to engage with or disengage from the engaging portion 2211.
In particular, when the battery cover 2 is covered on the rear case 1, the engaging portion 2211 can hook the spring wire 11 to clamp the battery cover 2 on the rear case 1; when the button 23 is pressed, the push block 231 can move downward along with the button 23 and push the spring wire 11 toward the direction of the disengagement portion 2211, and finally disengage the spring wire 11 from the engagement portion 2211, so that the battery cover 2 can be easily opened.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in order to allow the button 23 to be automatically sprung up after being pushed down, a first elastic member 24 supporting the button 23 may be provided between the button 23 and the bottom of the groove 221.
In one implementation, the first elastic member 24 may be a coil spring, and two or more coil springs may be provided according to actual needs. In addition, the bottom surface of the button 23 may be provided with a guide groove or a guide post for accommodating the first elastic member 24, for example, a coil spring, and the bottom of the groove 221 may also be provided with a guide groove or a guide post for accommodating the first elastic member 24, for example, a coil spring, so that the guide groove or the guide post can play a role in positioning and guiding the first elastic member 24, for example, a coil spring, during the pressing of the button 23, so as to avoid the first elastic member 24 from deviating from a preset track.
In other implementations, the first elastic member 24 may be an elastic component such as rubber, which can spring the pressed button 23, and will not be described herein.
Referring to fig. 1, in one possible implementation, the battery cover 2 may include a battery cover body 21 and a support 22 attached to a side of the battery cover body 21 facing the rear case 1; the groove 221 is located on the support 22, and the battery cover body 21 is provided with a through hole 211 of the escape button 23 at a position corresponding to the groove 221.
The battery cover body 21 and the supporting member 22 may be bonded together by an adhesive manner, or the battery cover body 21 and the supporting member 22 may be bonded together by a connecting member. The support 22 may be a plastic member, and the groove 221 and the support 22 may be an integral member formed by a stamping process; or can be integrated pieces which are bonded together after being respectively processed and molded.
In order to be able to limit the button 23 in the groove 221, a collar may be provided, which stops the button 23, at the edge of the through hole 211 in the circumferential direction of the groove 221. In particular, the button 23 is accommodated in the groove 221, and the retainer ring can stop the button 23 in the groove 221, so as to prevent the button 23 from falling out of the through hole 211 of the battery cover body 21.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the button 23 may have a stepped shape with a small upper part and a large lower part, and a small-sized end of the button 23 may extend into the through hole 211 of the battery cover body 21 so as to be convenient for a user to press the button 23; meanwhile, after the small-size end of the button 23 stretches into the through hole 211, the step surface between the small-size end and the large-size end of the button 23 can be abutted on the retainer ring, so that the retainer ring can limit the button 23 on one hand to prevent the button 23 from falling out of the groove 221; on the other hand can play certain sealed dustproof effect, avoid impurity to get into in the mobile terminal.
In one implementation, referring to FIG. 1, the button 23 may be fixedly coupled to the pusher block 231, e.g., the button 23 may be fixedly coupled to the pusher block 231 by adhesive; alternatively, the button 23 may be fixedly coupled to the push block 231 by a fastener; alternatively, the button 23 may be fixedly connected to the pushing block 231 by a snap-fit connection.
In another implementation, the button 23 may also be integrally formed with the push block 231, for example, the button 23 may be integrally formed with the push block 231 by an injection molding process.
Referring to fig. 4, in order to facilitate removal of the battery cover 2 after the engagement portion 2211 of the battery cover 2 is disengaged from the elastic engagement portion of the rear case 1, a second elastic member may be provided between the battery cover 2 and the rear case 1, the second elastic member being for providing an elastic force for pushing the battery cover 2 away from the rear case 1.
In particular, when the second elastic member is disposed near the engaging portion 2211 and the elastic engaging portion, after the button 23 is pressed to disengage the elastic engaging portion from the engaging portion 2211, the second elastic member can push the battery cover 2 away from the rear case 1 by a distance, so that the user can take down the battery cover 2, thereby facilitating replacement of the battery of the mobile terminal.
In one implementation, referring to fig. 4, the second elastic member may be a pogo pin 3, specifically, a bottom end of the pogo pin 3 is fixed on the rear case 1, and a top end of the pogo pin 3 abuts against the battery cover 2.
