Abstract
The invention discloses a method for splitting a cover plate and a display panel of electronic equipment, which comprises the steps of providing a plastic sheet, inserting a gap between the cover plate and the display panel from the lower part of a visual area of the cover plate, and moving the plastic sheet to the side; putting the electronic equipment into an industrial refrigerator; taking out the electronic equipment; breaking the cover plate and the display panel; heating the display panel on a heating plate; bonding and removing the first optical cement by using the second optical cement; heating the cover plate on a heating plate; bonding and removing the third optical cement by using the fourth optical cement; and recovering the cover plate and the display panel. According to the invention, the plastic sheet is inserted between the cover plate and the display panel, and outward pressure can be applied to the cover plate and the display panel in advance, so that the cover plate and the display panel have a pre-separation force; the electronic equipment is quickly frozen, the optical adhesive becomes hard under the low-temperature condition, the adhesive force is greatly reduced, and the viscosity between the cover plate and the display panel is weakened; the cover plate and the display panel are heated to soften the residual optical cement on the surface, so that the optical cement is convenient to clean.

Technical Field

Background
In the manufacturing industry of electronic equipment display modules, a cover plate and a display panel are bonded and cured through optical glue to form a bonding piece. Due to the influence of dust in the workshop environment, human factors, equipment factors and the like, the production line can produce attachment pollution, poor bubbles, scratches and other attachment defective products. In order to save cost and reduce materials, the attachment piece defective products need to be split by the cover plate and the display panel, and the cover plate and the display panel are recycled. bonding and removing the third optical cement by using a fourth optical cement;
and recovering the cover plate and the display panel.
In the above aspect, the thickness of the plastic sheet is not more than 0.1 mm.
In the scheme, the set temperature of the industrial refrigerator is-120 to-100 ℃.
In the scheme, the storage time of the electronic equipment in the industrial refrigerator is 2-4 min.

putting the electronic equipment into an industrial refrigerator integrally;
taking out the electronic equipment;
breaking the cover plate 20 and the display panel 30;
heating the display panel 30 on a heating plate to soften the first optical cement on the display panel 30;
bonding and removing the first optical cement by using the second optical cement;
heating the cover plate 20 on a heating plate to soften the third optical cement on the cover plate 20;
bonding and removing the third optical cement by using the fourth optical cement;
the cover plate 20 and the display panel 30 are recovered.
According to the invention, the plastic sheet 10 is inserted between the cover plate 20 and the display panel 30, and an outward pressure can be applied to the cover plate 20 and the display panel 30 in advance, so that a pre-separation force exists between the cover plate 20 and the display panel 30, and the separation is convenient; the electronic equipment is rapidly frozen, the optical cement is stored at low temperature, the colloid becomes hard, the adhesive force to the adhesion surface is greatly reduced, and the viscosity of the optical cement between the cover plate 20 and the display panel 30 is weakened; the cover plate and the display panel are heated to soften the residual optical cement on the surface, so that the optical cement is convenient to clean.
The thickness of the plastic sheet 10 is not more than 0.1mm, and the plastic sheet may be any shape such as a circle, a square, a triangle, etc.
In this embodiment, the plastic sheet 10 is rectangular, preferably square.
The size of the plastic sheet 10 is not limited to a large amount, and in the present embodiment, the plastic sheet 10 is preferably a square sheet having a length and a width of 20mm and a thickness of 0.1 mm.
One or more plastic sheets 10 may be interposed between the cover plate 20 and the display panel 30 to be separated therefrom, and the number of the plastic sheets 10 is not limited thereto.
In the present embodiment, the plastic sheet 10 is preferably two sheets, and is inserted into the gap between the cover plate 20 and the display panel 30 from below the visible region of the cover plate 20, and is moved to the left and right, respectively, so that the plastic sheet 10 is inserted between the cover plate 20 and the silicone adhesive. The plastic sheets 10 are uniformly arranged on both sides of the cover plate 20 and the display panel 30, so that a part of left and right regions between the cover plate 20 and the display panel 30 are in a pre-separation state, which is helpful for subsequent separation, and avoids damage to the cover plate 20 or the display panel 30 during separation.
The set temperature of the industrial refrigerator is-120 to-100 ℃. Preferably, the set temperature is-110 ℃. After the optical cement is stored at-110 ℃, the adhesion to the surface of the cover plate 20 is greatly reduced, and the optical cement hardens, facilitating the subsequent separation of the cover plate 20 from the display panel 30.
The storage time of the electronic equipment in the industrial refrigerator is 2-4 min. In the preferred embodiment, the storage time is 3 min.
In this embodiment, the specific separation method of the cover plate 20 and the display panel 30 is as follows:
the cover plate 20 is held by one hand, and the other hand is pulled off by the other hand, so that the display panel 30 is separated from the cover plate 20 along the position where the plastic sheet is inserted, a small portion of the optical cement remains on the surface of the cover plate 20, and a large portion of the optical cement remains on the surface of the display panel 30.
After the electronic device is frozen and the cover plate 20 and the display panel 30 are manually opened, the separation force generated at the plastic sheet 10 can be gradually transmitted to other places, which facilitates the rapid separation of the cover plate 20 and the display panel 30.
The heating temperature of the heating plate is 55-65 ℃. In this embodiment, the heating temperature is preferably 60 ℃. After heating, the optical cement can be softened again, and subsequent removal is facilitated.
When heating, the side of the cover plate 20 with the third optical cement is far away from the heating plate. The side of the display panel 30 having the first optical cement is away from the heating plate.
Preferably, in the embodiment, when the optical cement is removed, the optical cement block with the same colloid as the residual optical cement is used to remove the residual optical cement, and because the optical cement has elasticity, the residual optical cement can be stretched and removed after being adhered to the optical cement block, and the process is repeated for multiple times until the optical cement block is cleaned up.
Specifically, a piece of second optical glue with the same texture as the first optical glue on the display panel 30 is taken to be bonded with the first optical glue, when the first optical glue is bonded with one end, the first optical glue is pulled up gradually by hand, and the first optical glue is bonded with the second optical glue and removed from the display panel 30 because the first optical glue has elasticity and can be stretched. Similarly, a fourth optical cement with the same texture as the third optical cement on the cover plate 20 is taken to be bonded with the third optical cement, and when the third optical cement is bonded with one end, the third optical cement is gradually pulled up by hand, and is removed from the cover plate 20.
Preferably, after the optical cement is removed, the cover plate 20 and the display panel 30 are placed in a plastic suction tray for recycling. Is convenient to recycle.

putting the electronic equipment into an industrial refrigerator integrally;
taking out the electronic equipment;
breaking the cover plate and the display panel;
heating the display panel on a heating plate to soften the first optical cement on the display panel;
bonding and removing the first optical cement by using a second optical cement;
heating the cover plate on a heating plate to soften the third optical cement on the cover plate;
bonding and removing the third optical cement by using a fourth optical cement;
and recovering the cover plate and the display panel.
2. The method of splitting a cover plate and a display panel of an electronic device according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of the plastic sheet is not more than 0.1 mm.
3. The method for splitting the cover plate and the display panel of the electronic equipment according to claim 1, wherein the temperature of the industrial refrigerator is set to-120 to-100 ℃.
4. The method for separating the cover plate and the display panel of the electronic equipment according to claim 1, wherein the storage time of the electronic equipment in the industrial refrigerator is 2-4 min.
