一种有限空间作业远程预警检测装置,包括控制模块、脑电感知传感器、温度传感器、湿度传感器、氧气传感器、一氧化碳传感器、声光报警、无线发射模块,脑电感知传感器、温度传感器、湿度传感器、氧气传感器、一氧化碳传感器通过不同接口连接到控制模块以把数据传输发送到控制模块;控制模块整理并重组数据后,把数据通过无线发射模块传输到平台;无线发射模块与控制模块通过线缆连接;控制模块也连接了声光报警模块。本发明具有该装置具备环境、人体体征、气体多种能力的感知;所有的感知设备是一体化设计,既可以进行本地的声光预警也可以进行预警信息远程上报和远程监测功能。

技术领域
本发明属于电器技术领域,涉及一种有限空间作业远程预警检测装置。
背景技术
冶金、化工、建筑、电力、通信施工现场有很多有限空间作业的场景,现场作业人员对于工作环境的变化无法感知,容易造成窒息、有毒气体中毒等事故,在作业过程中,有限空间外的管理人员无法了解内部空间的作业情况,也容易造成对现场事故的响应不及时。现有的有限空间作业设备,无法全面感知人、环境的状态,安全管理部门和其他管理人员也因为不了解现场的具体情况而无法做出正确的判断和工作安排。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种有限空间作业远程预警检测装置,能够提供有限空间作业远程预警检测。
本发明的技术方案:
一种有限空间作业远程预警检测装置,包括控制模块、脑电感知传感器、温度传感器、湿度传感器、氧气传感器、一氧化碳传感器、无线发射模块、声光报警模块,脑电感知传感器、温度传感器、湿度传感器、氧气传感器、一氧化碳传感器通过不同接口连接到控制模块以把数据传输发送到控制模块;控制模块整理并重组数据后,把数据通过无线发射模块传输到平台;控制模块连接声光报警模块。当控制模块通过分析数据产生了报警的需求后,会控制声光报警模块产生报警信号给用户提示。
本发明以控制模块为核心,周围连接了温度、湿度、氧气、一氧化碳等传感器以及脑电感知传感器,数据通过串口、I2C、SPI等接口传输到控制模块,控制模块采集整理并进行统一格式转化后,把相关数据传输到管理中心平台。数据传输的方式包括4G、5G和wifi,是通过无线发射模块完成的,无线发射模块直接连接到控制模块,并受控制模块的指令控制来工作,控制模块、传感器模块、无线发射模块三者是集成一体化设计,体积小,功耗低,便于结构安装。
本发明的有益效果:具有该装置具备环境、人体体征、气体多种能力的感知;所有的感知设备是一体化设计,既可以进行本地的声光预警也可以进行预警信息远程上报和远程监测功能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
如图1所示,一种有限空间作业远程预警检测装置,包括控制模块1,脑电感知传感器2、温度传感器3、湿度传感器4、氧气传感器5、一氧化碳传感器6、无线发射模块7、声光报警8。脑电感知传感器2、温度传感器3、湿度传感器4、氧气传感器5、一氧化碳传感器6通过不同接口连接到控制模块1并把数据传输发送到控制模块1;控制模块1整理并重组数据后,把数据通过无线发射模块7传输到平台。无线发射模块7与控制模块1通过线缆连接。控制模块1也连接了声光报警8,当控制模块1通过分析数据产生了报警的需求后,会控制声光报警8产生报警信号给用户提示。
控制模块1获取到传感器数据后,除了可以传输到平台显示处理外,还可以本地处理数据并根据数据的内容做出判断,当数据超过预设的报警阈值后,控制模块1可以通过声光报警8产生本地声光报警,给使用者提供警示。在有限空间作业时,该设备实时检测人员的体征状态和有限空间的环境状态,对于以上状态进行本地预警和语音播报;并且将状态实时传输到远程的管理中心,由远程管理人员进行状态检测及预警。
本发明装置可以同时检测有限空间的环境参数,现场作业人员的身体体征参数,缺氧窒息、有毒气体中毒时脑电模块可以检测出人体疲劳或者是晕厥。通过脑电的参数来进行人员体征及安全的检测;可以在装置主板上设置安全告警阀值,当检测当前所在有限空间的温度、湿度、氧气和一氧化碳和人体的脑电的数据出现不同阀值时,进行本地声光报警和远程传输预警工作。

1.一种有限空间作业远程预警检测装置,其特征在于:包括控制模块、脑电感知传感器、温度传感器、湿度传感器、氧气传感器、一氧化碳传感器、声光报警、无线发射模块,脑电感知传感器、温度传感器、湿度传感器、氧气传感器、一氧化碳传感器通过不同接口连接到控制模块以把数据传输发送到控制模块;控制模块整理并重组数据后,把数据通过无线发射模块传输到平台;控制模块连接声光报警模块。
