Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of data sharing, in particular to a method for automatically drawing a partograph based on data sharing.
Background
The labor chart is used as a necessary project of each hospital obstetrical department, the current hospitals preliminarily realize the graphic drawing process of the labor chart based on an electronic medical record system, but the labor data source for drawing the labor chart graphic is still manually input by nurses. The labor process data which needs to be input are more, and include the expansion of the uterine orifice, the fetal heart rate, the decline of the birth date, the intensity of the uterine contraction, the uterine contraction time, the blood pressure, the labor hour and the like, and the data are basically input in nursing documents such as a labor record, a labor record and the like, so that a nurse repeatedly inputs the labor process data. The existing partograph drawing method only realizes the graphic drawing process of the partograph and has a plurality of defects: various labor data need to be input manually and repeatedly, the operation is complex, and the input error is easy to occur; the source of the partograph data cannot be flexibly defined.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides an automatic partograph drawing method based on data sharing. The automatic obstetrical chart drawing method shares obstetrical data, and data filled in nursing related records can be automatically added, updated and deleted to generate an obstetrical chart graph; after the corresponding record is modified, the partograph graph is also modified correspondingly. The obstetrical data sharing and multiplexing are realized, the workload of nurses is reduced, the working efficiency is improved, and the error probability is reduced.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a partograph automatic drawing method based on data sharing specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) classifying nursing documents manually input by nurses, finding serial numbers of input items corresponding to the labor chart in the classified nursing documents, and storing the serial numbers in a relation table between the labor chart and other records;
(2) and opening a display page of the partograph, calling the serial number of the input items in the partograph and other record relation tables, inquiring the corresponding nursing documents, and automatically drawing partograph graphs according to the record time and record values in the nursing documents.
Further, the care document includes: the oxytocin record list, the antenatal record list and the delivery record list are all recorded with ID, recording time and recording value of corresponding entry items in each nursing document.
Further, the entry item includes: dilation of uterine orifice, drop of antenatal fluid, fetal heart rate, drop of antenatal fluid, intensity of uterine contraction, time of uterine contraction, blood pressure, time of labor in the near term, and mode of production.
Further, the entry format of the care instrument is subjected to data format verification before being saved.
Further, if the nursing documents in the step (1) need to be modified or deleted, corresponding entry items in the "parturition chart and other record relation tables" are synchronously modified or deleted.
Further, the step (2) comprises the following sub-steps:
(2.1) opening a display page of the labor chart, matching the serial number of the input items required for drawing the labor chart with the labor chart and other record relation tables, finding the serial number corresponding to the labor chart and other record relation tables, and mapping the serial number corresponding to the labor chart and other record relation tables into the nursing document;
and (2.2) searching the ID of the entry item required for drawing the partograph in the nursing document, determining the recording time and the recording value of the entry item required for drawing the partograph in the nursing document according to the current partograph identity information, and drawing the partograph graph according to the recording time and the recording value.
Furthermore, the partograph graph is divided into an upper drawing part and a lower table part, the horizontal axis of the drawing part is partograph time, and different vertical axes represent record values of different input items; the table portion directly displays the recorded value and the recorded time of the entry item.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: according to the method for automatically drawing the partograph based on data sharing, data sharing is performed between the nursing document and the partograph, the partograph graph is automatically drawn by calling the entry items in the partograph and other record relation tables, the time for clinical nurses to draw the partograph is greatly shortened, the working efficiency is improved, and meanwhile the consistency of the partograph data and the nursing document data is fully ensured.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a flow chart of a labor chart configuration of the present invention;
FIG. 2 is a flow chart of the method for automatically drawing a partograph based on data sharing according to the present invention.
Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is further explained below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The existing partograph drawing method is a scheme for drawing a partograph after maintaining the partograph, and then points and lines are drawn by a program according to the partograph related data manually input by a nurse. The invention does not need nurses to specially input the relevant data of the labor process, but synchronously shares the data required by drawing the labor process chart in the process of inputting the data in the nursing document, and automatically generates the corresponding labor process chart graph in real time.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of the method for automatically drawing a labor chart based on data sharing according to the present invention, and the method specifically includes the following steps:
(1) the nursing documents manually entered by nurses are classified, as shown in figure 1, and the nursing documents related to the invention comprise: an oxytocin record sheet, a temporary delivery record sheet and a delivery record sheet, wherein each nursing document records the ID, the recording time and the recording value of the corresponding entry item; finding out the serial number of an input item corresponding to the partograph in the classified nursing document, wherein the input item related to the partograph comprises the following steps: the serial number is stored in the relation table of the labor chart and other records, so that the data sharing of the nursing document and the labor chart is realized, and the consistency of the data of the nursing document and the labor chart is ensured.
The entry format of the nursing documents in the invention is set before entry, and the data format is verified before the entry and storage of the nursing documents, thereby ensuring that the data format can support the drawing of the partograph graphs.
Meanwhile, if the nursing document in the invention needs to be modified or deleted, the corresponding entry items in the relation table of labor chart and other records are synchronously modified or deleted, so that the consistency of the nursing document and the labor chart data is kept all the time.
(2) The display page of the labor chart is opened, the serial number of the input items in the 'labor chart and other record relation tables' is called, the corresponding nursing document is inquired, the labor chart graph is automatically drawn according to the recording time and the recording value in the nursing document, no data is manually input again by a nurse in the whole drawing process, the workload of the nurse is reduced, the work efficiency is improved, and the error probability is reduced. The method specifically comprises the following substeps:
(2.1) opening a display page of the labor chart, matching the serial number of the input items required for drawing the labor chart with the labor chart and other record relation tables, finding the serial number corresponding to the labor chart and other record relation tables, and mapping the serial number corresponding to the labor chart and other record relation tables into the nursing document;
(2.2) searching the ID of the entry items required for drawing the partograph in the nursing document, determining the recording time and the recording value of the entry items required for drawing the partograph in the nursing document according to the current parturient identity information, drawing a partograph graph according to the recording time and the recording value, wherein the partograph graph is divided into an upper drawing part and a lower table part, the horizontal axis of the drawing part is partograph time, and different vertical axes represent the recording values of different entry items; the table portion directly displays the recorded value and the recorded time of the entry item.
According to the method for automatically drawing the partograph based on data sharing, data sharing is performed between the nursing document and the partograph, the partograph graph is automatically drawn by calling the entry items in the partograph and other record relation tables, the time for clinical nurses to draw the partograph is greatly shortened, the working efficiency is improved, and meanwhile the consistency of the partograph data and the nursing document data is fully ensured.
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and any technical solutions that fall under the spirit of the present invention fall within the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that modifications and embellishments within the scope of the invention may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention.
