Abstract
The invention discloses a server and a quick fixing device thereof, wherein the quick fixing device comprises a sleeve fixedly connected with a fixing frame and a mandrel which can move in a telescopic way relative to the sleeve and is fixedly connected with a fixing hole of a piece to be fixed, the mandrel is provided with a protruding part, and the sleeve is provided with a containing groove for containing the protruding part and a limiting groove for limiting the protruding part; after the mandrel stretches out of the sleeve and is inserted into the fixing hole of the to-be-fixed piece, the protruding portion is matched with the limiting groove through rotating the mandrel, so that the to-be-fixed piece is connected with the fixing frame. Above-mentioned quick fixing device need not to disassemble the mount and just can realize quick fixed mounting, simultaneously, dismantles convenient and fast, in addition, installs and removes the in-process and need not to use extra instrument to operate, during the installation, directly through the dabber to inserting the rotatory lock solid after can, easy operation, and can guarantee the stability and the reliability of connection.

Background

Optionally, the mandrel is movably connected with a trigger part, and the mandrel extends out of the sleeve by adjusting the trigger part.
Optionally, the triggering part is rotatably connected to the mandrel through a pin shaft, and the pin shaft is arranged along a telescopic direction which is horizontal and perpendicular to the mandrel.
Optionally, the triggering part includes a body and two support arms relatively fixedly connected to the body, and the two support arms are both provided with pin holes for the pin shafts to pass through.

The quick fixing device provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the sleeve 4 and the mandrel 3, wherein the sleeve 4 is fixedly connected with the fixing frame 6, the mandrel 3 can move in a telescopic manner relative to the sleeve 4, and the mandrel 3 is fixedly connected with the fixing hole 71 of the to-be-fixed piece 7, so that the to-be-fixed piece 7 can be fixedly arranged on the fixing frame 6 through the quick fixing device.
It should be noted that the quick fixing device can be used for quick fixing of the tail of the server board card. The fixing piece 7 to be fixed is an expansion card, and the fixing frame 6 is a tail fixing frame of the expansion card.
Further, the mandrel 3 is provided with a protruding portion 31, the sleeve 4 is provided with a containing groove 41 and a limiting groove 42, the containing groove 41 is used for containing the protruding portion 31, when the mandrel 3 stretches out and draws back, the protruding portion 31 can move in the containing groove 41, the limiting groove 42 is used for limiting the protruding portion 31, and therefore after the mandrel 3 stretches out and draws back the sleeve 4 and is inserted into the fixing hole 71 of the to-be-fixed piece 7, the protruding portion 31 on the mandrel 3 can be rotated into the limiting groove 42 and matched with the limiting groove 42 through rotating the mandrel 3, so that the mandrel 3 is in a locking state, and connection of the to-be-fixed piece 7 and the fixing frame 6 can be achieved.
It should be noted that, when the expansion card is installed, the initial state of the mandrel 3 is contracted in the sleeve 4, after the expansion card is inserted into the card slot of the connector, the mandrel 3 is first extended out of the sleeve 4 and is in butt joint with the fixing hole 71 on the expansion card, then the mandrel 3 is rotated, for example, rotated by 90 °, so that the boss 31 on the mandrel 3 is rotated into the limit slot 42 of the sleeve 4 and is matched with the limit slot 42, so that the mandrel 3 is in a locking state, and thus the fixed connection between the to-be-fixed piece 7 and the fixed frame 6 can be realized.
Compared with the traditional mode of locking by using screws, the quick fixing device provided by the embodiment of the invention can realize quick fixing and installation without disassembling the fixing frame 6, is convenient and quick to disassemble, does not need to use extra tools for operation in the assembling and disassembling process, can be directly locked by rotating the mandrel 3 after insertion during installation, is simple to operate, and can ensure the stability and reliability of connection.
In order to facilitate the extension of the driving mandrel 3, the mandrel 3 is movably connected with a trigger part 1, the trigger part 1 can move relative to the mandrel 3, and the mandrel 3 extends out of the sleeve 4 by adjusting the trigger part 1.
Of course, according to practical needs, the triggering part 1 can be provided in a handle structure, and the triggering part 1 can be rotatably connected to the tail part of the mandrel 3.
Specifically, the trigger part 1 is rotatably connected to the mandrel 3 through a pin 2, and the pin 2 is disposed horizontally and perpendicular to the expansion and contraction direction of the mandrel 3.

In this way, the pin shaft 2 can pass through the pin hole 121 of one side support arm 12, the through hole of the mandrel 3 and the pin hole 121 of the other side support arm 12 in sequence, so that the rotation connection is completed, and the trigger part 1 can rotate around the axis of the pin shaft 2.
Of course, the two ends of the pin shaft 2 can be provided with a protruding structure, so that the pin shaft 2 is ensured not to deviate from.
It should be noted that, in order to facilitate rotation, any arm 12 is provided with an arc surface 122, and the arc surface 122 is used to contact with the end surface of the sleeve 4 when the trigger part 1 rotates, so as to facilitate the rotation flexibility of the trigger part 1, and thus facilitate the conversion of the position state of the trigger part 1. Meanwhile, the distance between the pin hole 121 and the side wall of the support arm 12 should be smaller than the distance between the pin hole 121 and the end of the support arm 12, so that the distance between the pin hole 121 and the end of the support arm 12 is larger to increase the stroke of the mandrel 3.
The quick-fixing device further comprises an elastic element 5, the elastic element 5 providing the spindle 3 with an elastic force that can be extended along the sleeve 4. Furthermore, to facilitate the interface of the spindle 3 with the fixing hole 71 of the expansion card, the head 33 of the spindle 3 tapers in diameter in a direction away from the boss 31.
