本发明涉及一种双风道隔板式双温风冷冷柜,柜体的内部左侧开设加工有冷冻室;柜体的内部右侧开设加工有冷藏室;冷冻室和冷藏室之间竖直固定安装有竖隔板;冷藏室的下底面水平固定安装有横隔板;横隔板的下方开设加工有设备室;竖隔板的内部镂空开设加工有冷风道;竖隔板下端右侧壁开设加工有风门;竖隔板的上端左侧壁开设加工有冷冻室出风口;竖隔板的下端侧壁贯通开设加工有冷冻室回风口;竖隔板的上端右侧壁开设加工有冷藏室出风口;横隔板的上表面贯通开设加工有冷藏室出风口;设备室的内部安装有蒸发器;本发明能够提供一种具备冷藏、冷冻效果实用性强以及柜体内部温度散发均匀冷藏效果好的双风道隔板式双温风冷冷柜。

技术领域
本发明属于冷柜相关技术领域,具体涉及一种双风道隔板式双温风冷冷柜。
背景技术
风冷冷柜的出现,给人类储藏食物带来了极大的方便,风冷冷柜因其实用性强、制冷储藏效果好、使用简单以及价格亲民,所以备受世人的喜爱。
现有行业内的风冷冷柜大都是单温柜,个别双温风冷冷柜也只是冷冻室是风冷结构,冷藏室是直冷结构,所以没有真正的风冷双温冷柜;行业内的风冷冷柜直冷冷藏箱内上下温差大,温度不均匀,直冷冷藏室,蒸发管在室外壁,室内壁容易结冰冷,冻坏冷藏食品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具备冷藏、冷冻效果实用性强以及柜体内部温度散发均匀冷藏效果好的双风道隔板式双温风冷冷柜。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种双风道隔板式双温风冷冷柜,包括柜体,所述柜体的内部左侧开设加工有冷冻室;所述柜体的内部右侧开设加工有冷藏室;所述冷冻室和冷藏室之间竖直固定安装有竖隔板;所述冷藏室的下底面水平固定安装有横隔板;所述横隔板的下方开设加工有设备室;所述竖隔板的内部镂空开设加工有冷风道;所述竖隔板下端右侧壁开设加工有风门;所述竖隔板的上端左侧壁开设加工有冷冻室出风口;所述竖隔板的下端侧壁贯通开设加工有冷冻室回风口;所述竖隔板的上端右侧壁开设加工有冷藏室出风口;所述横隔板的上表面贯通开设加工有冷藏室出风口;所述设备室的内部安装有蒸发器;所述蒸发器的左侧安装有冷冻风机和冷藏风机;所述冷冻风机和冷藏风机之间竖直安装有风机隔板;所述柜体的前侧壁嵌入安装有温控器。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述柜体的下底面对称安装有万向轮。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述柜体的上端后侧壁对称安装有铰链;所述铰链上连接安装有柜门。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述风门、冷冻室出风口、冷冻室回风口、冷藏室出风口和冷藏室回风口均安装有隔挡筋条。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述冷风道独立隔离开设有三个,两侧为冷冻室风道,中间为冷藏室风道。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本技术方案是在柜体内增设了竖隔板结构,将柜体一分为二室,左边为冷冻室,右边为冷藏室,竖隔板中间有三个独立的冷风道,中间为冷藏风道向右出风,给冷藏室提供冷量,两侧边为冷冻室风道向左出风,给冷冻室提供冷量,从而实现柜体的冷藏和冷冻双温结构;本技术方案设置有一个蒸发器、两个冷冻风机、一个冷藏风机和温控器,通过冷冻风机和冷藏风机分配蒸发器的蒸发面积,来实现分配冷冻室和冷藏室的制冷量,同时通过温控器分别控制上述三个风机风门的开或合是否给冷量,进而实现分别控制冷冻室和冷藏室内的温度;冷冻风机和冷藏风机之间设置有风机隔板,风机隔板用于隔离冷冻风道和冷藏风道,达到冷藏室和冷冻室不串味的目的。

请参阅图1至图3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种双风道隔板式双温风冷冷柜,包括柜体1,柜体1的内部左侧开设加工有冷冻室2;柜体1的内部右侧开设加工有冷藏室3;冷冻室2和冷藏室3之间竖直固定安装有竖隔板4;冷藏室3的下底面水平固定安装有横隔板5;横隔板5的下方开设加工有设备室6;竖隔板4的内部镂空开设加工有冷风道7;竖隔板4下端右侧壁开设加工有风门8;竖隔板4的上端左侧壁开设加工有冷冻室出风口9;竖隔板4的下端侧壁贯通开设加工有冷冻室回风口10;竖隔板4的上端右侧壁开设加工有冷藏室出风口11;横隔板5的上表面贯通开设加工有冷藏室出风口12;设备室6的内部安装有蒸发器13;蒸发器13的左侧安装有冷冻风机14和冷藏风机15;冷冻风机14和冷藏风机15之间竖直安装有风机隔板16;柜体1的前侧壁嵌入安装有温控器17;柜体1的下底面对称安装有万向轮18;柜体1的上端后侧壁对称安装有铰链19;铰链19上连接安装有柜门20;风门8、冷冻室出风口9、冷冻室回风口10、冷藏室出风口11和冷藏室回风口12的端口均安装有隔挡筋条;冷风道7独立隔离开设有三个,两侧为冷冻室风道,中间位冷藏室风道。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:本设备安装好后接通电源,通过温控器17调整好冷冻风机14和冷藏风机15运转速率,从而好调控冷冻室2和冷藏室3的内部温度;运作时,冷冻室2内部冷气的流通方向依次为蒸发器13、冷冻风机14、风门8、冷风道7、冷冻室出风口9、冷冻室2、冷冻室回风口10,最后回流到设备室6内;运作时冷藏室3内部冷气的流通方向依次为蒸发器13、冷藏风机15、风门8、冷风道7、冷藏室出风口11、冷藏室3、冷藏室回风口12,最后回流到设备室6内。
