Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the control method for starting and stopping the water heater provided in this embodiment includes:
step 101, acquiring a first outlet water temperature and a return water temperature when the water heater stops heating, and a second outlet water temperature after the water pump rear circulation is finished;

Example 2
As shown in fig. 2, the method for controlling starting and stopping of a water heater in this embodiment is a further improvement of embodiment 1, and specifically:
step 102 comprises:
step 1021, acquiring the set temperature of the water heater;
in this embodiment, the set temperature is set according to actual conditions, and is not specifically limited herein.
Step 1022, acquiring a first temperature difference value between a first outlet water temperature and a return water temperature when the water heater stops heating, and a second temperature difference value between a second outlet water temperature after the water pump post-circulation is finished and a set temperature of the water heater;
and step 1023, obtaining the fault type of the water heater according to the first temperature difference value and the second temperature difference value.
The fault type triggering the water heater to stop can be accurately judged based on the first temperature difference value and the second temperature difference value, so that different stop control operations can be executed according to different fault types, and the fault processing efficiency is improved.
In an embodiment, the fault type includes at least one of a short heating circuit, a bubble accumulation in the pipe, and a water pump jam.
Step 1023 includes:
if the first temperature difference value is smaller than the first temperature preset value and the second temperature difference value is smaller than the second temperature preset value, determining that the fault type is that the heating loop is short;
in the specific implementation process, for example, a first temperature difference value is set as a, a second temperature difference value is set as b, and a first temperature preset value is set as a 0 The second preset temperature value is b 0
When a is less than or equal to a 0 And b is less than or equal to b 0 And if so, determining that the fault type is that the heating loop is short, namely determining that the heating loop is triggered to stop due to the short heating loop.
It should be noted that, when the heating loops of some rooms are manually closed, or when the corresponding loops are closed after the temperature of some rooms reaches a set value, the length of the heating loop is correspondingly shortened, and the actual heat consumption at the user side is reduced. If the water heater works under the condition, after heating and combustion are started, the return water temperature rises faster, and combustion is stopped after the shutdown temperature is reached in a short time.
In the embodiment, when the heating loop is short and causes shutdown, water in the heating pipeline tends to be uniform at the moment, the return water temperature is close to the first outlet water temperature, and in the shutdown condition, the first temperature difference is small and the second temperature difference after the water pump is circulated later is also small.
If the first temperature difference value is larger than a first temperature preset value, determining that the fault type is the accumulation of air bubbles in the pipeline;
when a > a 0 And when the fault type is determined to be bubble accumulation in the pipeline, namely, the shutdown triggered by the bubble accumulation in the pipeline can be determined.
It should be noted that there are bubbles in the heating pipeline, especially, there are many bubbles in the pipeline at the initial stage of heating, and as the temperature in the pipeline rises, more bubbles are precipitated, and if the bubbles are accumulated, the water passing through the heat exchanger may be heated to a higher temperature, and then the heating pipeline may be stopped because the temperature of the first outlet water reaches the set value or the temperature is too high.
In this embodiment, when bubbles in the pipeline are gathered at the heat exchanger in the water heater, the water at the heat exchanger is less, and the heating load of the water heater is not changed, which may cause the first outlet water temperature to reach the shutdown condition and stop. However, the water heater is shut down due to the fact that the temperature of a section of loop in the water heater is too high caused by the accumulation of bubbles in the pipeline, the water temperature of a heating water channel is not uniform when the water heater is actually shut down, and the temperature difference between the inlet water temperature and the first outlet water temperature is large.
And if the first temperature difference is smaller than the first temperature preset value and the second temperature difference is larger than the second temperature preset value, determining that the fault type is water pump clamping stagnation.
When a is less than or equal to a 0 And b > b 0 And if so, determining that the fault type is water pump jamming, namely determining that the machine is stopped due to the water pump jamming.
Specifically, once the water pump is blocked and stops rotating, the water pump does not rotate, water in the water heater does not flow and the water heater burns, the water in the water heater can be heated to the shutdown temperature to cause shutdown, and because a heating loop generally does not have a flow sensor (because more impurities in a heating pipeline can be blocked), a water pump blocking lagging system cannot timely make fault judgment, the water heater can continue to burn after the temperature drops, and then the water heater is damaged or even potential safety hazards are brought. Under the condition, the first outlet water temperature and the return water temperature are both high, the water pump does not rotate in the process of the back circulation of the water pump, and the heat in the heat exchanger continues to heat part of the static heating water in the water heater, so that the second outlet water temperature is further increased, and the water heater is triggered to stop.
In an implementation scenario where the fault type includes a shorter heating circuit, as shown in fig. 3, step 103 includes:
1031, setting a corresponding relation table of the combustion duration intervals and the shutdown waiting correction durations, wherein the corresponding relation table comprises a plurality of combustion duration intervals and different shutdown waiting correction durations corresponding to each combustion duration interval;
in this embodiment, each combustion duration interval may be adjusted according to actual requirements, and the shutdown waiting correction duration is set and adjusted according to actual conditions, which is not specifically limited herein.
Step 1032, acquiring the last single combustion time length of the water heater before the water heater stops heating;
step 1033, matching the single combustion time length with the corresponding relation table to obtain a target shutdown waiting correction time length corresponding to the single combustion time length;
in this embodiment, the duration of single combustion falls into different combustion duration intervals, and then the duration of corresponding different shutdown wait corrections, the shorter the duration of single combustion, the longer the duration of corresponding shutdown wait corrections.
Step 1034, obtaining the waiting time of the current shutdown of the water heater in the heating mode;
in this embodiment, the waiting time for the current shutdown of the water heater in the heating mode is the minimum time difference between the last combustion stop and the next ignition combustion start on the premise that the temperature condition is met. It should be noted that, in the heating mode, the water heater is always in the on state, and there are a combustion operating state and a non-combustion waiting state.
And 1035, adjusting the current shutdown waiting time length of the water heater in the heating mode based on the target shutdown waiting correction time length.
In the embodiment, whether combustion is started or not is judged after the target shutdown waiting correction time length is delayed on the basis of the current shutdown waiting time length of the water heater in the heating mode.
For example, the single combustion period is t, and the correspondence table includes four combustion period sections, each of which is (0, t) 1 ),[t 1 ,t 2 ),[t 2 ,t 3 ),[t 3 , + ∞), where 0 < t 1 <t 2 <t 3 ,t 1 Is 1min, t 2 Is 3min, t 3 Is 5min, if the set current shutdown waiting time in the current heating mode is 2min, the combustion time interval (0, t) 1 ) The corresponding time length of the shutdown waiting correction is 15min, and the combustion time length interval [ t 1 ,t 2 ) The corresponding time length of the shutdown waiting correction is 10min, and the combustion time length interval [ t 2 ,t 3 ) The corresponding time length of the shutdown waiting correction is 5min, and the combustion time length interval [ t 3 And + ∞) the corresponding time length of the stop waiting correction is 0min;
when t falls within the combustion period interval (0, t) 1 ) Inner, specifically, t < t 1 If so, namely t is less than 1min, delaying for 15min on the basis of the set current shutdown waiting time of 2min in the current heating mode;
when t falls within the combustion duration interval t 1 ,t 2 ) Inner, specifically, t 1 ≤t<t 2 If so, namely t is more than or equal to 1min and less than 3min, delaying for 10min on the basis of the set current shutdown waiting time of 2min in the current heating mode;
when t falls within the combustion duration interval t 2 ,t 3 ) Inner, specifically, t 2 ≤t≤t 3 If so, namely t is more than or equal to 3min and less than 5min, delaying for 5min on the basis of the set current shutdown waiting time of 2min in the current heating mode;
when t falls into the combustion duration interval [ t ] 3 Within + ∞), in particular t > t 3 When t is more than 5min, the current stop set in the current heating mode is carried outAnd delaying for 0min on the basis of the machine waiting time of 2min, namely when t is greater than 5min, not delaying the waiting time of the previous shutdown, and judging whether to start combustion after 2 min.
The frequency of frequent starting and stopping is reduced by delaying the current shutdown waiting time of the water heater in the heating mode, and the service life of the water heater is prolonged.
In one embodiment, the type of fault includes bubble accumulation in the pipeline, as shown in fig. 4, step 103 includes:
10311, adjusting the cycle time length after the water pump;
in this embodiment, the length of time that the circulation after extension water pump can help the system exhaust, and the water pump stall back, next normal start. For example, extending the length of the post-cycle of the water pump may adjust the length of time the system is vented.
10312, obtaining shutdown times caused by bubble aggregation in the pipeline in a first preset period;
and step 10313, if the number of times of shutdown is judged to exceed the preset number of times of shutdown, triggering the auxiliary exhaust equipment to automatically exhaust.
In this embodiment, count the number of times that causes the shut down by the bubble gathering in the pipeline in the first preset period, if judge that the number of times of shutting down exceeds preset shut down number of times, then think the bubble is too much in the water route, only rely on the water pump in the system after the circulation can't arrange the bubble completely, and can lead to heating system internal pressure to reduce because the bubble discharges (the water pressure has the allowed range in the heating system), then trigger the automatic exhaust of supplementary exhaust apparatus this moment to arrange the bubble in the system totally.
It should be noted that the first preset period and the preset shutdown number are both set according to actual situations, for example, the first preset period may be set to 24h, the preset shutdown number may be set to 2, and the first preset period and the preset shutdown number may also be set to other values, which is not specifically limited herein.
In one embodiment, the fault type includes pump seizure, and step 103 includes:
and controlling the water heater to stop and outputting fault prompt information.
In this embodiment, when the water pump jamming, control water heater shut down and no longer start, output trouble prompt message to the suggestion user in time maintains.
In an implementation scenario, as shown in fig. 5, the control method further includes:
step 201, judging whether the water heater is burnt for the first time (namely, the first burning after the power plug is powered off and restarted), if not, executing step 202, and if so, executing step 206;
step 202, judging whether the current mode is a heating mode, if so, executing step 203, otherwise, executing step 209;
step 203, judging whether the combustion time length in the heating mode is smaller than a second preset time length, if so, executing step 101, and if not, executing step 204;
in this embodiment, if the first combustion is performed in the heating mode, the combustion can be performed within the water pump cycle time period by reaching the starting temperature difference without waiting for direct circulation before entering the water pump.
Step 204, detecting the running state of the water heater, and then executing step 205;
and 205, adjusting the running frequency and the running time of the water heater in the heating mode according to the running state. It should be noted that the aforementioned shutdown waiting time is the shutdown time between any two operations, and in the heating mode, different operation states correspond to different operation frequencies (times) and the time of each operation.
In the embodiment, when the combustion time in the heating mode is judged to be not less than the second preset time, after the water pump is circulated, the third preset time is operated in a second preset period, whether the first outlet water temperature meets the combustion starting condition is judged, and if yes, the water heater is controlled to combust and the combustion time is recorded; if not, operating again within the second preset period for a third preset time, and repeating the operation.
It should be noted that the second preset period and the third preset time period are both set according to actual situations, and are not specifically limited here.
Step 206, judging whether the first outlet water temperature meets a combustion starting condition, if so, executing step 207, otherwise, executing step 208;
step 207, controlling the water heater to burn;
step 208, waiting, and detecting the first effluent temperature until the first effluent temperature meets the combustion starting condition;
step 209, obtaining the halt waiting time after the last bathing is finished;
step 210, if the stop waiting time length is judged to reach the first preset time length, executing step 206, if the stop waiting time length is judged not to reach the first preset time length, continuing to wait until the stop waiting time length reaches the first preset time length, and then executing step 206;
step 210 specifically includes, if it is determined that the shutdown waiting time period reaches a first preset time period, controlling the water heater to burn when the first effluent temperature meets the combustion starting condition; and if the shutdown waiting time does not reach the first preset time, continuing to wait until the shutdown waiting time reaches the first preset time and controlling the water heater to burn under the condition that the first water outlet temperature meets the combustion starting condition.
After the water heater is fired and sintered, the water heater is added into a water pump and then circulates to eliminate local high temperature in a pipeline so as to enable the temperature in the pipeline to be uniform, and the water heater is circulated for a preset time period at intervals before heating does not reach a combustion starting condition, so that the situation that the water heater is not started due to large temperature difference between a user side and a water heater side (namely a machine side) is avoided.
In this embodiment, if it is determined that the current mode is the bathing mode, the pre-heating cycle may be entered at an interval of a first preset duration after the last bathing.
This embodiment is long through the adjustment shutdown wait according to the fault type of difference on the one hand, the length is long when the adjustment water pump after-circulation or control water heater shut down and reduce the number of times that the water heater frequently opens and stops, on the other hand makes the temperature in the heating pipeline more even through add circulation before the water pump and circulation behind the water pump, so that shut down and start condition judgement more accurate, can the effectual start-stop of control water heater, the probability that the water heater frequently opens and stops has been reduced, the life of water heater has been prolonged, machine noise has been reduced, user experience has been promoted.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 6, the control system for starting and stopping the water heater provided by this embodiment includes a first obtaining module 1, a second obtaining module 2, and a first executing module 3;
the first acquisition module 1 is used for acquiring a first outlet water temperature and a return water temperature when the water heater stops heating and a second outlet water temperature after the water pump rear circulation is finished;
in this embodiment, after the water heater stops heating (i.e., the water heater stops burning), the water pump may cycle later for a period of time, and at this time, a first outlet water temperature and a return water temperature when the water heater stops heating, and a second outlet water temperature after the water pump finishes cycling are obtained.
The second obtaining module 2 is used for obtaining the fault type of the water heater based on the first water outlet temperature, the return water temperature and the second water outlet temperature, wherein the fault type is a fault type related to shutdown of the water heater;
the first execution module 3 is used for executing corresponding shutdown control operation according to the fault type;
wherein the shutdown control operation comprises at least one of adjusting a shutdown wait time, adjusting a post-pump cycle time, and controlling the water heater to shutdown.
In the embodiment, based on the acquired first outlet water temperature and return water temperature when the water heater stops heating and the acquired second outlet water temperature after the water pump is circulated, the fault type related to the shutdown of the water heater is obtained; different shutdown control operations are executed according to different fault types, shutdown of the water heater can be effectively controlled, the probability of frequent shutdown of the water heater is reduced, the service life of the water heater is prolonged, machine noise is reduced, and user experience is improved.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 7, the control system for starting and stopping the water heater of the present embodiment is a further improvement of embodiment 3, specifically: the second obtaining module 2 comprises a first obtaining unit 21, a second obtaining unit 22 and a third obtaining unit 23;
a first obtaining unit 21, configured to obtain a set temperature of the water heater;
in this embodiment, the set temperature is set according to actual conditions, and is not specifically limited herein.
The second obtaining unit 22 is configured to obtain a first temperature difference between a first outlet water temperature and a return water temperature when the water heater stops heating, and a second temperature difference between a second outlet water temperature after the water pump post-circulation is finished and a set temperature of the water heater;
and the third obtaining unit 23 is configured to obtain the fault type of the water heater according to the first temperature difference and the second temperature difference.
According to the embodiment, the fault type triggering the water heater to be stopped can be accurately judged based on the first temperature difference value and the second temperature difference value, so that different stop control operations can be executed according to different fault types, and the fault processing efficiency is improved.
In an embodiment, the fault type includes at least one of a short heating circuit, a bubble accumulation in the pipe, and a water pump jam.
As shown in fig. 7, the third acquisition unit 23 includes a first determination subunit 231, a second determination subunit 232, and a third determination subunit 233;
a first determining subunit 231, configured to determine that the fault type is that the heating loop is short if the first temperature difference is smaller than the first temperature preset value and the second temperature difference is smaller than the second temperature preset value;
in the specific implementation process, for example, a first temperature difference value is set as a, a second temperature difference value is set as b, and a first temperature preset value is set as a 0 The second preset temperature value is b 0
A second determining subunit 232, configured to determine that the fault type is air bubble aggregation in the pipeline if the first temperature difference is greater than the first temperature preset value;
when a > a 0 And when the fault type is determined to be bubble accumulation in the pipeline, namely, the shutdown triggered by the bubble accumulation in the pipeline can be determined.
It should be noted that there are bubbles in the heating pipeline, especially, there are many bubbles in the pipeline at the initial stage of heating, and as the temperature in the pipeline rises, more bubbles will be precipitated, and if the bubbles are collected, the water passing through the heat exchanger may be heated to a higher temperature, and then the heating may be stopped because the first outlet water temperature reaches the set value or the temperature is too high.
And a third determining subunit 233, configured to determine that the fault type is water pump sticking if the first temperature difference is smaller than the first temperature preset value and the second temperature difference is greater than the second temperature preset value.
When a is less than or equal to a 0 And b > b 0 And if so, determining that the fault type is water pump jamming, namely determining that the machine is stopped due to the water pump jamming.
Specifically, once the water pump is stuck and stalled, the water pump does not rotate, water in the water heater does not flow and the water heater burns, the water in the water heater can be heated to the shutdown temperature to cause shutdown, and because there is generally no flow sensor in the heating loop (because heating pipeline impurities are more and can be stuck), the water pump stuck lagging system can not make fault judgment in time, the water heater can continue to burn after the temperature drops, and then the water heater is damaged or even potential safety hazards are brought.
In an implementation scheme, the fault type includes that the heating loop is short, as shown in fig. 7, the first execution module 3 includes a fourth obtaining unit 311, a setting unit 312, a fifth obtaining unit 313, a matching unit 314, and a first adjusting unit 315;
a setting unit 312, configured to set a correspondence table between the combustion duration intervals and the shutdown wait correction durations, where the correspondence table includes a plurality of combustion duration intervals and different shutdown wait correction durations corresponding to each combustion duration interval;
in this embodiment, each combustion duration interval may be adjusted according to actual requirements, and the shutdown waiting correction duration is set and adjusted according to actual conditions, which is not specifically limited herein.
A fifth obtaining unit 313, configured to obtain a last single combustion time period before the water heater stops heating;
the matching unit 314 is configured to match the single combustion duration with the corresponding relationship table to obtain a target shutdown waiting correction duration corresponding to the single combustion duration;
in this embodiment, the duration of single combustion falls into the interval of different combustion durations, and then the duration of corresponding different machine halt wait corrections, the shorter the duration of single combustion, the longer the duration of corresponding machine halt wait corrections.
A fourth obtaining unit 311, configured to obtain the current shutdown waiting time of the water heater in the heating mode;
in this embodiment, the waiting time for the current shutdown of the water heater in the heating mode is the minimum time difference between the last combustion stop and the next ignition combustion start on the premise that the temperature condition is met. It should be noted that, in the heating mode, the water heater is always in the on state, and there are a combustion operating state and a non-combustion waiting state.
And a first adjusting unit 315, configured to adjust the current shutdown waiting duration of the water heater in the heating mode based on the target shutdown waiting correction duration.
In the embodiment, whether combustion is started or not is judged after the target shutdown waiting correction time length is delayed on the basis of the current shutdown waiting time length of the water heater in the heating mode.
For example, the single combustion period is t, and the correspondence table includes four combustion period sections, each of which is (0, t) 1 ),[t 1 ,t 2 ),[t 2 ,t 3 ),[t 3 , + ∞), where 0 < t 1 <t 2 <t 3 ,t 1 Is 1min, t 2 Is 3min, t 3 Is 5min, if the set current shutdown waiting time in the current heating mode is 2min, the combustion time interval (0, t) 1 ) The corresponding time length of the shutdown waiting correction is 15min, and the combustion time length interval [ t ] 1 ,t 2 ) The corresponding time length of the shutdown waiting correction is 10min, and the combustion time length interval [ t 2 ,t 3 ) The corresponding time length of the shutdown waiting correction is 5min, and the combustion time length interval [ t 3 And + ∞) the time length of the shutdown waiting correction is 0min;
when t falls within the combustion duration interval (0, t) 1 ) Inner, specifically, t < t 1 If the time is longer than the preset time t, namely t is less than 1min, delaying for 15min on the basis of the set current shutdown waiting time length of 2min in the current heating mode;
when t falls into the combustion duration interval [ t ] 1 ,t 2 ) Inner, specifically, t 1 ≤t<t 2 If the time is longer than or equal to 1min and shorter than 3min, delaying for 10min on the basis of the set current shutdown waiting time length of 2min in the current heating mode;
when t falls within the combustion duration interval t 2 ,t 3 ) Inner, specifically, t 2 ≤t≤t 3 If the time is longer than or equal to 3min and shorter than 5min, delaying for 5min on the basis of the set current shutdown waiting time length of 2min in the current heating mode;
when t falls into the combustion duration interval [ t ] 3 Within + ∞), in particular t > t 3 And if so, namely t is greater than 5min, delaying for 0min on the basis of the set current shutdown waiting time length of 2min in the current heating mode, namely when t is greater than 5min, not delaying the current shutdown waiting time length, but judging whether to start combustion after 2 min.
The frequency of frequent starting and stopping is reduced by delaying the current shutdown waiting time of the water heater in the heating mode, and the service life of the water heater is prolonged.
In an implementable scenario, the failure type includes bubble accumulation in the pipeline, as shown in fig. 7, the first execution module 3 further includes a second adjusting unit 316, a sixth acquiring unit 317 and a triggering unit 318;
a second adjusting unit 316, configured to adjust a post-cycle duration of the water pump;
in this embodiment, the length of time that the extension water pump back-loop was circulated can help the system exhaust, and the water pump stall back, next normal start. For example, extending the length of the post-cycle of the water pump may adjust the length of time the system is vented.
A sixth obtaining unit 317, configured to obtain the number of times of shutdown caused by bubble aggregation in the pipeline in the first preset period;
and a triggering unit 318, configured to trigger the auxiliary exhaust device to automatically exhaust if it is determined that the shutdown frequency exceeds the preset shutdown frequency.

It should be noted that the aforementioned shutdown waiting time duration is the shutdown time between any two operations, and in the heating mode, different operation states correspond to different operation frequencies (times) and the time of each operation.
In the embodiment, when the combustion time in the heating mode is judged to be not less than the second preset time, after the water pump is cycled, the water pump is operated for a third preset time within a second preset period, whether the first outlet water temperature meets the combustion starting condition is judged, and if yes, the water heater is controlled to combust and the combustion time is recorded; if not, operating again within the second preset period for a third preset time, and repeating the operation.
