The luminaire further comprises a front light-transmitting plate 101 (which may be a transparent PC plate) and a reflector cup 102. The light source assembly 103 may include 300W bi-color LED beads.
The pod 160 has a partition plate 161, and the partition plate 161 partitions a horn-shaped space inside the pod 160 into a plurality of partitioned areas, the plurality of partitioned areas being used to set corresponding circuit structures, and the plurality of partitioned areas may be specifically used to set different circuit structures, respectively. Specifically, the present embodiment is divided into four separated regions, please refer to the following contents further.
The length of the partition plate 161 is slightly smaller than the entire length of the pod 160, and the corresponding length is an extension in the front-rear direction.
The partition plate 161 may also be used for providing circuit structures, and the partition plate 161 has screw holes 162 on the plate, and these screw holes 162 may be used for mounting and fixing corresponding circuit structures (such as circuit boards) on the partition plate 161.
The inside of the housing wall of the pod 160 has corresponding posts 165, and the posts 165 have corresponding screw holes that are also used to secure corresponding circuit structures.
Both the partition region and the partition plate 161 may be used to provide a circuit structure.
The partition plate 161 is perpendicular to the bottom seal portion of the pod 160,
referring to fig. 5 and 6, which are schematic views of the structure shown in fig. 3 after being disassembled, in fig. 3, the dome 160 is further disassembled from the lamp body 100 without the rear exhaust cover 130, and the two disassembled parts are shown at the same time, wherein the two drawings are respectively at different angles after being disassembled to better show the structure of the dome 160 and the installation structure of the dome 160 on the lamp body 100.
The bottom seal portion of the pod 160 has corresponding through holes for fixing the pod 160 to a corresponding structure (the intermediate mounting portion 1061, please refer to the following).
And the back surface of the bottom sealing part is also connected into a cross shape by crossed reinforcing bars among the through holes.
The partition plates 161 are two partitions intersecting each other, and the two partitions 161 intersect and partition the trumpet-shaped space of the pod 160. Specifically, the partition plate 161 divides the horn-shaped space of the pod 160 into an upper divided region, a left divided region, a right divided region, and a lower divided region. The left separation region and the right separation region are basically located at the same horizontal position, in this case, the upper, lower, left and right separation regions can be converged in the middle to form a separation point (separation column), in this case, the upper separation region, the left separation region and the right separation region do not have a horizontal bottom structure, and each space is of a triangle-like structure.
It is particularly noted that the pod 160 has a lower protrusion 163, and the lower protrusion 163 makes the space of the lower partition region larger than the space of the upper partition region, the left partition region, and the right partition region.
The bottom edge of the lower protrusion 163 is a straight edge. The rear exhaust cover 130 has an upper exhaust part 131 and a lower exhaust part 132. The upper exhaust part 131 has corresponding upper exhaust holes, and the lower exhaust part 132 has corresponding lower exhaust holes, it should be noted that the corresponding exhaust holes are also capable of draining water, and have dual functions of exhaust and drainage. Meanwhile, since the heat dissipation fan 105 draws air backward, after passing through the air guiding and discharging function of the air guide 160, the air is discharged from the rear exhaust cover 130 in various directions, such as upward and downward directions, and thus the rear exhaust cover 130 is cooperated to achieve a better heat dissipation function. In this process, the cooperation of the dome 160 and the rear exhaust cover 130 also achieves a better drainage function, and prevents the interior of the lamp main body 100 from being affected by moisture.
The lower protrusion 163 is located on the lower exhaust part 132. The top edge of the pod 160 is positioned below the upper exhaust portion 131. Such a lower flat edge helps to better achieve the downward drainage and venting action, and when the heat dissipation fan 105 draws air backward, it will be better guided downward by the inclined air guiding action of the lower protrusion 163 of the pod 160, and it will be easier to guide the corresponding moisture out of the lower venting portion 132 below. Of course, the air guide sleeve 160 guides air from other directions, for example, upwards, so that the air is discharged from the upper exhaust part 131.
The fan bracket 106 is arranged between the air guide sleeve 160 and the heat radiation fan 105, the fan bracket 106 is used as a mounting bracket of the air guide sleeve 160, and the air guide sleeve 160 is mounted at the rear end of the heat radiation fan 105 through the fan bracket 106.
The bottom seal portion of the pod 160 is mounted on the intermediate mounting portion 1061 of the fan bracket 106. The intermediate mounting portion 1061 has a mounting hole corresponding to the through hole of the bottom seal portion on the surface thereof, so that the pod 160 is fixed to the intermediate mounting portion 1061 by a screw or the like.
The sidewalls of the pod 160 have a notch structure 164 for the passage of conductive wires. Through the notch structure 164, the circuit structure correspondingly installed in the horn-shaped space of the pod 160 can be electrically connected to the heat dissipation fan 105 and the light source assembly 103 by passing the wires through the notch structure 164. The other side of the gap structure 164, which is symmetrical with respect to the center of the bottom seal central axis of the pod 160, has a corresponding side flat structure 166 (a corresponding gap, not labeled, is also correspondingly formed below the side flat structure 166), and the gap structure 164 and the side flat structure 166 are also used for matching with the four-sided housing structure of the main frame 120.
However, the front ventilation cover 110 also has an upper exhaust part and a lower exhaust part, the upper exhaust part has an upper exhaust through hole, the lower exhaust part has a lower exhaust through hole, the exhaust through holes can also play a role in corresponding exhaust and drainage, and the front ventilation cover 110 plays more roles in drawing air because the heat dissipation fan 105 draws air backwards, so that the heat dissipation function of the lamp is facilitated.
In the lamp provided in this embodiment, inside the outer shell of the lamp main body 100, the light source assembly 103, the heat sink 104, the heat dissipation fan 105 and the dome 160 are disposed, the dome 160 is located at the rear end of the heat dissipation fan 105, the dome 160 is horn-shaped, and the opening of the horn-shaped dome 160 faces the rear end, so that the horn-shaped space defined by the dome 160 can achieve a good waterproof effect, and thus the horn-shaped space inside the dome 160 can be used for setting a circuit structure of the lamp, so that the circuit structures can be protected by the dome 160, and a good waterproof protection effect is achieved.
Meanwhile, the corresponding structure is compact in matching, the structural design is unique, an additional waterproof outer cover is not needed, the overall weight and the size of the lamp are reduced, and the heat dissipation effect is better than that of the waterproof outer cover. Due to the fact that the waterproof outer cover is not arranged, the use design of the lamp is expanded, multiple application scenes such as side hanging and hanging can be achieved, different arrangement modes of the lamps are achieved, and the lamp can be widely applied to various occasions such as stages, movies, theaters and the like.
Furthermore, the air guide sleeve 160 is arranged inside the rear exhaust cover 130, and the rear exhaust cover 130 is provided with an upper exhaust part 131 and a lower exhaust part 132, so that the whole lamp main body 100 is ventilated up and down, namely, the air guide sleeve 160 can make full use of the upper exhaust part 131 and the lower exhaust part 132 of the rear exhaust cover 130, so as to further realize better drainage and exhaust (heat dissipation) functions, and the air guide sleeve 160 is matched with the rear exhaust cover 130 to form a lamp structure with better performance.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the luminaire further comprises a light control structure 200, wherein the light control structure 200 comprises a mounting cylinder 1, a mounting ring 2, a mounting frame 3 and a light barrier 4. Installation section of thick bamboo 1 is used for holding optical lens 5, and collar 2 detachably connects on installation section of thick bamboo 1, and collar 2 can be installed a section of thick bamboo 1 relatively and rotate to predetermineeing the angle, and installing frame 3 detachably connects on collar 2, and the barn door 4 rotates and sets up on installing frame 3.
Hold optical lens 5 through installation cylinder 1, guarantee optical lens 5's operation environmental stability, because the barn door 4 rotates and sets up on installing frame 3, can adjust the angle of being in the light and conveniently accomodate barn door 4, and is convenient for carry, the life of lamps and lanterns has been prolonged, because the collar 2 can install 1 rotation to predetermineeing the angle relatively, the angle of being in the light and the degree of being in the light are conveniently adjusted according to the different demand of being in the light, because installing frame 3 detachably connects on collar 2, collar 2 detachably connects on installation cylinder 1, the important spare part of every lamps and lanterns all adopts the detachable mode to connect, and convenient for installation is swift, time saving and labor saving, be favorable to follow-up dismantlement maintenance.
Be provided with location pearl 21 on the collar 2, be provided with annular positioning groove 11 on the installation section of thick bamboo 1, location pearl 21 can be impressed in annular positioning groove 11 to connect collar 2 and installation section of thick bamboo 1, and make collar 2 can rotate relative installation section of thick bamboo 1. The four positioning beads 21 are circumferentially distributed on the inner side of the mounting ring 2 and are arranged in a protruding manner so as to be conveniently pressed into the annular positioning groove 11. Due to the adoption of the matching mode of the positioning beads 21 and the annular positioning grooves 11, the free rotation of the mounting ring 2 relative to the mounting cylinder 1 is realized, and the mounting ring 2 is prevented from axially deviating relative to the mounting cylinder 1 under the limiting action of the positioning beads 21 and the annular positioning grooves 11.
Be provided with screw hole 22 on the collar 2, screw hole 22 internal thread connection has locking piece 23, and outside the collar 2 was stretched out to the one end of locking piece 23, the other end of locking piece 23 can with the installation section of thick bamboo 1 butt to locking collar 2. By screwing the locking piece 23 in the threaded hole 22, the locking piece 23 is abutted against the inner wall of the annular positioning groove 11 of the mounting barrel 1 to generate friction force, so that the rotation of the mounting ring 2 relative to the mounting barrel 1 is limited, and the mounting ring is fixed at a preset angle required by a user according to light blocking requirements. The locking piece 23 is in threaded fit with the threaded hole 22 in the mounting ring 2, so that the friction force applied to the mounting cylinder 1 by the locking piece 23 can be accurately adjusted, and the mounting cylinder 1 is prevented from being damaged.
The light barrier 4 is provided with a first clamping piece 41, a second clamping piece 42 and a first screw 43, one end of the first clamping piece 41 and one end of the second clamping piece 42 are located on two sides of the light barrier 4 and are connected to the light barrier 4 through the first screw 43, the other end of the first clamping piece 41 and the other end of the second clamping piece 42 are bent and spliced to form a first clamping groove, and the installation frame 3 is clamped in the first clamping groove. The first screw 43 sequentially penetrates and connects the first clamping piece 41, the light barrier 4 and the second clamping piece 42, so that one ends of the first clamping piece 41 and the second clamping piece 42 are firmly clamped on two sides of the light barrier 4. The installation frame 3 is clamped in a first clamping groove formed in the other ends of the first clamping piece 41 and the second clamping piece 42, so that the light barrier 4 is rotatably connected with the installation frame 3 in a detachable connection mode.
Be provided with bellying 24 on the collar 2, bellying 24 is connected with through second screw 25 and presss from both sides tight shell fragment 26, presss from both sides tight shell fragment 26 and is provided with second joint groove, and the second joint inslot is located to the installing frame 3 card. The four protruding parts 24 are arranged along the circumferential direction of the mounting ring 2, so that the connection strength of the mounting ring 2 and the mounting frame 3 is enhanced. The installation ring 2 and the installation frame 3 are connected by the lug boss 24 and the clamping elastic sheet 26, so that a certain distance is kept between the installation frame 3 and the installation ring 2, and the interference between the light barrier 4 and the installation ring 2 when rotating is avoided.
For the convenience with installation section of thick bamboo 1 install on the lamps and lanterns body, be provided with joint portion 12 on the installation section of thick bamboo 1, joint portion 12 is used for can dismantling with the lamps and lanterns body and be connected. In order to prevent the optical lens 5 from shaking to influence the light-gathering effect, a fixed retainer ring 13 is arranged in the mounting cylinder 1, and the fixed retainer ring 13 is used for limiting the optical lens 5.
An internal thread is arranged in the mounting cylinder 1, and an external thread matched with the internal thread is arranged on the fixed retainer ring 13. Fixed retaining ring 13 is fixedly installed in a thread matching mode, so that the screwing degree of fixed retaining ring 13 can be conveniently adjusted according to the thicknesses of different optical lenses 5, and optical lenses 5 can be fully limited by fixed retaining ring 13. The optical lens 5 includes a lens 51 and a transparent plate 52, the transparent plate 52 is abutted against the boss of the mounting cylinder 1, and the lens 51 is sandwiched between the transparent plate 52 and the fixing collar 13. The light from the light source within the body of the luminaire is scattered out by the lens 51 to create the desired spotlight effect. The transparent plate 52 may be made of PC, and the transparent plate 52 can protect the lens 51, so that the texture of the lens 51 is not contaminated by dust, thereby preventing the light flux of the lens 51 from being reduced due to discoloration.
The light control structure 200 that this embodiment provided, hold optical lens 5 through installation section of thick bamboo 1, guarantee optical lens 5's operation environmental stability, because barn door 4 rotates and sets up on installing frame 3, can adjust the angle of being in the light and conveniently accomodate barn door 4, and is convenient for carry, the life of lamps and lanterns has been prolonged, because the collar 2 can be installed section of thick bamboo 1 relatively and rotate to predetermineeing the angle, the angle of being in the light and the degree of being in the light are conveniently adjusted according to the different demand of being in the light, because installing frame 3 detachably connects on collar 2, collar 2 detachably connects on installation section of thick bamboo 1, the important spare part of every lamps and lanterns all adopts the detachable mode to connect, and easy to assemble is swift, time saving and labor saving, be favorable to follow-up dismantlement maintenance.
As shown in fig. 11 to 18, the lamp further includes a quick-assembly structure 300 for connecting the first structure and the second structure, wherein the quick-assembly structure 300 includes a first quick-assembly member 310, a second quick-assembly member 320 and a lock-release mechanism 315. The first quick-mounting part 310 is used for being connected with a first structure, and the first quick-mounting part 310 is provided with a clamping surrounding groove. The second quick-mounting part 320 is used for being connected with a second structure, the second quick-mounting part 320 can be clamped into the clamping surrounding groove, and at least one contact surface of the second quick-mounting part 320 and the clamping surrounding groove is an inclined surface. The lock-release mechanism 315 is disposed on the first quick-mounting part 310, and when the second quick-mounting part 320 is snapped into the snap-fit groove, the lock-release mechanism 315 can lock the second quick-mounting part 320.
When a first structure (such as the lamp body 100) and a second structure (such as the power adapter 400) are assembled, the first quick assembly part 310 is connected with the first structure, the second quick assembly part 320 is connected with the second structure, because the first quick assembly part 310 is provided with the clamping surrounding groove, the second quick assembly part 320 is clamped into the clamping surrounding groove, the second quick assembly part 320 is locked through the locking and releasing mechanism 315 on the first quick assembly part 310, the assembly of the first structure and the second structure is completed, and because at least one contact surface of the second quick assembly part 320 and the clamping surrounding groove is an inclined surface, the first structure and the second structure can be effectively prevented from being separated. This fast-assembling structure 300 can realize the fast-assembling and the quick detach of first structure and second structure, and the assembly back is firm stable moreover, and the phenomenon of difficult emergence shake or drop is simple swift during the split, and the commonality is strong.
The second quick connect element 320 has an assembly side, a bottom rear side and a plurality of angled sides. The first quick connector 310 has a loading surface, a back surface, a side surface, and an engaging groove located on the loading surface, and the engaging groove is used for engaging the side surface of the second quick connector 320 with the engaging groove, so that the assembling surface of the second quick connector 320 is assembled on the loading surface of the first quick connector 310. The first quick-mounting part 310 is generally of a flat rectangular parallelepiped structure as a whole, and the second quick-mounting part 320 is specifically of a corresponding flat prismatic frustum structure.
The second quick-mounting member 320 is configured to be mounted on a second structure to achieve a fixed connection, the second structure may be the power adapter 400, the bottom back surface of the second quick-mounting member 320 is attached to the upper surface of the power adapter 400, and the second quick-mounting member and the power adapter are fixed by a subsequently mentioned screw hole and a screw. The first quick-mounting member 310 is configured to be mounted on a first structure to achieve a fixed connection, the first structure may be the lamp main body 100, the first quick-mounting member 310 is attached to the lower surface of the lamp main body 100 through the back surface, and the fixing of the first quick-mounting member 310 and the lower surface is achieved through a subsequently mentioned screw hole and a screw.
The first quick-mounting part 310 is provided with an engaging wedge structure 313 and two engaging baffles 314, the contact surface between the engaging wedge structure 313 and the second quick-mounting part 320 is an inclined surface, the two engaging baffles 314 are arranged on two sides of the engaging wedge structure 313, and the engaging wedge structure 313 and the two engaging baffles 314 jointly surround to form an engaging surrounding groove.
The engaging surrounding groove is located on the periphery of the loading surface of the first quick assembly part 310. The engaging wedge 313 is located on one edge of the loading surface of the first quick assembly part 310, the two engaging baffles 314 are located on the other two edges of the loading surface of the first quick assembly part 310, and two ends of the engaging wedge 313 are respectively connected with the two engaging baffles 314.
The snap-fit surrounding grooves can be just snapped into the four oblique side faces of the second quick-mounting part 320. The engaging surrounding groove is equivalent to a receiving space defined on the loading surface of the first quick assembly part 310, the second quick assembly part 320 can be properly installed in the receiving cavity, and the second quick assembly part 320 is not easy to slide out of the first quick assembly part 310 through the engaging surrounding groove.
The second quick connect element 320 is of a prismoid-like structure. The shape that the inclined side of terrace with edge structure corresponds is trapezoidal, and the groove is enclosed to the block baffle 314 and the block wedge structure 313 all is enclosed in the block to the block that can make the inclined side card of terrace with edge structure in the block, can not the slippage downwards, realizes the fast assembly of second fast installed part 320 and first fast installed part 310, and then realizes the quick assembly disassembly with power adapter 400 and lamps and lanterns main part 100 etc..
The engaging wedge structure 313 and the two engaging baffles 314 form a triangular surrounding groove, i.e. a triangular engaging surrounding groove. Wherein the length of the snap baffle 314 is less than the length of the edge on which it is located. The enclosure is defined by an accommodating cavity space, the size of the accommodating cavity space is consistent with that of the second quick assembly part 320, one end of the seat of the second quick assembly part 320 is provided with a clamping wedge-shaped structure 313, and the clamping wedge-shaped structure is connected with the clamping baffles 314 at two sides to form a "]" -shaped enclosure, namely the triangular enclosure.
The loading surface of the first snap fitting 310 in front of the snap wedge 313 has a slit. The connection between the different sloping sides of the second snap part 320 is chamfered.
The second quick mount 320 has four outer ring screw holes 322 and four inner ring screw holes 321, the outer ring screw holes 322 being located at four corners of the first square region, and the inner ring screw holes 321 being located at four corners of the second square region. The centers of the first square area and the second square area are overlapped, and the included angle between the angle bisector of the first square area and the angle bisector of the second square area is 45 degrees.
The first quick attachment 310 has four outer ring screw holes 312 and four inner ring screw holes 311. When the assembly surface of the second quick mount member 320 is assembled (attached) to the loading surface of the first quick mount member 310, the outer ring screw holes 312 correspond to the outer ring screw holes 322 one by one, and the inner ring screw holes 311 correspond to the inner ring screw holes 321 one by one.
Eight pairs of corresponding screw holes are provided, and a user can select whether to lock screws (screws) into the screw holes in the second quick-mounting member 320 according to the weight between the actual lamp body 100 or the power adapter 400 or the difference of the installation and fixing positions of the screw holes.
The first square area is an area where an assembly surface of the second quick assembly member 320 is located, and the four outer ring screw holes 322 are respectively located at four corner positions of the assembly surface.
An outer plate reinforcing rib 324 is arranged between one outer ring screw hole 322 and two adjacent inner ring screw holes 321 nearest to the outer ring screw hole (so that eight outer plate reinforcing ribs 324 are arranged on one surface, and sixteen outer plate reinforcing ribs 324 are arranged on the other surface). And an inner plate reinforcing rib 323 is arranged between the adjacent inner ring screw holes 321 (therefore, one surface is provided with four inner plate reinforcing ribs 323, and the other surface is provided with eight inner plate reinforcing ribs 323).
At the loading surface, four inner ring screw holes 311 are located in one recess, and four outer ring screw holes 312 are located at the four corners of the loading surface.
Outer seat reinforcing ribs are arranged between one outer ring screw hole 312 and two adjacent inner ring screw holes 311 which are nearest to the outer ring screw hole (eight outer seat reinforcing ribs are arranged on the back surface only). Inner seat reinforcing ribs (only four inner seat reinforcing ribs are arranged on the back surface) are arranged between the adjacent inner ring screw holes 311.
The inner ring screw hole 321 has side plate ribs 325 to the nearest side on the assembly surface and the bottom back surface of the second quick assembly member 320.
On the back of the first quick mount 310, the inner ring screw hole 311 has side seat ribs 317 to the nearest side.
The locking and releasing mechanism 315 may include a countersunk screw 3151 and a quick-assembly handle 3152, the countersunk screw 3151 is disposed on the first quick-assembly member 310, the quick-assembly handle 3152 is rotatably disposed on the countersunk screw 3151, and the quick-assembly handle 3152 is capable of locking the second quick-assembly member 320 when rotated from the unlocking position to the locking position.
The locking and releasing mechanism 315 may further include a limiting post 3153 and a spring 3154, the limiting post 3153 is slidably disposed on the first quick-assembly member 310, the spring 3154 is sandwiched between the limiting post 3153 and the first quick-assembly member 310, and when the quick-assembly handle 3152 rotates to the unlocking position, the limiting post 3153 may pop up and limit the rotation of the quick-assembly handle 3152.
The quick-mounting handle 3152 is provided with an avoiding hole, and the limiting column 3153 can be popped up and clamped into the avoiding hole. The lock-release mechanism 315 may also include a torsion spring 3155, the torsion spring 3155 being used to reset the rotation of the quick-fit handle 3152 from the unlocked position to the locked position.
The quick-mounting handle 3152 is designed with a through hole, and the limiting post 3153 and the spring 3154 are arranged on the convex structure of the first quick-mounting part 310. The convex structure has a corresponding first receiving hole for the positioning of the position-limiting post 3153 and the spring 3154. The convex structure further has a second receiving hole for the torsion spring 3155.
Specifically, the spring 3154 and the stopper 3153 are sequentially installed in the first receiving hole of the protruding structure of the first quick-mounting component 310. And the countersunk head screw 3151 sequentially passes through the through hole of the quick-assembly handle 3152 and reaches the second accommodating hole with the torsion spring 3155, and the quick-assembly handle 3152 and the torsion spring 3155 are locked into the second accommodating hole.
The fast-assembling structure 300 further includes a locking fool-proofing mechanism 316, the locking fool-proofing mechanism 316 includes a screw 3161 and an anti-falling wrench 3163, the screw 3161 is disposed on the first fast-assembling member 310, the anti-falling wrench 3163 is rotatably disposed on the screw 3161, and the anti-falling wrench 3163 can lock the fast-assembling handle 3152 in the locking position.
The locking fool-proofing mechanism 316 also includes a spring washer 3162. The elastic pad 3162 serves to enhance the smoothness of the anti-drop wrench 3163 when rotated. The locking fool-proof mechanism 316 prevents the worker from forgetting to lock the assembled quick-assembly structure 300, and the locking fool-proof mechanism 316 can achieve the function of automatically locking the quick-assembly handle 3152, so as to prevent the quick-assembly handle 3152 from being inadvertently pulled apart to unlock the second quick-assembly piece 320 and the first quick-assembly piece 310 after being locked.
The locking fool-proofing mechanism 316 is disposed in another through hole on the side of the first quick-mounting member 310, and the locking fool-proofing mechanism 316 is fixed by a screw 3161, and the locking fool-proofing mechanism 316 and the side have the corresponding elastic pad 3162.
In summary, in this embodiment, the side surfaces of the second quick mount 320 are designed to be wedge-shaped, corresponding screw holes are formed around and in the center of the second quick mount 320, and corresponding screw holes are also formed in the positions corresponding to the screw holes of the first quick mount 310 and the second quick mount 320, so that the second quick mount 320 and the first quick mount 310 can be respectively fixed between the lamp main body 100 and the corresponding power adapter 400 by screws (screws) passing through the corresponding screw holes, thereby realizing respective fixed connection, and facilitating subsequent quick assembly and replacement.
The process of quickly assembling the quick-assembly structure 300 is as follows:

Under the condition that the second quick-assembly part 320 and the first quick-assembly part 310 are originally separated, after the second quick-assembly part 320 is installed in the first quick-assembly part 310, the second quick-assembly part 320 presses the limiting column 3153 to drive the compression spring 3154 to drive the limiting column 3153 to return to the containing hole, meanwhile, the quick-assembly handle 3152 quickly rebounds under the torsion action of the torsion spring 3155 and pushes and buckles the second quick-assembly part 320, and the second quick-assembly part 320 and the first quick-assembly part 310 are instantly fastened, so that the quick installation between the lamp main body 100 or the power adapter 400 is realized. The above principle of the locking and releasing mechanism 315 enables quick assembly and quick disassembly between the lamp body 100 or the power adapter 400.
As shown in fig. 19 to 21, the lamp further includes a lamp holder structure 600, the lamp holder structure 600 includes a lamp holder 620, an adjusting mechanism 610, and a mounting assembly 630, the lamp holder 620 is used to connect the lamp main body 100 and the external member; the adjusting mechanism 610 includes a connecting base 611, an adjusting component 612 and a disc brake component 613, the adjusting component 612 is used for adjusting the installation position of the connecting base 611 on the lamp main body 100, the lamp holder 620 is rotatably connected to the connecting base 611, and the disc brake component 613 is used for adjusting the installation angle of the lamp holder 620 on the lamp main body 100; the mounting assembly 630 is used to adjust the mounting position of the lamp holder 620 on the outer member.
According to the spotlight demand of shooting the scene, adjust the mounted position of lighting fixture 620 on the external member through mounting assembly 630, realize the primary regulation of the mounted position of whole lamps and lanterns, adjust the mounted position of connecting seat 611 on lamps and lanterns main part 100 through adjusting component 612, because lighting fixture 620 rotates and connects on connecting seat 611, adjust the installation angle of lighting fixture 620 on lamps and lanterns main part 100 through dish subassembly 613 of stopping, it is adjustable to have realized the mounted position and the installation angle of lamps and lanterns main part 100 on lighting fixture 620, the demand that has made things convenient for and has satisfied multiple shooting position, the angle, the commonality and the practicality of lamps and lanterns have been improved.
The connection base 611 includes a base plate 6111, a first guide plate 6112 and a second guide plate 6113, the first guide plate 6112 and the second guide plate 6113 are disposed on the base plate 6111 with an adjustable distance, and the lamp holder 620 is rotatably connected to the base plate 6111. The first guide plate 6112 is vertically disposed on the substrate 6111, and the second guide plate 6113 is vertically disposed on the substrate 6111 and parallel to the first guide plate 6112.
The lamp main body 100 includes a lamp main frame 120, a guide rail 121 is disposed on the lamp main frame 120, and the guide rail 121 is sandwiched between a first guide plate 6112 and a second guide plate 6113. The guide rail 121 is provided with an upper guide groove 1211 and a lower guide groove 1212, and the first guide plate 6112 is engaged with the upper guide groove 1211 and the second guide plate 6113 is engaged with the lower guide groove 1212.
The adjusting assembly 612 includes an adjusting rod 6121, a seat 6123 and an eccentric handle 6125, one end of the adjusting rod 6121 is fixedly connected to the second guide plate 6113, the other end of the adjusting rod 6121 movably penetrates through the first guide plate 6112, the seat 6123 is slidably disposed at the end of the adjusting rod 6121 extending out of the first guide plate 6112 and abuts against the first guide plate 6112, the eccentric handle 6125 is rotatably disposed on the adjusting rod 6121 and abuts against the seat 6123, and the position of the seat 6123 on the adjusting rod 6121 can be adjusted by rotating the eccentric handle 6125 to adjust the distance between the first guide plate 6112 and the second guide plate 6113. One end of the adjusting rod 6121 is provided with a threaded section, and the other end of the adjusting rod 6121 is provided with a stopper 61211. The nut 6122 is screwed to the threaded section and located on a side of the second guide plate 6113 away from the first guide plate 6112. The seat 6123 is disposed on the adjusting rod 6121 and located on a side of the first guiding plate 6112 away from the second guiding plate 6113.
The adjusting assembly 612 further includes a shaft body 6124, the nut 6122 is fixedly disposed at an end portion of the adjusting rod 6121 extending out of the second guiding plate 6113, the shaft body 6124 is disposed on the adjusting rod 6121, and the eccentric handle 6125 is rotatably disposed on the adjusting rod 6121 through the shaft body 6124. The shaft 6124 is disposed outside the adjusting lever 6121 and engaged with the stopper 61211. The eccentric handle 6125 is sleeved outside the shaft body 6124 and is matched with the seat body 6123. By adjusting the eccentric handle 6125, the distance between the first guide plate 6112 and the second guide plate 6113 is adjusted, and finally, the relative displacement between the lamp holder 620 and the lamp main frame 120 is fixed by controlling the friction force between the connecting base 611 and the guide rail 121.
The disc brake assembly 613 includes a disc brake disc 6131 with an adjustable contact area and a disc brake friction plate 6132, the disc brake disc 6131 is disposed on the connecting base 611, and the disc brake friction plate 6132 is disposed on the lamp bracket 620.
The disc brake assembly 613 further comprises a screw 6133 and a positioning handle 6134, a threaded portion of the screw 6133 penetrates through the lamp holder 620 and is in threaded connection with the positioning handle 6134, the disc brake friction plate 6132 is clamped between a nut portion of the screw 6133 and the lamp holder 620, and the contact area between the disc brake friction plate 6132 and the disc brake plate 6131 can be adjusted by rotating the positioning handle 6134. The disk brake friction plate 6132 is provided with a movable groove 61321 matched with the disk brake plate 6131. The relative distance between the positioning handle 6134 and the screw 6133 is further adjusted by rotating the positioning handle 6134, so that the groove width of the movable groove 61321 is adjusted, and the effect of adjusting the friction force between the disc brake friction plate 6132 and the disc brake plate 6131 is achieved.
The disc brake disc 6131 is provided with scale marks for displaying the rotation angle of the lamp holder 620 relative to the connecting seat 611, so that the lamp holder 620 and the disc brake disc 6131 can visually adjust the relative angle therebetween.
The lamp holder 620 has a U-shaped structure, and the mounting assembly 630 is disposed at the bottom middle of the U-shaped structure.
The mounting unit 630 includes a mounting head 631 and a fastening handle 632, the fastening handle 632 is rotatably provided on the mounting head 631, the external member penetrates the mounting head 631, and the fastening handle 632 can lock the external member. The mounting head 631 is provided with a through groove 6311, and the exterior member penetrates through the through groove 6311.
The lighting fixture structure 600 that this embodiment provided, according to the spotlight demand of shooting the scene, adjust the mounted position of lighting fixture 620 on external member through the installation component 630, realize the primary regulation of the mounted position of whole lamps and lanterns, adjust the mounted position of connecting seat 611 on lamps and lanterns main part 100 through adjusting part 612, because lighting fixture 620 rotates and connects on connecting seat 611, adjust the installation angle of lighting fixture 620 on lamps and lanterns main part 100 through dish subassembly 613 of stopping, it is adjustable to have realized the mounted position and the installation angle of lamps and lanterns main part 100 on lighting fixture 620, it is convenient to satisfy multiple shooting position, the demand of angle, the commonality and the practicality of lamps and lanterns have been improved, in addition, the centre of gravity position of lamps and lanterns main part 100 can be adjusted to lighting fixture structure 600.
The luminaire further comprises a focusing assembly 150, a power adapter 400 and a foot rest structure 500. It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the focusing assembly 150 may not be needed, and the lamp at this time may be a fixed-focus lamp. In other embodiments, the lamp may only need to have the lamp body 100, and other accessories, such as the power adapter 400, may be omitted and directly connected to an external power source for use.

Claims (10)

1. The lamp is characterized by comprising a shell and a lamp main body (100) arranged in the shell, wherein the lamp main body (100) comprises a light source combination (103), a radiator (104), a heat dissipation fan (105) and a flow guide cover (160) which are sequentially arranged, and the inner space of the flow guide cover (160) is used for arranging a circuit structure.
2. A lamp as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the dome (160) is trumpet-shaped and open facing away from the heat dissipation fan (105).
3. A light fixture as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the housing comprises a front venting cover (110) and a rear venting cover (130), the front venting cover (110) being arranged outside the light source assembly (103), the rear venting cover (130) being arranged outside the dome (160).

The lamp set according to claim 1, wherein the lamp set body (100) further comprises a fan bracket (106), the air guide sleeve (160) is mounted at the rear end of the heat dissipation fan (105) through the fan bracket (106), the fan bracket (106) comprises a middle mounting portion (1061), an outer mounting frame (1063) and a plurality of spiral arms (1062), the spiral arms (1062) are connected between the middle mounting portion (1061) and the outer mounting frame (1063), the outer mounting frame (1063) is fixedly connected to the inner side surface of the housing, and the air guide sleeve (160) is mounted on the middle mounting portion (1061).
5. A luminaire as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a light controlling structure (200), the light controlling structure (200) comprising:
a mounting barrel (1) for accommodating an optical lens (5);
the mounting ring (2) is detachably connected to the mounting cylinder (1), and the mounting ring (2) can rotate to a preset angle relative to the mounting cylinder (1);
the mounting frame (3) is detachably connected to the mounting ring (2);
and the light barrier (4) is rotatably arranged on the mounting frame (3).

A lamp as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that the mounting ring (2) is provided with a positioning bead (21), the mounting cylinder (1) is provided with an annular positioning groove (11), and the positioning bead (21) can be pressed into the annular positioning groove (11) to connect the mounting ring (2) and the mounting cylinder (1) and enable the mounting ring (2) to rotate relative to the mounting cylinder (1).
7. A light fixture as recited in claim 1, further comprising a quick mount structure (300) for connecting the first structure and the second structure, said quick mount structure (300) comprising:
the first quick-mounting part (310) is used for being connected with the first structure, and a clamping surrounding groove is formed in the first quick-mounting part (310);
the second quick-mounting part (320) is used for being connected with the second structure, the second quick-mounting part (320) can be clamped into the clamping surrounding groove, and at least one contact surface of the second quick-mounting part (320) and the clamping surrounding groove is an inclined surface;
and the locking and releasing mechanism (315) is arranged on the first quick assembly part (310), and when the second quick assembly part (320) is clamped into the clamping surrounding groove, the locking and releasing mechanism (315) can lock the second quick assembly part (320).

A light fixture as claimed in claim 7, characterized in that the lock-release mechanism (315) comprises a countersunk screw (3151) and a quick-fit handle (3152), the countersunk screw (3151) being arranged on the first quick-fit part (310), the quick-fit handle (3152) being rotatably arranged on the countersunk screw (3151), the quick-fit handle (3152) being capable of locking the second quick-fit part (320) when rotated from the unlocked position to the locked position.
9. A light fixture as recited in any one of claims 1-8, further comprising a fixture mechanism (600), said fixture mechanism (600) comprising:
a holder (620) for connecting the lamp main body (100) and the exterior member;
the adjusting mechanism (610) comprises a connecting seat (611), an adjusting component (612) and a disc brake component (613), the adjusting component (612) is used for adjusting the installation position of the connecting seat (611) on the lamp main body (100), the lamp holder (620) is rotatably connected to the connecting seat (611), and the disc brake component (613) is used for adjusting the installation angle of the lamp holder (620) on the lamp main body (100);
a mounting assembly (630) for adjusting a mounting position of the lamp holder (620) on the outer member.

The lamp according to claim 9, wherein the connecting base (611) includes a base plate (6111), a first guide plate (6112) and a second guide plate (6113), the first guide plate (6112) and the second guide plate (6113) are disposed on the base plate (6111) at an adjustable interval, the lamp holder (620) is rotatably connected to the base plate (6111), the adjusting assembly (612) includes an adjusting rod (6121), a seat body (6123) and an eccentric handle (6125), one end of the adjusting rod (6121) is fixedly connected to the second guide plate (6113), the other end of the adjusting rod (6121) movably penetrates through the first guide plate (6112), the seat body (6123) is slidably disposed at an end of the adjusting rod (6121) extending out of the first guide plate (6112) and abuts against the first guide plate (6112), and the eccentric handle (6125) is rotatably disposed on the adjusting rod (6121), and the eccentric handle (6125) is rotated to adjust the position of the seat body (6123) on the adjusting rod (6121) so as to adjust the distance between the first guide plate (6112) and the second guide plate (6113).
