An ultra-micro pressure self-operated pressure regulating valve comprises a valve body, a valve clack, a valve rod, a pneumatic actuator, a first pressure plate (1), a second pressure plate (2) and an extrusion mechanism (3); the method is characterized in that: one surface of the first pressing plate (1) is symmetrically penetrated with upright posts (4); one surface, far away from the first pressing plate (1), of the upright post (4) penetrates through the second pressing plate (2) together, threads are arranged on the outer sides of the upright post (4), and a pressure adjusting seat (5) is sleeved on one surface, close to the first pressing plate (1), of the upright post (4) together; the shape and size of the pressure adjusting seat (5) are consistent with those of the first pressing plate (1), one surface of the pressure adjusting seat (5) far away from the first pressing plate (1) is symmetrically and rotatably connected with a threaded cylinder (6), the threaded cylinder (6) is sleeved on the outer side of the stand column (4) and is in threaded connection with the stand column (4), and one surface of the first pressing plate (1) is located at the center and is provided with an extrusion mechanism (3) between the first pressing plate and the second pressing plate (2).

The ultra-micro pressure self-operated pressure regulating valve according to claim 4, wherein: two sections of corrugated air bags (12) are sleeved on the outer sides of the two upright posts (4); the first section of the corrugated air bag (12) is positioned between the second pressing plate (2) and the threaded cylinder (6), and the second section of the corrugated air bag (12) is positioned between the threaded cylinder (6) and the pressure adjusting seat (5).
