Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more comprehensible, embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely a few embodiments of the invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In the prior art, a support rod is arranged between the engine cover and the vehicle body, and the support rod is a telescopic rod. Thus, when the user opens the hood, the support rod may be supported between the vehicle body and the hood to expose a portion of the components under the hood to the user's view. However, when the vehicle is located at a place with poor lighting conditions, such as when a user replaces a vehicle air conditioner filter, fills washing glass liquid or fills brake liquid at night, the user needs to hold the lighting fixture, and the operation is inconvenient.
In view of this, an embodiment of the present application provides a supporting rod, where the supporting rod includes a rod assembly, a lighting lamp and a first switch assembly, and when the supporting rod is unfolded and supports the hood, the first switch assembly can turn on a lighting circuit, so as to turn on the lighting lamp and provide lighting for a user, which is convenient to operate.
Fig. 1 is a first schematic structural diagram of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 3 is a first structural schematic diagram of the rod assembly in fig. 1 and 2. Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram ii of the rod assembly in fig. 1 and 2. Fig. 5 is a schematic view of the lighting circuit on the support stick of fig. 1 and 2.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment provides a support rod 1, and the support rod 1 is applied to a vehicle 80 and used for supporting a hood 81 of the vehicle 80. That is, both ends of the support rod 1 are connected to the vehicle body and the hood 81, respectively. When the hood 81 is opened, the support rod 1 is supported below the hood 81 to facilitate the user's inspection of the vehicle 80.
The brace 1 includes a telescoping pole assembly 10 to allow the brace 1 to have a variable length. Thus, when the hood 81 is covered on the head of the vehicle body, the support rod 1 can be in a contracted state (as shown in fig. 1), the length of the support rod 1 is small, and the support rod 1 is prevented from occupying too much space of the vehicle 80. When the hood 81 is opened, the support rod 1 is in an unfolded state (as shown in fig. 2), and the length of the support rod 1 is increased to stably support the hood 81.
The support rod 1 can be made of metal, so that the support strength is high, and the service life is long.
Two ends of the support rod 1 are respectively hinged with the vehicle body and the engine cover 81. Thus, when the hood 81 is turned over with respect to the vehicle body, the support bar 1 and the vehicle body and the hood 81 are also turned over.
The rod assembly 10 includes a plurality of rod sub-bodies 11, the plurality of rod sub-bodies 11 are sleeved radially inward and outward along the rod assembly 10, and one of the two adjacent rod sub-bodies 11 can reciprocate relative to the other. Thus, when the sub-stick 11 is retracted with respect to the adjacent sub-stick 11, the length of the support rod 1 is reduced, and when the sub-stick 11 is extended with respect to the adjacent sub-stick 11, the length of the stick assembly 10 is increased.
The number of the sub-rods 11 may be two (as shown in fig. 3) or more, and the embodiment is not limited.
Two adjacent sub-rods 11 can be fixed relatively to each other by a locking pin or the like (not shown). In some embodiments, the rod assembly 10 may also be a hydraulic rod (not shown) as known to those skilled in the art, and the rod assembly 10 is relatively smooth to telescope.
In some embodiments, the support rod 1 includes an illumination lamp 20 and a first switch assembly, the first switch assembly includes a first connector 31 and a second connector 32, the first connector 31 and the second connector 32 are respectively connected with the illumination lamp 20 to form an illumination circuit; when the cover 81 is supported by the stick assembly 10, the first connector 31 and the second connector 32 are connected to communicate with the lighting circuit.
That is, the first switch assembly is normally in the off state again, and the lighting circuit is correspondingly in the off state. Thus, only when the hood 81 is supported on the vehicle body and the support rod 1 is unfolded in place, the first switch assembly is turned on the lighting circuit and the lighting lamp 20 is turned on.
The first and second connectors 31 and 32 may be respectively provided on two adjacent sub-bodies 11. Specifically, the first connecting member 31 and the second connecting member 32 are two electrical connectors, and the two electrical connectors are connected to the illumination lamp 20 through electrical connecting wires.
When the rod assembly 10 is in the contracted state, the first connecting member 31 and the second connecting member 32 are respectively located at two opposite ends of the rod 11. During the unfolding of the stick assembly 10, the adjacent two sub-sticks 11 are extended, and the first connecting member 31 and the second connecting member 32 move toward the side close to each other. When the cover 81 is supported by the stick assembly 10, the first connecting member 31 and the second connecting member 32 can contact each other to communicate with the lighting circuit.
In some alternative embodiments, the first connecting member 31 and the second connecting member 32 may be disposed on the same sub-rod 11. Specifically, the support bar 1 includes a micro switch 30, the micro switch 30 is disposed on one of two adjacent sub-bars 11, for convenience of illustration, the two adjacent sub-bars 11 include a first sub-bar 111 and a second sub-bar 112, and the micro switch 30 is disposed on the first sub-bar 111.
The microswitch 30 has an operation piece 33 and two terminals, both of which are connected to the illumination lamp 20. The microswitch 30 is normally open, i.e. two terminals are separated from each other. The first connector 31 and the second connector 32 constitute two terminals of the micro switch 30, respectively.
The other of the two adjacent sub-rods 11 is provided with a touch part 12, that is, the touch part 12 is provided on the second sub-rod 112. The touch part 12 is used for driving the operation member 33 to communicate the first connecting member 31 and the second connecting member 32 when the support rod 1 supports the engine cover 81.
The touch part 12 may be a protruding structure formed on the second sub-rod 112. For example, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the second sub-rod 112 is sleeved outside the first sub-rod 111. The micro switch 30 is disposed in the cavity of the first sub-rod 111, the first sub-rod 111 is provided with a through operation hole, and the operation member 33 of the micro switch 30 extends out of the first sub-rod 111 through the operation hole. A gap is formed between the inner wall surface of the second sub-rod 112 and the outer wall surface of the first sub-rod 111. Thus, when the first sub-rod 111 and the second sub-rod 112 are unfolded, the protrusion on the second sub-rod 112 is opposite to the operation element 33 and presses the operation element 33, so that the operation element 33 communicates with the first connection element 31 and the second connection element 32.
In order to avoid the situation that when the hood 81 is opened under a strong lighting condition of the vehicle 80, the illuminating lamp 20 is still turned on, which results in waste of electric energy, the power of the vehicle 80 is high. In some alternative embodiments, the support bar 1 further comprises a second switch 41 assembly. Wherein the first switch assembly and the second switch 41 assembly are connected in series on the lighting circuit. Thus, when the first switch unit and the second switch 41 unit are turned off at the same time, the illumination lamp 20 is turned on, and when any one of the first switch unit and the second switch 41 unit is turned off, the illumination lamp 20 is turned off.
The user can manually control the opening and closing of the second switch 41 assembly. In some embodiments, for convenience, the second switch 41 assembly includes a light intensity sensor (not shown) for detecting the light intensity at the position of the stick assembly 10. The illumination intensity sensor may be of a kind well known to those skilled in the art.
The second switch 41 assembly includes a second switch 41, and the second switch 41 is disposed on the lighting circuit such that the second switch 41 and the first switch assembly are connected in series with each other. The second switch 41 may be a relay or the like well known to those skilled in the art.
The second switch 41 assembly includes a controller (not shown) which may be a single chip, microprocessor, etc. as is well known to those skilled in the art.
The illuminance sensor and the second switch 41 are both connected with the controller; the controller is configured to open the second switch 41 to open the lighting circuit when the illumination intensity detected by the illumination sensor is greater than a preset threshold range. That is, the controller can automatically control the opening and closing of the second switch 41 according to the illumination intensity, and the use is convenient.
The preset threshold range may be 5Lux to 50 Lux, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Of course, the second switch 41 may be manually opened or closed. In this way, the user can open or close the second switch 41 as desired.
The illumination lamp 20 may be fixedly disposed at any position of the stick assembly 10 such that the illumination lamp 20 has a fixed illumination area and a fixed illumination intensity in an area below the hood 81 when the hood 81 is opened.
In some alternative embodiments, the illuminating lamp 20 can also move along the length direction of the rod assembly 10 relative to the rod assembly 10 for use, so that the user can fix the illuminating lamp 20 at different positions of the rod assembly 10 along the length direction thereof, so that the user can conveniently and intensively illuminate a specific area of the vehicle head according to needs.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the support rod 1 further includes a lamp socket 50, and the illumination lamp 20 is disposed on the lamp socket 50; the lamp socket 50 is connected to the stick assembly 10. The lamp socket 50 may be made of plastic, and has a small weight.
The lamp holder 50 may be fixed to the rod assembly 10 by a fastening member such as a pin, and a plurality of locking holes (not shown) are formed in the corresponding rod assembly 10 to be inserted into the pin. The lamp socket 50 may also be held in place on the outer wall surface of the stem assembly 10 by threaded fasteners (not shown).
In order to reduce the labor intensity of the user, in some alternative embodiments, the lamp holder 50 is provided with a through hole for the rod assembly 10 to pass through; the support rod 1 further comprises an elastic member 51, the elastic member 51 is fixed on the inner wall surface of the through hole, and the elastic member 51 is clamped between the rod body assembly 10 and the inner wall surface of the through hole.
The elastic member 51 may be made of rubber, silicone, or the like. The elastic member 51 may have a block shape. Optionally, the elastic member 51 is annular and is sleeved on the outer wall surface of the rod assembly 10.
The clearance between the inner wall surface of the through hole and the rod assembly 10 is smaller than the thickness of the elastic member 51. Thus, the elastic member 51 can be compressed and compressed between the through hole and the rod assembly 10, a positive pressure is generated between the elastic member 51 and the rod assembly 10, and a large friction force is generated between the elastic member 51 and the rod assembly 10, which may be greater than the weight of the socket 50 and the lamp 20. Thus, the lamp socket 50 and the illumination lamp 20 as a whole can be fixed to the rod assembly 10 by means of the friction between the elastic member 51 and the rod assembly 10.
In some embodiments, a plurality of rod sub-bodies 11 are sleeved inside and outside, and each rod sub-body 11 has a different outer diameter. Since the elastic member 51 has elasticity, the elastic member 51 may be deformed. Thus, when the elastic element 51 is sleeved on the outside of different sub-rods 11, the elastic element 51 can be clamped between the rod assembly 10 and the inner wall surface of the through hole.
Thus, the user can apply a force to resist the friction force between the elastic member 51 and the rod assembly 10 and drive the lamp socket 50 to move relative to the rod assembly 10, so as to fix the lamp socket 50 and the illumination lamp 20 at different positions of the rod assembly 10, which is simple in structure and convenient to operate.
In some alternative embodiments, the support rod 1 further includes a bellows 60, one end of the bellows 60 is connected to the lamp socket 50, and the illumination lamp 20 is disposed at the other end of the bellows 60. The bellows 60 has a large deformation capability, and the illumination lamp 20 can be supported on the rod assembly 10 at any angle by adjusting the shape of the bellows 60.
Thus, the user can change the extending direction of the bellows 60 as desired to change the orientation of the illumination lamp 20. Illustratively, a user may reduce the distance between the lamp 20 and the location to be serviced by holding an end of the lamp 20 and pulling the lamp 20 toward the location to be serviced. Thus, the illumination intensity at the position to be overhauled is high.
The length of the bellows 60 can be set as desired. For example, the length of the bellows 60 is equal to or greater than the length of the sub-rod 11.
The bellows 60 may be a plastic bellows or a metal bellows.
It will be appreciated that the light beam emitted by the lamp 20 diverges conically, which inevitably results in light being emitted towards an area outside the hood 81, resulting in wasted light. In some optional embodiments, the support rod 1 further includes a light guide tube 70, two ends of the light guide tube 70 are open, and the light guide tube 70 is connected to the corrugated tube 60 and surrounds the outside of the illumination lamp 20.
The light guide cylinder 70 is made of opaque material, and the inner wall surface of the light guide cylinder 70 has a smooth reflecting surface, so that part of light emitted towards the inner wall surface of the light guide cylinder 70 can be reflected by the inner wall surface of the light guide cylinder 70 and emitted out through the light outlet of the light guide cylinder 70, and the waste of the light is avoided.
The cross-sectional shape of the light guide cylinder 70 may be set as desired. For example, the light guide cylinder 70 has a circular, rectangular, etc. cross-section.
The light guide tube 70 may have a cross-sectional size gradually increasing from an end close to the illumination lamp 20 to an end far from the illumination lamp 20, so that the illumination lamp 20 may have a large light spot on the vehicle body when the vehicle body is illuminated with the light. The illumination intensity at the spot position is greater than the illumination intensity at other positions.
The number of the illumination lamps 20 may be one. In some alternative embodiments, the number of the illuminating lamps 20 is plural, and the illuminating lamps 20 are spaced apart along the length direction of the shaft assembly 10 (not shown). When the support rod 1 supports the hood 81, the support rod 1 is disposed in a vertical direction or is disposed obliquely. Like this, a plurality of light 20 set up along the direction of bracing piece 1, and when a plurality of light 20 lighted simultaneously, a plurality of light 20 can have great illumination zone, and the below of bonnet 81 can have great illumination intensity, the user operation of being convenient for.
In some embodiments, when the illumination lamps 20 are connected to the support rod 1 through the lamp sockets 50, each illumination lamp 20 can move along the length direction of the support rod 1. Thus, the user can fix the plurality of illumination lamps 20 on the support rod 1 at intervals or fix the plurality of illumination lamps 20 at a certain position of the support rod 1 collectively according to the needs.
In some embodiments, a bellows 60 may be provided on a portion of the illumination lamp 20 near the vehicle body. Of course, a bellows 60 may be provided on each illumination lamp 20. Or a corrugated tube 60 and a light guide tube 70 are simultaneously provided on each illumination lamp 20.
The illumination lamp 20 may be an incandescent lamp. In some alternative embodiments, the illumination lamp 20 is a Light-Emitting Diode (LED), which has a small size and low cost.
When the illuminating lamps 20 are leds, a plurality of leds can be disposed on each socket 50 to optimize the illumination effect.
The present embodiment provides a vehicle 80, which includes a vehicle body, a hood 81 and at least one support rod 1, wherein one end of the support rod 1 is connected to the vehicle body, and the other end is connected to the hood 81. The structure, principle, and beneficial effects of the support rod 1 have been described in the above embodiments, and are not described in detail in this embodiment.

The hood 81 is provided at the head of the vehicle 80 and covers components such as an engine and an air conditioner filter.
A support rod 1 is arranged between the engine cover 81 and the vehicle body, and when the engine cover 81 is arranged at the head of the vehicle 80, the support rod 1 is in a contraction state.
The number of the support rods 1 may be one or more, and when the number of the support rods 1 is plural, the plurality of support rods 1 are arranged at intervals along the edge of the hood 81, and the support stability of the hood 81 is high.
When a user desires to service a portion of the structure covered by the hood 81, the user may flip the hood 81 to expose the part to be serviced to the field of view. At this time, the stay 1 is supported below the hood 81 so that the hood 81 is supported on the vehicle body at a predetermined angle.
At this time, when the illumination intensity at the position of the vehicle 80 is low, for example, when the user overhauls the vehicle 80 at a position with poor illumination condition, the illuminating lamp 20 can be turned on and provide illumination for the user, so as to facilitate the user operation and facilitate the use.
