Description

Construction process for improving cement fly ash (CFB) soil roadbed
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of roadbeds, and particularly relates to a construction process for improving a road bed by CFB fly ash.
Background
The powder collected by dedusting flue gas of a circulating fluidized bed boiler (CFB) in a coal-fired power plant is called circulating fluidized bed boiler fly ash, which is called CFB fly ash for short. The combustion characteristics of the CFB boiler determine that the CFB ash has different physical and chemical properties from the pulverized coal furnace fly ash, and the main differences are as follows: high loss on ignition, high CaO content, and SO3High content, less vitreous body, self-hardening and larger difference, and long-term stacking of CFB fly ash can cause environmental pollution and waste of resources.
With the rapid development of the highway industry in China, the road network in China is enlarged in the past few years. Road traffic and transportation efficiency has also received much attention. However, as the scale increases, problems also accompany it. The main problems are that the road surface cracks and uneven settlement occur due to insufficient roadbed strength when the highway is maintained. The continuous deformation and the lack of rigidity of the foundation and the considerable maintenance cost of the road in the area with severe soil conditions are quite high, and the CBR value of the existing road filling foundation does not meet the design strength requirement and has the defects of low bearing capacity and the like.
In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.
